I am filing a dealership fraud lawsuit against one of your California dealerships and I have my financing with Chrysler Capital, which I defaulted on when I was fully able to prove my case.
I have requested on multiple occasions now, cooperation & assistance, which is required by state law for you to provide me with, copies of every one of my credit reports that were submitted to you by Moss Bros Dealership in Riverside between 10/15/18 – 12/15/18 both via dealership direct & electronic there is probably 3-4 of them.
I would also like to have a direct contact with someone in your executive, fraud, legal department to speak with. I do understand the fraud was not done by Chrysler Capital but it wasn’t done by me either.
I know you want payment for a vehicle or for it to be returned, and that is exactly what I want as well.
Moss Bros Riverside Chrysler Jeep stole $14,000 cash & my 2017 Fiat from me worth another $10,000…. I was not approved for financing which I did not want, I wanted only a lease or nothing at all. I was not approved for that either and I received legal documents from financing to return 2 different vehicles within a 25 day period and by law they were required to give back my $14,000 deposit plus my trade-in vehicle, however, they refused to give me back either.
They then flipped my low payment lease over to a 7 year finance, added on expensive warranty plans, fudged my income by creating a false self employed company (if you check my real applications) I submitted income of approximately $2500 including my disability income and what I was approved on for financing doesn’t even mention disability income just fake self employment. This fraud was submitted to financing 1-2 weeks after me signing the finance paperwork and a week after being denied financing and I never agreed to this sale or $830 month payments, because there is no way I can afford that.
Furthermore, I have copies of emails because the first lease they did sell me was fraudulent, they lied telling me it had features that didn’t exist and within one week of vehicle possession it was in the shop and falling apart.
My emails clearly informed the sales department that I was interested in a Jeep Cherokee limited plus, and I sent them 15 stock numbers of interest that put the purchase price right at $18,000 (year end sale) but they ignored me, and 1st put me in a grand Cherokee Laredo with nothing included and broken and then when denied a lease on that $26k Jeep, instead of going back to the less expensive option or giving me back my down payment of $14k, they put me into a $60,000 grand Cherokee limited with upgrades but said not to worry it had rebates and specials and I qualified for assistance so my payment would remain low.
Well it didn’t, I didn’t qualify for the lease so they flipped into a finance and I didn’t qualify for that either. But then they refused to give me my down payment and trade-in vehicle (told me they can’t even though the denial of finance letter says by law they HAVE to)….
After that, they did some shady & hinky stuff and I know they created a fake business name and income (I never signed & only found out by seeing it on my credit report)
I attempted to contact the dealership and finance and I told everyone I can’t afford this and I did not want anything but a lease, but no one listened
I contacted several lawyers, each are eager to have me retain them, however Chrysler Capital is refusing to cooperate by providing copies of each credit submission the dealer submitted to you, which is in violation of California law and adds additional charges to my lawsuit that now directly effect and link you to the fraud suit.
So this COURTESY letter is to inform you of my 3rd and official request for copies of EVERY application for finance you received.
This can be emailed to mckray.tracie@ gmail.com and a hard copy mailed to P.O. Box 777 Cedar Glen, CA 92321 Attn: Tracie Mckray
Being that I have not retained an attorney as of yet, because I was advised it would save me fees by requesting the legal documents personally, I am still not under a lawyers care, so I am going to request and recommend that we try to find a solution to this very illegal fraud issue together and avoid courts, avoid law suits, avoid a long lengthy trial and settle this outside of court.
I’ve never wanted anything more than my down payment plus vehicle trade in or comparable returned to me, and upon doing so, I am happy to return this 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition blacked-out overpriced vehicle to you and walk away and never say a word to media or anyone

Great idea. Customers would be lining up to the dealerships. The Chrysler brand needs another vehicle. Not everybody likes Jeeps. There would be no duplication with any other brand.

