Cinemark at Pearland Tx in Silverlake
Worst experience ever, I give this theater a negative 5 stars. Visited January 11, 2020 to see Just Mercy for the 11:30 a.m. showing. The concession stand was the worst and I was profiled and treated like a second class citizen. The Caucasian worker that took my large popcorn order, proceeded to tell me there would be a 3 to 4 minute wait for popcorn. Then he stood there for a while as if waiting for me to pay him almost $8; then step aside so he could wait on the next person. After I stood there waiting, he finally decided to make some fresh popcorn. To my surprise he only made a small amount of popcorn; after I had already asked how you could run out of popcorn this early. What really upset me is that instead of getting me a large popcorn; this racist, untrained person took his time fixing two other popcorn orders and passed them off to his co-workers. Then after he had passed all of the freshly made popcorn to his co-workers; he started scraping the old popcorn from the bottom of the bin, and put it in a bag for me. So to understand my frustration with being treated unfair, like a second class citizen. I ordered my popcorn first and instead of serving me the fresh popcorn, this worker passed it off to his co-workers. I was beyond pissed off because I shouldn’t have to pay $8 for old popcorn, and be treated like a second class citizen. When he finally finished scraping the old popcorn from the bottom of the popcorn bin and handed me the bag; I told him to keep it. Because that’s racism and I don’t want to be treated like a second class citizen. I don’t know who owns this theatre, or who the manager is but the concession stand needs serious customer service training. I will never and I mean never attend this theater again

The Cinepolis theater, Rt. 10, Succasunna, NJ is closing this weekend. The town is building a new outdoor mall next to it for Spring 2020 with major retailers like Starbuck, Ulta, DSW, Super Walmart, etc. The theater is already located next to ShopRite, HomeDepot, Kohls, Staples and other retailers. This area is growing rapidly. Cinemark should consider taking over the theater since it is the only theater for miles and will increase attendance once the Ledgewood Mall opens. Would love to keep a theater in town instead of traveling long distances just to go to the movies. Please pass this on to CEO Mark Zoradi or Timothy Warner, Vice-Chairman or Robert D. Copple, CFO/COO of Cinemark. I am just a resident, not affiliated with any political or retail group. Use to live in Wayne and was impressed with the recently opened Cinemark in Willowbrook and would like to see one come to my town. Thanks for your time.

I am very sad and upset to the way I have been treated at this theater on may occasions by Manager Lopez. I’m an Account Executive and in customer service, In know means is she welcoming or ever smiling. This day was it, I just lost my mother, and within weeks my father took his life due to the lost of his wife, I have no family what so ever. On many occasions I have taken in my ice tea and it has never been an issue until tonight when Lopez proceeded to tell me to drink that before my movie with no compassion or smile. Just always rude, I proceeded to say in the last 50 movies no one has every brought this to my attention and you have always picked on me, tonight as well in the past has belittled me. I don’t say much, but tonight was not the night. I also let her know why I was so upset due to the loss, and her response was her mother had cancer too. No I’m so sorry to hear that, she is just rude, I told her she was a miserable person and went to sit as I was just distraught and so upset. I watched her get other employee’s involved as she knew she was in the wrong and wanted everyone to take her side to make them think she was the victim when it was me who was attacked by her actions. I decided to leave I was not comfortable. I went to get a refund and the young girl at the register needed approval, she was on her ear microphone and stated yes it’s him as I was so horrible person. A gentleman came to give the refund and the line was getting longer and a customer stated “come on” as it was taking a bit of time to finish the transaction. I just lost it, I was so upset as to the loss of my parents, I told them to kept my money and give it to the lady in line. I feel very discriminated by Lopez. I have not stopped crying as to the way I was treated by this person. This was unacceptable. If this was a one time thing by Lopez I would understand, but there have been more than a few. So it looks as if she is discriminating towards me.

