Hi! I’m one of the landowners to one of your stores. I have sent the Direct Deposit Agreement Form twice to try and get my check direct deposited twice from my bank account to my credit union and both attempts have failed. Valero is a company that you do not want to visit I went to Valero on September 14th I made a purchase of $34.01 and requested $40 cash back the manager swipe my card and said that the machine was not working so we swiped it again and he said it was not working but yet$74.01 was debited from my account two times after my dispute was rejected by Valero when filed by my Bank of America I have called Valero several times it took them 4 days to call me back once I sent my bank statements as requested by Jose Mendez some damn manager he tells me that the company say they only owe me $6 no they do not owe me $6 they owe me $80 so Valero have a habit of taking people money I would never never visit that store again I work hard for my money and the customer service there stinks this store is only on the corner of my house I refuse to give Valero anymore money and they way they handle customers is pathetic I hope this store rot in hell and the people that work for it!!!!

I’m a long time customer of store #1051 on military Dr in San Antonio Texas. I enjoy your stores, However the other night on 05/12/17 I popped into #1051 to buy some snacks and there was a huge line. I don’t mind the line as I know the lines can get long on a Friday night, but one employee just kind of left us. An older bald man named Juan and a younger guy named sterling were trying to get the line down when all of the sudden Juan up and closed his register to mop the store. So he told all of us that Sterling would handle us. We had a line of almost 30 people! Even when some of the other customers said things about it, Juan ignored them and left Sterling to take down the line by himself. I was very disappointed.

I was an employee of store #1063. I was mistreated by Arnold C. an assistant manager and had audio and video about many of the mistreatment. I trusted my store manager but nothing was done except was told to hang in there until May. This company Cornerstore let me down I saw a lot of bad things being done at the first store I was in reported it to HR then went to store #1063. I was told that if anything else HR was there for me. That was a joke because then they reminded me didn’t you have problems at the other store you were in??? Like my reporting this Manager were invalid!!!!! I went to the chain of command and nothing was ever done. I told HR I witnessed other employees being mistreated by this man and that’s why they left. NOTHING!!!! So I’m just texting this to let Cornerstore know that I did everything to get the mistreatment to stop not one call or resolution was addressed or apologies were given to me…..So thank you Cornerstore