Buyer be ware, I purchased a brand new Jeep Renegade with defective airbag and seat belt. I took the case to court and won. The current owner of the deal ship is claiming they are not the deal who sold me the car. Note same name, I will find out who the owner is of the (3) dealer ships listed on the invoice. I know they put them under an corporate umbrella.
Once my car is safe I will sue you for selling defective car’s as new. You better hope no one hits my car.

Champion
August 2, 2019
Date of incident 7/27/2019. My car was taken to the service department to have an oil change. Keisha Tranbarger came out and informed my partner that a larger plug had to go back into my oil pan because the current one was stripped. I purchased my car brand new April 2007 and Champion’s service department has been the “only” shop that has taken care of my oil changes in 12 years. Keisha went on to tell my partner I would have to have an oil pan that would cost $800 plus dollars at my next oil change and said I had been told at the visit previous to this one. I wasn’t told because I didn’t take my car to the previous one, my partner did, and he wasn’t told neither. So, we looked over the printout they gave my partner the previous visit and it was on the printout. I called on Monday 7/29/2019 and asked to speak with the manager and someone transferred me to his voicemail. I still haven’t received a call back from Jeff. I wanted to talk to Jeff so he could explain how my plug had been stripped and they were the “only” one’s that have touched my car’s oil pan in 12 years but I didn’t get a call back. Well, the larger plug was put in my car with the understanding it would last until my next oil change 3000 miles. May I add, my partner (paid) for this extra fix until we had to come back for my next oil change. My car had been parked in my garage until Wednesday evening. I pulled out the garage and noticed a large amount of oil on my garage floor. I immediately called the service department and told the young man that answered what had happen. I was too afraid to even start my car back up. The young man took all my information and told me John Lutane would call me back. Well, John called back, and I explained all over again. He said that he could have a tow truck to pick up my car, but I would be responsible for the cost to fix it. I was then very upset and told him, I would call him back. I called my partner and told him what was going on and he said he would get my car to the shop the next morning. I called John and informed him my partner would get it there. John said he put my car on the books to get right in. The next day, my partner got my car to the shop and was told he would have to wait for several hours for my car to be looked at. So, I called and was transferred to Keisha. She begins to tell me I had to pay $800 plus dollars to have my car fixed. She was so unprofessional telling me how many miles my car had on it and the fix couldn’t be fixed, that was paid for. I told her, I wanted my car fixed because they put a bigger plug in my car that should have lasted for 3000 miles and it didn’t last a day! She went on and on until I got tired of listening to her. I told my partner to go and ask for the owner was the Fernando Falcon. God works in miracle ways, Fernando was walking straight in my partners direction. He asked me what he looked like and I told him. He said, I believe this is him so he asked his name and low and be hold it was him! Fernando got on the phone and I explain to him who I was and the problem I was having. Fernando told me he would go in there and ask for a little faster service, but he didn’t want them to rush. I said okay, and he was off the phone. Well about an hour later my partner called and no one has said anything about my car. We were talking on the phone and Keisha comes up to him and he said he would call back. Well, Keisha called me back. My car had not been looked at, at all! Keisha calls me saying I will need a new oil pan and my car couldn’t be fix! The larger plug had caused more damage then it came in there with! She kept talking about my miles and not the fact that, someone in their service department had been tightening that plug to tight all these years and that’s why the bolt was stripped. I kept explaining to her their shop is the one who has caused this issues with my car and she was totally not listening. All she could say was, I need a new oil pan in the most rudest way, I hang up and called Fernando back. I explained to him, my car had not been touch in all this time. I explained to him, I should be treat as a valuable customer as I have been for 12 years. He agrees. He said he would reach out to some people and would call me back and he did. He went on to say everything Keisha said but in a nicer way. I told them both, I bring my car to be service with care and not torn up in the process. He said the people that were reached out to couldn’t give a better deal with repair to my car they were only $56 cheaper than them. He said I could buy another oil pan and they could put it on for $391 labor cost and it wouldn’t be a warranty. Not addressing the fact that my partner paid for a fix that had things a lot worse because now my car can’t be driven! He never apologized for my car continuing to be damage by their hands. I was only told my car is 12 years old but did knowledge my car has been well taken care of and now this. I have several printouts with them stating this is wrong, that is wrong wanting me to pay thousands of dollars and a second or third opinion says different. This is the first time my car has EVER been down and it’s because of Champion where I purchased my car. They should be held responsible for causing this problem with my car. I shouldn’t have to be without my car because of keeping up with my maintenance! They except me to pay $391 if I purchase my own oil pan or pay $800 plus if they do all the work. No one there is willing to knowledge they cause my damage to my car and that makes me really upset. It doesn’t matter how old my car is it has been taken care of like a baby. Their records can show all that. There are some things that were stated I needed that weren’t needed. I want my car fixed back to the way it came in there, WORKING! I don’t know if explain all of this will do any good, but I hope someone has a heart because Fernando, Keisha and John didn’t! Loyalty should always come first with long time customers. Excuses after excuse is all I have heard. Please don’t let this be another one. I just want my car fixed the way it was when it came in there on Saturday 7/27/2019 that all I ask.
Revise follow up: Fernando did call back after my review was posted. Fernando started out by saying he was very disappointed in my review, which upset me more. He did apologize within the same sentenced as disappointed. He went on to say he was going to give me an even bigger discount but, didn’t think with me being so upset it would matter now. It took me until the next day to post my review and to receive a call stating, he was going to give me and even bigger discount. I feel was far from the true. So, he told me to have a nice day and we hang up. Even if I was upset, it’s because he started out with he is “disappointed.” I don’t think he knows, the bigger picture here. My car has come to his location for 12 years for service. I have paid faithful for my services and I didn’t think 7/29/2019 would be any different. My car was messed up by the hands of Champion. The fix that they called themselves doing, wasn’t a fix but a total disaster! I had one year left to purchase another car from this location because up until now, I felt my car was being taken care of but it was slow being damaged with every oil change. Knowledge wrong and making it right, will have a customer for life with me. My car shouldn’t be sitting because of a major mess up as this.