On 6/21/19 I reached out to their cust serv line, spoke to rep. Janine, who said that my Xmas Gift to my wife,a Cinemark gift card, showed a 0 bal. in error. sent screenshots of the orig gift card receipt as well as screenshots from my Cinemark acct showing the card reg. They opened case G5446965, identified the card’s remaining balances of $37.01 was used in Calif. on 5/10/19 (we were not there) then said that gift cards were treated as cash and Cinemark was not liable to any theft. After the call I told my wife this info and she said she only used the card at the Cinemark.com website, where the card was registered our cinemark.com acct. this meant that my Cinemark.com acct had been hacked, that Cinemark SHOULD be liable b/c their security breach is what caused the remaining balance to be stolen. I called back and Cinemark Supervisor Talisha opened case Gs0405267. I requested a new gift card w/stolen balance $37.01 sent to me, that my online account be deleted and that Cinemark corp. contact me to discuss their measures to protect my data that was hacked from their website.
Time and life go by and I call back 7/5/19 and speak to supervisor Ashley, who says the previous case was closed in error, and opens new case GS0425458 on July 5th. She assured me that the replacement gift card would be mailed, that my account would be deleted from the Cinemark Website, and that a member of Cinemark would call me to discuss my stolen data from their website. I advised I would give them until July 29th to honor this promise, otherwise I would post my story public , describing the failure of Cinemark to honor promises from THREE supervisors to contact me regarding the data breach as well as replace the stolen (from the Cinemark website) funds.
As of today, I have not received any call from any representative from Cinemark, My account remains active on the Cinemark.com website, and the promised replacement gift card was never received

Why Should Cinemark Employees Use Vacuums To Clean The Auditoriums?
By Edward Chen
What a good idea! I think that
Cinemark employees should use vacuums
to clean the auditoriums, because that’ll
allow them to get their chores done
quicker. Also, I bought my former aide in
elementary school’s nephew a vacuum in
X-mas 2018. It’s a cordless one that’s
battery lasts all day. Please take this into
consideration.
Cinemark must change now, and I
mean it! If they don’t, then I’ll send them
straight to the responsibility center where
they’d risk a parent notification and a fine
of $5,000 for behavior and $9,000 for
suspension. This means that they’ll have to
pay with their American Express or
whatever they have to be released. RC is
switching to Visa sometime this year. This
is because they’re losing money with
American Express. Costco switched over to
Visa in 2016, because they lost money with
AMEX.
Anyone sent to the RC are subject to
the following rules: 1. All seats will be
assigned by either a RC teacher or a
detention teacher 2. Always follow
instructions given by either a RC teacher or
a detention teacher 3. No talking at any
time. 4. No marking or writing on desks or
carrels. Marking or writing on these desks
or carrels isn’t allowed and will result in
additional detentions or suspensions for
the remainder of the semester and more
fines as well as no points for RC AMEX
cardholders. 5. All students must sit up
straight. No sleeping. 6. Stay in your seats
until dismissed by the staff. Here’s a
special rule for all-day-suspension
students: the restrooms may only be used
at the end of fourth period while students
are on their way to pick up their lunch.
Anyone who shall decide to violate one
rule in RC is subject to the following
consequences: 1. After-school detention 2.
Saturday school Upon the third strike, he
student will receive an additional period of
RC and more fines as well as no cash
rebate for US Bank and Blue cash AMEX
cardholders, and no points for RC AMEX
cardholders.
Anyone who fails to go to RC when
directed will face an on-campus
suspension the remainder of the day and
an on-campus suspension the following
day. This definitely will result in bad credit
for credit cardholders and bankruptcy. The
violation also results in the loss of the next
school dance. Students sent to the RC will
receive disciplinary consequences that
increase with each referral and more fines.
Seriously speaking, even people who go
to RC often face having a timeout at home
even for the first time, because their
parents found out the bad thing they did in
school. Those people will definitely face no
cash rebate for Blue cash and US Bank
American Express cardholders as well as no
cash rebate for Costco Visa cardholders. As
you probably know, I’ve been eating at
café world almost every day. You should
know that they offer free meals to people.
Here’s how I’ve eaten there for almost 11
years: I’ve been going there almost every
day for that much time since April 13,
2009. Also, eating there just makes me
think about Dennis The Menace. He’s the
fictional cartoon character who causes
mischief.
Here’s a list of food stations in café
world: 1. Soups 2. Sandwiches 3. Asian 4.
Deli 5. Desserts 6. More
Café world is open 365 days a year, as
timeout is year-round. Therefore, they
don’t celebrate any holidays at home with
their family. It’s just like a hospital.
Also, timeout is the best company for a
driving career because their hours are
longer and the company is richer. School
bus is just about average, because they
only work 8 hours a day at most. Timeout’s
bus drivers work 12 hours a day. The sedan
works 10. The tour bus drivers work 15
hours a day. City bus is decent, but the pay
isn’t as good as timeout. MV and para-
transit are the worst driving careers.
The salary rates for Timeout’s driving
careers are as follows: 1. $25 an hour at
start for sedans 2. $28 at start for shuttle
buses and vans 3. $31 at start for charter
and tour buses. Those who do wheelchairs
earn an extra $10 at start for shuttles and
$20 at start for tour and charter buses.
Timeout is also the best company to be
a police officer, as their hours are longer
and the company is richer. Timeout police
also never eat out, as their jobsite provides
food daily. City, campus, security and
campus police must eat out, as their
jobsite doesn’t provide food. Timeout’s
police officers earn $100 an hour at start.
All of timeout police officers are paid, not
volunteer. Therefore, timeout is too rich to
be a non-profit organization. That means
that timeout doesn’t count as service
learning for high schoolers.
I hope that Cinemark managers could
approve the change in the ushers using the
vacuums soon. I hope that this could
happen within the next month.

