Chubb by far the worst experience with a insurance company !I was hit from behind by a Chubb customer on her phone and I have been dragged Tru the ringer to get my claim completed. I have been handed to 6 people or my assigned claim personell or there bosses will not answer my emails or calls. When I get someone on the phone all I hear is I will update your fine. This has been going on for over a month!

I enrolled in one of your accident plans-my son is covered on the policy had an accident and we needed to file a claim.
The process has been ridiculous. I have spoken to 5 YES 5 different claim reps- the first 4 could not provide me with a claim #. Then when I called the 5th time- they said my claim had been processed. According to the representatative,they did not include the follow up orthopedic visit that I advised them my son went to, on every call. I asked if they needed anything additional from me on every call. No I was advised if they need something they will reach out. The first 5 calls I was on the phone an average of 45 mins a call. This process is very- labor intensive!
I did appreciate Randy the manager who is helping to get this resolved. Honeslty, this is my first experience filing a claim through you and Randy states it is not normal for things to go this way- however, I am writing to let you know that my first experience has not been a great one.

Good morning , evening, or afternoon , I was an employee in the Salem office between Atlantic Mutual , Ace , and Chubb for 37 years until I was laid off in 2016 . I (along with others) was given a year severance and part payment on our insurance for a year . Well the year has come to a close but I wanted to Thank You for all that you have done for me while working there and after being laid off . I think about the company daily and all that it has done for me even through being laid off . Words can not express my appreciation that you have shown not only me but all who was affected. I wish you very much success in all that you strive to do and Thank You again for All that you have done for me, I will never forget it .