To all of whom it may concern,
I am writing this on behalf of my daughter who made a very big decision to lease her very first car on her own I should add. After looking at various dealerships both foreign and domestic she was set on leasing a “NON AMERICAN” vehicle. I reminded her that she also liked the Jeeps and persuaded her to go take another look at them. My daughter walked into your dealership and talked to Allen Bradley. After speaking with Allen and test driving several vehicles and after several days of decision making she chose to purchase the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy, Michigan. That was in August 0f 2018.
After a few weeks she noticed the engine light come on and she called the service department and made arraignments for service. She brought the vehicle in after a few hours she was notified that the car was ready for pickup.
Going forward it has not been a year and she has brought the car in for service each time because the “engine” light came on and she calls makes an appointment they give her a loaner. Hours or days later she gets a call saying the car is ready with the explanation on what the problem was and what was done to correct the issue.
Now it has come to the point that she came to me saying that she feels that she is getting the “runaround” about the issue(s) that keeps occurring with her vehicle because of her age, being a female etc. She explained that every time she comes to the dealership Allen is always accommodating and expresses his concerns. But then she stated that the General Manager was supposed to give her a call last week sometime and has failed to do so. So for me as her father and the person who pushed her towards getting an American product, I feel that I too am to blame. The vehicle has been in service now for about several weeks now. What makes this worst is the fact that when she came to pick up the car from service because it was (fixed) she did not make it off the lot when again the “engine” light came on and she had to turn around and go back to service to the bewilderment of the your service crew.
Again this is a lease vehicle and I have to say I’m sort of glad because I would not want her to have to worry about being stuck buying a car with the possibility of still having issues. So far she has had over a hundred miles added on by technician’s road testing it. She had to cancel two trips to Atlanta because she does not feel safe going out of state with the car. My daughter is a 22 year old fulltime college student, working toward her Psychology Degree and Nursing school. She is also a hard worker who saved up and put down the money to get this vehicle. But more importantly she is and will be my little girl whom I will always champion her cause and concerns when the need arise. I just want her to be treated right.
If there is a need for a recall and I hope it does not, then do so. If there is another 2018 or 2019 vehicle available with the same features then exchange it and make her whole. This may make the difference of gaining a repeat customer or the loss of one.
Sincerely
Columbus Sykes III on behalf of Chardonay A. Sykes