This is got to be one of the most Racist movies I have ever been to never in a million years did I think this wold happened to me and my little sister. We went in on one lovely Saturday to watch a movie to past time because she had a basketball tournament so I go in purchased movie tickets and get to the stand and a white man exes me was this my daughter not! Are you going to enjoy the movie did you guys want popcorn nothing like that X the first thing was was this my daughter I said no this is my sister he then goes to say you need to make your way back to the front and get your money back because you do not have guardianship over your sister meanwhile my sister 16 I’m 30 years old she’s with in adult at a movie theater I’m not understanding why we can’t watch the movie so then I asked for a supervisor she comes out and says the policy is if you’re not the parent you can watch the movie and I said well she’s with an adult she says you have to have a guardianship card or guardianship papers for you to watch this movie together then she goes to say did you purchase your tickets with cash or credit card at this point I’m like you’re not even trying to explain or make me feel comfortable in this moment you’re basically trying to rush me out here is because we are black yes because it was not one other black person There so I said yes please give me my money back and I left and my Saturday went from lovely to discomfort and humiliated. So Basically what they are saying is that if you are married and have step children you can’t watch a move there because you don’t have
Guardianship papers to enjoy a movie with your family…..

I’ve been a movie lover for a long time and there’s been some bad experiences the times I’ve gone.
But I’m actually going to write about an amazing experience. I was trying to get a hold of the main supervisor of the Cinemark 16 XD in Brownsville Texas but was able to to hopefully writing here will get to the supervisor.
I was having trouble understanding the movie club and I was in the line of concession and it was a pretty busy night at the movies. As I got to the front I started telling the employee about my situation. I had a feeling he was kinda new cause of the way he was listening and trying to explain but I was still having trouble. I was seeing there was a manager in the back helping with all the order and she come to the register to ask if I needed any help and I told her about my situation again. She was so patient with me. She let me explain that I’m a member but not the movie club member. And I wanted to know the benefits of each one. She explained the benefits so thoroughly like she’s said it a million times. Of course I became a movie member! She also finished my order. From all the times I’ve gone to the movies I’ve never had such a good experience with the staff as much as I have. I couldn’t recall the employees name but I asked the manager for her name. It was Claire Lopez I believe. Wonder staff ! Now I’m going to get 20% off concession cause I’m a member

