Bread Alone Bakery Corporate Office

Bread Alone Bakery was founded in 1983 by Daniel Leader. A chef by trade, Leader wanted to create organic, all natural breads and pastries.

Starting off as a single bakery, Bread Alone products can be found in nearly all supermarkets in the Tri-state area.

Daniel Leader and his family moved from New York City to the Catskill Mountains to bake various organic breads on the hearth of a wood-fired brick oven.

Bread Alone has also opened up cafes inside the three bakery locations.

The company still kneads and cuts bread products by hand.

In January 2023, the company made the decision to close the Lake Katrine location to the public and use it as an employee break room. The Leaders have not said whether they would open another location nearby.

In April 2023, Bread Alone announced that it had completed the restoration of the Rhinebeck Cafe and Bakery location.

Three Heads Brewing (3HB for short) is a brewery that specializes in various kinds of ale, especially well known for its seasonal brews. 

Founded in 2010 by Dan Nothnagle, who had traveled around the world tasting different beers. He often returned with a few beers for his friends to try. These friends convinced Dan to start his own brewery and 3 Heads was born.

In 2016 the company built a state-of-the-art brewery in Rochester, New York, for an estimated $4 million.

The company is well known for its numerous seasonal flavors, such as Apple Fritter. Some of the popular ales can be purchased at supermarkets such as Wegmans.

In October 2022, DiBella’s and Three Heads teamed up to create a new ale flavor; Chocolate Chip Cookie Stout.

Earl of Sandwich is the brainchild of Orlando Montagu, the younger son of the 11th Earl of Sandwich. He and his father are direct descendants of the real 4th Earl who popularised the sandwich in Great Britain and Ireland in the 18th century.

The first location opened in 2004 in Orlando, Florida.

Currently, there are 38 franchised locations with 34 of them located in the US and the other four in the United Kingdom.

The company operates a small chain of sandwich shops that specialize in hot sandwiches, including breakfast sandwiches, and sandwiches designed for the locale, such as Cuban sandwiches in Florida.

In June 2023, the company opened a new location in Vancouver, Canada.

In February 2023, the original Earl of Sandwich shop reopened in Downtown Disney, Orlando, Florida, after undergoing extensive renovations.

The company operates a chain of franchised trampoline parks. In 2017, CircusTrix acquired SkyZone theme parks. In 2018, it acquired Rockin’ Jump trampoline parks.

There are currently 41 locations with most being owned by franchisors.

Many locations offer various activities for youngsters, including glow-in-the-dark trampoline rooms and seasonal activities, such as Halloween “Scare” rooms.

In April 2023, two children were fighting at a Merced, California, location. One 10-year-old later died from his injuries. The business was later rebranded as SkyZone.

In May 2022, the food service area of a Buford, Georgia, Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park failed a health inspection.