I have a 2016 Jeep Renegade with 41,000 miles, that needs an “AIR BAG MODULE AND D/S SEAT BELT BUCKLE TO START WITH $1198.00 PLUS TAX” I must say this is a first, two (2) safety issues. An air bag that has never been used or should we say it probably did not work to begin with. The seat belts really what kind of cars are Chrysler putting together?
Safety parts are only warrantied 36,000 miles bull What wear did the AIR BAG have?
Chrysler should go out of business before some is killed driving or riding cars. USAA has really gone down when they are endorsing a Chrysler product. I am a shame to say I did not know the Jeep was made by Chrysler or I would not have purchase one. When I called USAA to complain the representative asked me what I thought about the jeep because she had purchase one and she too did not know it was manufactured by Chrysler when she purchase her Cherokee. NOTE: When I was on active duty I purchase a new Chrysler and it would get me where I was going but I always had to be towed back. I wore I would never buy a Chrysler and now I have unsafe one. Buyers beware not only is Chrysler Jeep are junk but the are built with defected SAFTEY PARTS. Note to anyone who has a Chrysler and any light goes off in the dash board insist the mechanic find out why even if it is not on when you take the car to be checked out because the lights had been going off and on in my dash board for since September and every time I took it to the mechanic for oil change, brakes or tires no lights, which means it was well before the 36,000 mile warranty. I knew I was screwed when Chrysler was not apart of BBB. I will post on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and warn my friends to warn their friends if they value their lives stay clear of Chrysler cars.

I am a loyal Dodge owner and have had many Dodge vehicles all the way back to the 1972 Dodge Challenger RT. At the present time I have 2 Dodge Ram trucks.I have a 2008 Dodge Ram Lamarie that has 212000 miles on it and still works well. In 2017 I purchased a Dodge Ram Longhorn. I think this is a fine vehicle and I really have been enjoying it.
However I have a problem with the 2017 Longhorn. I have a problem with the air oumo for the suspension and ther are no air pumps available anywhere to be found. My truck has been at the dealership for over a week now and I am being told that there is no pumps that would be available for at least 3 more weeks. I don’t know about you but if a company builds something they should have parts on hand for repairs. How can anyone be happy with not having your vehicle available to use for over a month. They also told me that my warranty does not give me a rental vehicle to use during my wait time for service. I am totally disgusted with Chrysler Company. I am sure this will be my last Chrysler vehicle unless this gets settled in an amicable manner. Someone needs to contact me and offer me a rental of the same model vehicle at no charge, then get my vehicle repaired correctly
and offer me a sincere apology. That is the least possible thing that should happen.

To whom it may concern;
My name is Dennis Pratt, and I am a proud owner of a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI.
On November 17th my wife of 21 years passed away from cancer. I live on the West Coast in the Bay Area, and my wife’s brothers live in West Virginia on the East Coast.
I needed to go to West Virginia for a private family memorial, I am not a big fan of flying and the other option for me was to drive. On 11/21/18 I had my truck in the local dealership for servicing that cost me almost $2600.00, money I really did not have, however I had to do it.
I left California on the 22nd and drove US 80 all the way. I was concerned on whether or not my truck would be able to make such a long trip. Again I had no choice, I left. My truck has only got 12 MPG on a good day. On the trip I averaged 17 MPGs. My truck purred like a kitten all the way there and all the way back. The only hiccup was a headlight went out, so I replaced both, and the heater worked fine except for having heat on the feet the switch to the floor quit working.
If you can’t tell I love my truck, partially because my wife bought it for me, and because I have always loved Dodge Rams. My truck needs some tender loving maintenance that will have to wait until I can afford it. I will keep this truck until the day I die.
I just wanted to let you know how my Dodge Ram stepped up to the plate and did not hesitate to cross the map twice and ran perfectly. Thank you for making such an awesome vehicle that has become a valued family member.