The Century 14 Vallejo is the worst. The manager there doesn’t post new movies for Friday showings until later in the week. Even if you go to the box-office you can’t buy a movie ticket for movies not posted on line. Meanwhile other Century Theaters like he one in Tracy has theme posted early. Why doesn’t Century theaters post their movie times universally? I think this new system of buying a movie ticket and paying a service fee is terrible. Century theaters has ruined the movie experience. I just won’t go there anymore

The one in Rancho Mirage is a mess. It’s poorly managed and the staff is just rude. My first incident was when my friends and I went to see an R rated movie and the usher cashier insisted we show our IDs (Keep in mind we are in 20s with full beards), and wouldnt give us our tickets because 1 friend didn’t have his ID on him.
My second incident was I was buying a ticket and made a, harmless, tasteless joke, and the cashier proceedes to rip me apart. I said sorry about the joke and that i didn’t mean any harm and she just kept going on and on about it.
My third (actually this accounts for multiple incidents) is the concession. Most of the time, the concession stand workers are nice, but are never prepared or stocked with snacks.
On top of all of that, I had a friend that worked there and she said the manager she was under stole money, treated employees badly, and after she reported the incidents, she was treated horribly. Because of these, I’m personally boycotting any and all Cinemark theaters until I hear about improvement done to these theaters.

Let me tell you about the worst movie experience ever! I went to see The Arrival on its opening night. I had been excited about seeing the movie. After starting a few minutes late, which happens, the movie begins. But wait, it’s the wrong movie. After a few customer complaints, the manager came in and said they were fixing it and apologized. They then proceeded to turn the lights off and on every few seconds. Imagine pitch black, then the lights all turned up, pitch black, lights turned all the way up. Yeah, painful. So after twenty minutes of that they start running there as with annoying singing teens going to the movie….over and over and over and over! I seriously thought I was on some kind of hidden camera show. Then we here from the manager again; the movie was loaded into the wrong projector (ya think) and it will be about 40 minutes to get the correct movie loaded. I was then informed I could get my money back, but they wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have my ticket. I thought I needed my ticket to get in the movie, not out of it. So I sat in frustration and quiet anger through the movie which started over an hour and a half late. No idea if the movie was any good, all I remember is the terrible service and management.

Myself and my two kids went to watch a movie in Fayetteville, GA. I purchased tickets for two separate movies, one for myself and a pg13 for my kids. My daughter is 17, so her and my son went to watch the pg13 movie while I watched another. Unfortunately, they were in the wrong seats. When asked to move my daughter exclaimed I, her mother had the tickets. The gentleman(worker) rudely told my kids they were not allowed to come back into the theater even with the tickets. Once, I was informed what happened I told the manager I have the tickets and they were in the wrong seats. The manager explained my daughter and son were not allowed because she was 17. I was unaware of the age stipulation and requested for a refund. I was told because I purchased tickets on Fandango I was unable to receive a refund. Why, are guests not informed of age stipulation on Fandango. I have been coming to this theater for 3 years and never have I had a problem. This was an Extremely Horrible Experience! Such a let down!

My girlfriend and I went to the Cinemark Movie Theatre located in Valparaiso, Indiana. We watched the new Ghostbusters movie. We very much enjoyed the movie. The environment was also nice except for the popcorn all over the floor. Our real concern though, is the fact that it was our third time there (being that we live very close) and again we payed for two movie tickets. And again there was only one guy working behind the counter in the concession area once we were done watching the movie. The guy that was working there had poofy hair with no hairnet. He was also touching money for who knows how long and using his hands to scoop out popcorn without gloves or washing his hands. It was very unsanitary. Our biggest concern though, is not only people’s health but the fact that it was our third time purchasing a movie ticket from this movie theater, only to notice that there was no one (before or after the movie) checking our movie tickets. There were people movie hopping and who knows how many people (in a theatre full of people) actually payed for a ticket and weren’t taking advantage of this. I do know one thing though. When we walked out of the room in which the movie we were watching was playing, there were others walking behind us that went straight from there into another movie. Other then all of this we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank You. We are bringing all of this to your attention because we enjoy being honest people. We would also really hate to see anything happen to our local movie theatre. There are some dishonest people in the world, I hate to say, that could end up causing the theatre to lose a lot of money. We don’t want that to happen. Cinemark Movie Theatre Valparaiso Commons Shopping Center Valparaiso Indiana is the location. We watched Ghostbusters Tuesday, July 19, 2016 6:30 p.m. We purchased our tickets at 1:30 p.m. earlier that day. Sincerely, a concerned movie lover. Thank You.

