I accidentally drop my wallet at the Ocotillo/Imperial Hwy station. When I returned to the station to recover my wallet, which was recovered and returned to the cashier. Rather than keeping the wallet in bear safekeeping and ready to be returned to the rightful owner, like me, should he/she return to claim it, a fellow chevron employee or store manager took it with him to some back office. When I arrived to inquire about my wallet she said that my wallet was picked up and turned in. I had approximately $540.00 in my wallet, which was all gone. The store has servaillance cámaras and would be helpful in finding out who picked up and took my money. Or at least clear the Chevron station manager as the culprit/suspect, since he handed me the wallet while faking yawning, pretending having been asleep.

Chevron employees in Walla Walla, Washington on 7 E Rose St today, July 14 @ around 9:10 am literally had me in tears. I suffer from many things including anxiety and depression. This is the second time in a few days period, that the employees (different shifts, shifts days, different staff) at this particular gas station made me regret stopping.
The first time the man working was just plain rude. I had two Natural American Spirit cigarettes coupons to use (same as today) and he just gave me a really difficult time, made me feel embarrassed and wished that any other store carried menthol because I didn’t want to have to return. After checking Walmart, First Stop cigarette store on state line in Oregon and at the Conoco and Cenex both on 9th street, none had menthol. So today I returned to the Chevron on Rose st only to encounter twice the rudeness and ugliness of before. The older cashier with short blonde hair and glasses was asked by the younger cashier (who seemed to still be training) what to do. She told her I could only use one. I began to speak to say that that wasn’t so, that I just used two at he same store recently and she put her hand up and told that I didn’t need to be rude. And I asked her how am I being rude, I’m simply telling you how it worked last time, she laughed and walked away. I started crying because I couldn’t believe that the same store treated me even worse than before. Could’ve have been that I was using coupons? I don’t know.
The older cashier who shut me up realized she made mistake and rather than apologize to me, she told the younger one, oh she has two packs? I thought she was trying to use two coupons on one pack.
They finally got it figured out and I paid, the entire time I was in tears and the other short brown hair asked me how my day was. I told her, it was going great until I stopped at this store.
As I was walking out, I turned and told the three women that I couldn’t believe how poorly I had been treated and the young one says I’m sorry to me but before I left the door shut, I told her, don’t worry, I’m never shopping here again.
And I wont. Even if my car run out of gas, I’d rather push it passed that store than stop.
Never been treated that badly and for absolutely no apparent reason.
I’m a 40 year old smoker who was taking advantage of some coupons I received as a gift from NAS and ended up in tears!
Go figure!

I so upset with you Santa Fe store 6374. Your assistant manager Travis was rude. I forgot my staring with that when I walk to his register. I tried to pay with one card but expired so I paid in cash. I bought so other items he said now I need to give a extra five dollar for putting through a other transaction. I thought he was kidding around I sayed no . Well I left without putting my gas. When I realize what I done I turned around he sayed the to take it up with the other customer that was there. I talk to the customer and she said she use her credit cardhe no. he said it was already used and didn’t want to help me. So so the other clerk was able to help me out and retrieve all my money for gas he proceeded by saying that this happens all the time. he said go to another pump and he put it on but proceeded to ignore me when I went back in to let him know what pump I was on. I have never been treated like this before

I went to Havoline Express, 14200 Cicero Crestwood, IL for the second time on July 21, 2014 after their recommendation that I have an engine transmission flush. Of course while this was being done, I was encouraged to have a radiator flush and then a coolant flush to include freon. (Incidentally, my car is almost no cooler now than it was when I went in and I really don’t think I needed the radiator flush either. They continued to tell me they would cut deals on the prices of each service if I would accept the service. Consequently, with all services having been performed my total was supposed to be $193.00.
When my car was done, it didn’t take very long at all for all three services to be performed, I presented the manager with a Chevron Credit Card that has a Chevron logo on it and also has Havoline Express Lube printed on the card. It was my first time using my card and I had already activated it. I was told that the card was declined and I knew under no cirXXXXstances should it have been. I talked to Chevron to confirm that my card was good and then put Chevron on the line to talk to the manager, they confirmed the card was good. The manager then called his manager, supposedly the owner, and then put me on the phone with him. I explained my card etc, and the manager went on to say that his particular establishment had not been set up yet to accept the card. I asked him how I should know this if there is a Chevron logo very boldly displayed on the sign in front of the establishment as on my card and my card clearly saying accepted at Havoline Express. He went on to say I just told you we haven’t been set up yet, I went on then to say again, how would I know this and that it was false advertising. At this point, one person was attempting to out talk the other which I found very unprofessional of him especially in his capacity and as a man showing disrespect to me as a customer and as a woman. It never hurts sometimes to just say nothing or allow a situation to become calm. In addition, the last thing this supposed “owner of the establishment as he so aptly put it”, said to me was, “I was going to offer you a plan of payment to pay this but I can see that you are just IGNORANT so put my manager back on the phone. I went on to tell him that I was talking to someone ignorant and he became enraged. Why I don’t understand, he thought it was okay to say it to me, a customer, (I mean, I was). The guys that work there are very nice I thought but of course very unprofessional and incompetent management. The manager told me that his manager told him to call the police, I said call them. I left at that point because I was tired and had a thousand things still to do. I told the manager of the service to do send my bill to Chevron and it would get paid. Had the owner of the establishment not been so unprofessional he could have come up with that alternative as well or something similar. To tell me he would set up a plan of payment agreement with me was not an option — after all, I already had one which was my credit card and had he not taught his employees to be so greedy, I would have gotten my transmission flush and gotten out of there being charged a lot less. Needless to say, I will not go back there, was it worth all of this to lose a customer(s), over something like this which really equates to “false advertising and incompetent management more than anything else?”

Terrible’s # 299 5685 Mountain Vista, Las Vegas NV.. Gave the lady attendant a $20 bill, and in return she gave me change for a $10 bill. When I asked for my extra change back she replied there’s no way that we can help you until tomorrow at 2 PM. I then said that I would call the police which I did and I had a unit on the way to resolve problem. Once that was done she said oh we can have you an answer by 2 o’clock today. She had mentioned to me that there was no way for her to pull up cameras no way to have a manager come and help fix the problem now so I guess I have to wait. This will be the last time I ever purchased anything from this Chevron and I hope everyone else listens to this.

Will turned out I was right, and was refunded my $10 in change. The only thing is it wasted almost an hour and a half of my day and how much I make an hour at my job is about three times the amount that this cost me in time. I just wish you could hire people that paid a little more attention to transactions so you don’t end up wasting your customers time. I especially don’t like being called a liar because your worker was so adamant that I gave her a $10 bill and there’s no way I gave her a 20! Just mark me down as another unhappy Chevron customer who will be telling all of my friends relatives and customers at my work about how well I was treated and taking care of at your station!