My daughter has a 2015 Chrysler 200. She has had problems with it stalling on her for the past few months. When it finally died in an intersection with her 2 year old in the car, we had it towed. Found out it is the fuse box ($700) and not covered under warranty. Chrysler knows there is a problem with these cars and their fuse boxes but won’t do a recall and won’t cover it under warranty. In the meantime, parts are backordered to the Dealers and service centers for months due to the big issues. My daughter is a single mom and needs her car to get back and forth to work, how is she suppose to pay this kind of money for something Chrysler should fix since they know the problem.

No backup camera, seat adjustments, climate control, navigation or radio. No this doesn’t work for me. We will be contacting California’s Lemon Law. In the meantime we ordered a new system through a different company. We are having that installed and we will be working with the state to get our money back for the system we are putting in.

I’m not sure how the Chrysler corporation runs their business ! I own a Fiat 2017 124 Spider had a small acccident and bumped the person in front of me going less than 10 mph air bag partiality deployed. Well the collision center that fixed my car gave me a date of 10/31/17 . Called the day before to be told that the steering wheel is back ordered till 01/23/2018 ….. 3 months ‘! Well my insurance company will only pay for a rental for 30/ 900.00 max . Which has to past ! The only reason my car isn’t fixed is due to the fact the company can’t provide the part ! After being told several different dates that it would be here ! I’ve pleaded with the motor company to reimburse me the 1000.00 dollars I’m out for having to rent a car due to the fact they CANT PROVIDE THE PART !!!! And be a stand up company and rent a car because of the problem they have created! I’ve pleaded with several customer service agents only to be told NO and tough luck ! Is this how you really run your company Chrysler ??? Also I have been given a case manager that obviously doesn’t understand what their job is . Someone that can’t track a supposedly air mailed package on the 7 th of Nov and to my knowledge no logistic company doesn’t send packages Willy nilly and can’t track them . This case worker can’t give me an ETA other than a date that went from being air mailed on the 7th to be told it ….I don’t know where the package is … then be told it would be here on the 20 th Nov .. … then be told it would be here on 27 th Nov … Niw date has changed to Dec 15 ….. Linda Sommers my case manager doesn’t know how to do her job whatsoever ! Calls the dealership where they will be last to hear if part shows up . If she would just call the company that shipped the package and ask where it is ??? I’m completely disappointed and in dismay because I don’t know how I will pay my next month due to the fact that I have been made to rent a car due to a mistake / problem on your end ! Not to mention there goes Christmas !!!! Help anyone in the Chrysler Corporation!!! Is this how you treat customers ???