Mr. Timothy Warner:
Found this news article about your civil legal reaction very interesting…..
This incident had profound impact on our sense of community and public safety in Colorado. I once looked at Cinemark as also an innocent victim in the Aurora shooting, but the actions of your legal team seem petty and poorly measured from the perspective of what an ethical member of the Colorado business community should do.
Eat your legal costs and exercise some empathy. You stand to prove no valid or rational point to the public or your customers with the approach of your legal team, but perhaps that your business model is in severe decline and desperate for any kind of cost recovery regardless of cirXXXXstance. I will be excercising my choices for placing household discretionary entertainment dollars into more respectful and engaged organizations even if that means abandoning participation in a lifelong artistic passion for experiencing cinema on the big screen.

This petition will go to the network of colleges. I have already contacted sen michael bennet and the dnc. If I would have had my children there, we would have left the theater. Who ever reads this, if your smart you will make sure this gets to your CEO——I am a registered independent.

One week ago, I brought my daughter (13) and her friend (14) to watch Conjuring 2. No problem. No questions asked. A week later (6/21/16), she wanted to watch it again with another friend (13). I was asked if they are my daughters. I said one of them and the other one is her friend. I was refused to buy tickets. I was told that I must be her parent or legal guardian. I am 50 years old. I am an adult well over the age of 21. I didn’t have a problem the week before but now am being questioned? I was told it’s all the theaters that have that rule, and it’s MPAA rules/regulations. WRONG!!!!
Regal Cinemas says, “A person must be at least 21 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets without providing additional photo I.D. for additional tickets.
The purchaser must also attend the movie for which the additional tickets are purchased.
MPAA ratings according to their website: R rating symbol
R – Restricted
Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. Contains some adult material. Parents are urged to learn more about the film before taking their young children with them.
Where does it say LEGAL guardian? If your employees refuse to sell tickets because I am not a legal guardian because that’s what MPAA rules say, you are wrong! You not only embarrassed my daughter, you did the same for her friend. You are also saying that, as an adult, I cannot take my children’s friends to your movie theater because I am not legally related to them?! Stupid policy that you need to look into especially if you use MPAA as an excuse!

Hello,
My friend and I were very excited to see a movie on opening day. We checked and rechecked the days and times multiple times. When we arrived at the theater, we were shocked to learn that the movie time had recently been rescheduled. We were very upset.
We had arranged our schedules and even taken off work. The ticket person told us that theaters change movie times all the time, and I told her that it should be stated more clearly on the company’s website. She directed me to the corporate office and even suggested I go to another theater! It was a huge disappointment. In the future I think I will stay home and rent.

I would like for you to consider showing the doXXXXentary Vaxxed. It is selling out in the venues where it is showing. I would specifically like for it to be shown in a theatre in Mississippi.

I would love to see tje doXXXXentary Vaxxed From Coverup to Castrophie. It has a lot of people crossing state lines to see this film. I would prefer to see it within 100 miles from Tupelo or Amory. My preference isbin Tupelo but will travel to see this. North Mississippi is ideal. I guarantee you will have a full house and sell out at least once.
It would be greatly appreciated if Cinemark would book the film for a full run through the distributor Cinema Libre Studios. I and many others would greatly appreciate this being shown all over. Please show this in Alabama and Mississippi all over.

