To whom This May Concern,
My family and I which was 4 tickets all went to the Premier to watch the Avengers Endgame. We got to the theaters and were unable to park valet which was supposed to be complimentary so we self parked. When I approached the concierge to get our tickets I had advised the employee that I had previous tickets from the day prior and was unfortunately unable to come due to a medical issue with my daughter. We sat down to have some French fries and chicken quesadillas and the food was not so great it was cold and the service was slow and their was was only a handful of people sitting down. So I have yet to be refunded or receive a gift card so I can use the tickets at a later date. We got into the movie theater and it was extremely warm in the theater. Due to the fact that this movie was so popular I had planned for this to be on Saturday so we could all together watch the movie. I advised management but all the advised me to do to receive a gift card would be to contact corporate offices. I had tickets that we were unable to attend on April 26th, 2018 at 1:40 p.m and all I wanted was a gift card for that. Also at the end of the movie the staff was so resilient to making everyone leave and not watch the ending. We felt rushed and it was awkward. So not only it was warm we were also rushed to leave the movie. For the amount that we spent it wasn’t worth it at this location. I tried to go to a different location since we usually go to silver spot or iPic. My contact number is 954-397-XXXX. Please feel free to contact me for any questions.
Warm Regards,