On the 15th of November I took my car in because it would not start. Nothing worked something was wrong with my vehicle. I had it looked at by another shop and they quoted that the cluster module and BCM the body control module where to be replaced. And it was going to cost me $744.67 to actually install an HVAC module. I had my car home not an hour the next day and I get home and it almost wouldn’t start again after I turned it on. So I take my car back up I had to get a ride home. The next morning I’m called and told that it wasn’t what needed to be fixed. It was the battery. But the battery was not holding a charge. So explain to me why they wanted an additional $400 almost for a battery. And this is freedom Jeep Chrysler in Killeen Texas I have a receipt number if you wish to have it. That $744 is what I could have used for my 2 month old sign for diapers wipes and formula. You miss diagnose my car charge me that amount of money and now I needed a battery. Luckily I was able to tow my car to Napa Auto Parts and they gave me a new battery for $176. So I will be calling corporate office and I want my money back. I paid cash. And I have that on my receipt that I paid cash. And just so you know that receipt number is 200002356. And you also said that you honor and respect and probably serve your military. Well that’s a bunch of BS because I even told them that my husband was active duty and they didn’t really seem to give a flying you know what. I bought a brand new Chrysler 300 in May of 2014. To date it has a little over 28,000 miles. So far I have had to replace the oil pump, have air conditioning fixed, and now with this low mileage, I am being told I need new struts and whatever the part is that holds it all together. There were no issues with the front end of my car until Redlands Chrysler/ Dodge did a front end alignment that they said was needed. After I picked up the car I noticed a grinding noise in the front end, and when I took the car back they said I needed the struts. The car itself is beautiful and rides very nicely, however I don’t feel the car is holding up mechanically as it should. After only a little over 28,000 miles it is always needing something repaired that should not be going wrong with such low mileage. Please help with these issues or I will not be purchasing any other new Chrysler products.

My name is Donna Cox, I went into Steve Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Wynne Arkansas on August 27th to buy my grandson a vehicle. Shay George called me and said he had a truck for us to look at, so we went and picked out a truck,2011 Dodge Truck 1500 4 wheel drive, they worked out a deal, I asked for sales tax to be included in the deal and they said yes no problem, I looked at me a Chevy Cruz which I also purchased, I told Tito the manager that I could not buy these vehicles unless the sales tax was paid and he assured me it would be done. My deal went thru in a matter of 30 minutes and then we had to wait 2 or 3 days for his paperwork. My sales tax was paid and when I looked at the contract for his truck it was not included (9-25-17). they just called me to tell me that they finally had the paper work to get our tags on our vehicles. I called and asked about his sales tax and they said, I didn’t read the contract and signed it so too bad, I guess they got one over on me, since I had to go there 2 times to finally get my paper work and pick up my grandson’s truck. I think they did a shady job of this deal and I intend to go on my facebook page and let everyone know how they do, to lie to me is one thing but to my grandson is another. He now has to come up with 1500.00 to pay his sales tax. His first buying experience is terrible.
Any answers will be appreciated

Bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with the v6 engine,3.7 liter in 2008. ALWAYS did the maintenance as scheduled and took very good care of this vehicle. I loved this vehicle, the Jeep just flipped 100,251 miles and the engine total failed. No warning, no nothing. A local dealer outside of Toledo, Ohio…..wants $4600 to put a non warranty used engine in my vehicle. Only after that dealership told me, that V6 engine has a LONG history of failure and Jeep has nothing to fix the problem. Especially the years of 2005-2007 Jeeps with the v6 engines. I’ve called the Jeep corporate offices, emailed everyone I could find , and all dealerships basically with the state of Ohio. How come no one will answer me or attempt to help me. How about Jeep standing behind there vehicle and owning up to their XXXXXty product??????

My 2005 Grand Cherokee has on several occasions turned itself off while driving down the road. The last time this happened was at night and raining and the windshield wipers, headlights and everything shut off for several seconds while driving down the road. Because of this a tractor trailer pulled out in front of me with my children in the car and we were nearly killed. I had no light, windshield wipers, the brakes and steering were very difficult etc. I took it to the dealer today and they stated that there is a recall for this however no fix for the issue at this time?!?!?!?! This is completely unacceptable as my vehicle is completely useless, it is not worth my families lives to take the chance of driving it. I would like to know what is being done about this.