You folks better take a hard look at the Mall st Mathews location in Louisville Ky Poor customer service, AND the kicked a off duty police officer out for carrying a firearm, something law enforcement is mandated to do. With the hoodlum problems you already have there, it shouldn’t even be a question. Check out the Facebook site for there, you don’t have to take my word for it. Losing business by the day now.

There website for times of showtime does not jive with the theater time! This is the 2nd time in a row.

Dear Timothy Warner have you guys ever consider installing head phone jacks on your theater seats?? The could be installed on the arm rest. People could simply bring their own personal headphones inserted to the jack and viola. This would help us, who enjoy watching movies without the audience noise enjoy the movie more than we already do.

I am writing in regard to Conway, Arkansas Cinemark theater. Have gone there for many years and they usually show the popular movies but for some reason are refusing to show: “The Big Short” which has been getting great reviews and is a very acurate movie for our times. Previews were shown for the movie in that theater but now they are not showing, I would like to know why!! Get nothing but the run around at the theater itself, no one seems to know why but Corporate maybe you could answer this question. I would like an honest answer not the run around.

Iam very disappointed with there movie theater in Espanola new mexico. I went to take my daughter to see Alvin and the chipmunks we got our tickets and went in line to buy popcorn and drinks. We then went into the movie and there was absolutely no place to sit it was full. I then went to ask for my money back because there was no seats they said they could not and they called there manager who was very rude. She stated that the reason they could not give us our money back was because they turned people away. I told her well where were we going to sit she said there were seats I said no there was not I asked her to come and check she said ” no I can’t I got ten thousand other things to do ” and stated that she was not gonna sit there and expalin herself. So we were not abke to watxh a movie we payed for and was not even offered tickets for the next showing. I was laughed at by rhe employees as me and my cousin sat there trying to explain to our two year olds why we could not see the movie they were promised . We left and i will never return there i will also tell all my family and friends about how poorly we were treated so our money will be spent elsewhere.

Well I’ve never been to a Cinamark cinema and can honesty say I won’t go back in act I plan on calling the local news tomorrow in hope America will know to avoid your Cinema all together. I live in Las Vegas and my son is a big James Bond fan and it was playing at the Orleans Casino so I looked up the times and it showed it at 3:35 pm for $5.00 on Tuesday so we headed to the theater only to find out that it wasn’t $ 5.00 it was $18.00. So I showed the the box office attendant the listing and she gave me some run around about a Google web site. But it showed Cinamark Logo and the show times. So next she called the most rudest manager I ever met in my life who said she was not responsible for a mis print on the web. So who is your Logo your show times. It would have been the right thing to do was give me the cheaper ticket for the reason of good customer service not push thr blame on someone else. But as I was dealing with a kid with an attitude rather than an adult. Why would let a teenager be in charge is beyond me. All I know is I just wanted to take my son to a movie and after dealing with the snot nose manager in charge I didn’t even enjoy the movie. And I paid $38.00 on Tuesday when it’s $5.00 dollar day what a joke. If you read this comment do your self a favor visit any other movie chain they have to be better than this company. Really why have a $ 5.00 day and not charge $5.00 it wasn’t in 3D or a special. And hire better people with at least some kind of customer service skills. All I know I if the movie was only playing at your theater I’d wait for the blue ray cheaper and no rude service. I go to the movies to be entertain not have to deal with problems I didn’t cause.

For anybody expecting to tske advantage of the star wars 3d glasses deal for $3 when purchasing a concession combo, forget about it. Apparently corporate never informed the theatres about the deal, and the clueless employees running the counter stare off in space, or just walk away. This is what happened to me at the Anchorage, Ak location today. I was told the glasses are only for the XD showings in December, and the guy walked away from the counter! The other guy at the counter ignored me, and helped others. Bloody amazing! Customer service at its finest!