Case # 27175095
I had purchased my vehicle (2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude) last November of 2014 at Cunningham Auto (Edinboro, PA), because it drove smoothly, was reliable and safe. I received a call back in the middle of June (2015) regarding a recall for the air bags on my car. I made the appointment for June 29th, 2015 at North Pointe in Seneca, PA. Apparently there were two recalls that were done on my car that day when it was at North Pointe, which was found on the paperwork that I received. Once I received my car back I started having problems with it shifting and then loose of power going up a hill. The shifting was getting worse as the days went on and a noise start coming from under the hood of the car. I had my husband in the car with me this past Sunday (July 5, 2015) and he felt the hard shifting and heard the noise.
On Monday (July 6, 2015) I had called North Pointe to explain the problem I was having with my vehicle and the gentlemen had informed be “that there was nothing that could be done”. He indicated that Chrysler was the one that told him to tell customers that. He also informed me that there was a second edition to this software that will be another recall, but has no clue when it will be released. If I had known that there was going to be a second edition to this software, because the first one damages the car then I would have never gotten the recall done.
The fact that you (Chrysler/Jeep) have released a recall knowing that it has been causing issues with car really upsets me. Also what really bothers me is that I was not informed of the issues my car may have after this recall and that I would need the second recall. At this time my husband is driving my car, because it is not reliable or safe for my son or me to ride in it. I am all about safety and feel that a customer should be happy about the products they purchase. Since I have to drive my husband’s truck it is costing us more money on gas, due to me driving my son to daycare and then work and running my errands.
My car goes to Donovan & Bauer Auto Group (Titusville, PA) for a diagnosis on Monday (July 13, 2015). As I have read the complaints on this happening to other cars and my neighbor is having the same issue with her 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk, I feel the issue with not be resolved. I would love to have my car back the way it was, which it was running perfect before the recalls were done.
I am extremely upset about this and sick to my stomach that I cannot even drive my car. I received a call from the case worker on Wednesday (July 8, 2015) and stating what Chrysler could do for me due to this situation. I also contacted an attorney to see what my rights are regarding this situation and what laws are out there. Since my car cannot have the computer go back to the original setting where it is not shifting like it is now and I do not want to be stuck paying monthly for a vehicle I cannot drive. I honestly feel that since this is causing a convenience for my family and me, I should be given the opportunity for a new car that is at the same value (MSRP) as the 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude that I have now. I would expect that a new car will not have these issues and will not make me so upset.

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit on 3/19/2015 – Mr. Nicholas Volpe, (Salesperson), Mr. Ivan Ruiz, (Sales Manager), Mr. Bill ??? (Financial Officer) from Jim Browne, Tampa Fl, all failed to indicate or alert to the possibility of an additional tag registration and processing fee after the price was indicated, agreed upon and signed by both parties, in the contract!
Now Mr. Kevin Martinez, from the Dealership, wants me to disburse an additional $159.35, plus have me drive for 2 hours at my expense, to pay that amount, so I can then obtain the tags, when at the time of the sale and before the contract was signed, I was clearly told tags would arrive at my mailing address! ( The only additional expense was to materialize if I requested a special theme on the tag, which I did not request, and the additional costs were specified at that time! After refusing to pay for an amount requested a month after the contract was signed, I then requested for other ways to reach an agreement through a different way to compensate me, as this was definitely a mistake originated by the Dealership and not the customer. Mr. Kevin Martinez, replied, not their problem that I had to pay that amount or that it would soon be more of my problem, as I would be driving illegally in FL.

All power lift gates & doors open, even when vehicle is locked. There is no signal and vehicle was left unsecured and full of snow, when found.
Need to redesign or change locking & doors. Power doors and power lift gate should not open without unlocking vehicle first.
Very poor design.

I will start from the beginning addressing my initial concerns with salesman @ Davenport Iowa Kimberly Chrysler “Brannon”
– His customer service was done after we reached an agreement and Brannon immediately moved on to the next sale ignoring us through the entire process.
– He forgot (numerous times) several key components of the sale such as the service appointment (date), the pre-payment for the service, and the drop off of the vehicle despite our numerous conversations.
– He also failed to show up when I dropped the truck off.
– His quick blame on the service department for not completing the work on time, attempting to wipe his hands clean of the situation rather than finding and working towards a solution.
– I would also like to address his overall unprofessionalism from the moment we reached an agreement to the last time we spoke to him.
I would also like to focus on my experience with “Shannon” the sales manager
– He appeared intoxicated(still from night before) smelled of alcohol during our initial meeting, did not conduct himself as a professional, and was underdressed.
– He took down a list of what we added, paid for and wanted done with the vehicle, but obviously did not follow through with service, or his salesman.
– He failed to contact us or attempt to remedy the situation when your truck was not completed on time.(1 week later)
Lastly there was the Owner “Dale” failure to contact us within 24 hours.
FYI; I made a calculated decision to go with Ram, even had accessories added, and could not be more disappointed with my decision. I am extremely hesitant to ever bring my vehicle back for service, or to do any further business with your dealership. AS I love the truck! I am wondering if it was worth the nightmare I went through compared to the other pleasant experiences I have recently had at competing dealerships. Also management’s inability or lack of attempt to communicate with me and fix the situation is unacceptable. If possible I would also request that corporate contact us to find a solution to our problems with this dealership and their staff.

To whom it may concern, Please save the Viper. I recently read an article in regards to two liability issues that concern the Viper at the tech and training centers that you support. the article said that you wanted these cars crushed because of that liability. I am a car enthusiast and I like big power ,big engines and rare first production or one of a kind cars. If I had the money to buy one of these cars I would. Unfortunately I don’t. If there was any way to find a buyer or donate them to a museum, please find a way to do so. Even though you claim that these cars have lost there technical value for training because of there age, they are still an important part of the car industry and automotive history. Please do what ever you can to save these cars.

In writing this I realize that it will most likely fall on deaf ears but it is important that I make this statement on behalf of all the RETIRED employees AND the families they support. My husband retired after 32 years of service with Chrysler in Alabama. Many events took place during his employment….some good….some bad but no matter what he continued to support his mother company. During the 1970 financial emergency it was he and his co-workers that took pay cuts and concessions to insure the future of Chrysler so that the “active” and “retired” employees would have a means to support themselves and their faimilies. He made contributions to Chrysler sponsored charities and even helped restore the Statue of Liberty out of his own paycheck. Now comes the time in his life that he worked and prepared so diligently for. The time where there should be comfort and rest. The time when the company he supported and helped grow would return those favors as promised. This is not what I see happening! I see him struggle over making ends meet while insurance companies pay less, cost of living soars, and only minimum adjustments are made on his pension check. There is no fairness is how you treat your PAST employees. Not even a Christmas bonus or profit sharing check? REALLY? Beleive it or not SOME of these employees are still living! That’s right, they haven’t died off yet but seem to have been forgotten for their long years of dedicated service to this company. $2500.00 profit sharing check for ACTIVE employees ONLY? Are you kidding me? There would be NO ACTIVE employees if it were not for my husband and his co-workers! Chrysler would have been thrown by the wayside years ago just like our retirees are now being done! And to add more to this story…he STILL purchases only Chrysler vehicles (for which the money goes back to the company and their ACTIVE employees) as to guarantee that this automotive company continues to thrive in AMERICA! I am his wife….his disabled wife….with only a disability check to show for my 35 years of work and the small check I do receive goes to pay for MY insurance, doctor co-pay and medications. How many other “retirees” are suffering just like us? Anyone run the stats on that before negotiations left these “retirees” to figure it out for themselves? Just a thought….YOU WILL BECOME A RETIREE AT SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE IF YOU LIVE LONG ENOUGH! WHAT WILL BE IN THE CONTRACT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY? AT THE RATE CHRYSLER IS GOING….THE ANSWER WILL BE NOTHING! You guys need to wake up before it’s too late for ALL OF US (Yes that included YOU!) And as I stated above, I know this e-mail will most likely be ignored but there was a time when PEOPLE mattered to Chrysler and this company acted on the behalf of ALL their employees…..not just a select few. And maybe that company no longer exists, but I would like to think that it COULD be that company again and be a model that other companies set THEIR standards by. Sincerely, Katz Wilbourn