Couple questions for the corporate office.
1. Why are coupons for ‘free refreshments’ offered to customers via email but discounts can’t be offered to small groups of special needs children can’t be offered??
2. Why is the corporate email difficult to locate? I don’t want to communicate with my local theater, they are the greedy folks who don’t feel the need to be part of the community.
3. In case Cinemark is unaware of social media, bad news flies quicker than you can blink your eye, Facebook has given the Bridgeport WV a black eye due to their inability to promote goodwill to a group of 10 wheelchair bound children.
4. The monkey is on corporate back, because it is ‘against corporate policy’ to offer discounts. Come on…really?????
5. Keep your freebies….I won’t need them, there’s another theater in the area.
6. Shame, shame on your rules, some of these kids can’t talk for themselves, but we will.

So I was wondering why here at Cinemark 7 in Eagle Pass,Tx is that they keep hiring kids ad assistant managers. With my experience being at the theatre almost everyday the managers Cleary don’t know how to work under pressure. They don’t know how to customer problems especially when there is a blackout. Box Office employee Venessa has been working there for about 6 yrs. She is calm, respectful, works under pressure, and is always helping out in areas shes not assigned to. Last time there was a blackout the assistant manager panicked and she came through and solved all our questions. Ehy isn’t she a manager? She is older and more mature and deserves the position of management! Not these lil kids fresh out of high school.

I am a regular customer at the North Haven Location in CT . The employees are great ! I love interacting with them every time I go there. The last movie I saw was Cinderella with my two little ones and I honestly felt like I was a kid again. But besides the movie being awesome to me , I have this concern about the manager who went to the concession to get herself a drink. Not only did she not care to see how great her employees were doing but She looked miserable! She even looked at me wrong. I can still picture her angry face and it is disturbing. I dont know who this new person is. I sure hope she is not ruining the business with that attitude. For the past six or seven years That I have been going there the employees were more cheerful and happy. For some reason, now they look like they hate their job. Sad to see them this way. I hope they are not falling into a negative vibe. There is nothing worse than walking in to a negative place. Honestly thinking, the negativity starts from the top.

I had a similar experience there. However, I had a male manager. We went to see The Jungle Book. Everyone was nice except when I went to order my kids popcorn at the concession stand. It all fell apart. They put the cup and snack inside the box and fill it with popcorn to save money on the popcorn. I had this fish out the empty cups to get my kids srinks. Needless to say, my kids popcorn felt over and they lost half their popcorn. It was a disaster and a waste of $47.00 dollars. The manager coukd care a less about my kids loss and my financial waste. They didn’t even try to make it right. I will not buy food from them again. I’d rather take the kids to the movies and go out to eat aftwrwards. However the theater is wonderful! I am just gping to avoid the manager and the concession stand next time.

My first ever going to this particular theatre and it wasnt wat I expected… First off the built it from the ground up and it’s crazy that you have to wait in one line on the inside just to get tickets they do have the option of paying wit a.debit card in different machines but who wants to risk that. Besides all of that I get to the counter to purchase my ticket only to find out I have to buy a ticket for my 2yr old for 6.50$ and not to mention it starts at age 1yr ..which we ended up leaving 45 mins into the movie because that’s water 2yrs do. I will never go to cinemark again I’ll just stick to Cobb theaters.

Sorry Bronson. My brother used to work at a Cinemark. Unfortunately Cinemark as a business doesn’t care about their employee’s, they mainly only hire 16 or 17 year olds since it is hard to get many employee’s who are older because they only pay minimum wage which is why you may get a employee who will shrug and not care about your experience there. Cinemark doesn’t understand that by underpaying staff and even manager’s too, they are keeping unhappy employee’s who may not care to go above and beyond to help a costumer. Cinemark only care’s about a costumer’s money which is why everything is so over priced. Your best bet is to take up any complaints with management rather than a staff member/usher, if you raise a big fuss over your experience, they will give you some free passes so that you will come back. Hope that helps.

Would really appreciate a reply! again not tring to be rude. But this is the response everytime. Like nobody cares!!!
