At the Hardy, AR. Bills Cash Saver on September 17, 2022 me and my cousin who is legally blind parked I an area of the parking lot that was shaded and in a spot my cousin wasn’t used to parking at. He got out of my truck went to the front of my vehicle and used his foot to feel for a parking bumper which usually tells him to step over it and he will be in front of the store and he knows where to go from there. But this time there was a wall that he felt with his foot it was the same height as a parking bumper and when he stepped over he fell from the top of that wall to a 5 or 6 ft drop falling blindly. He was banged and bruised up.we made an incident report with the store manager and called corporate to talked to someone about my cousin wanting something put up at that wall, like a fence or a guard rail to make it safer and to prevent someone else from getting hurt like another handicap person or even a child. Nothing has been done to make that area safer. Corporate doesn’t even know if they own that wall or if it belongs to another building that’s property is divided by that wall. They have yet to make it either safe or letting know it is not there to where can speak to the proper people to get it safe. He’s is so upset about someone else possibly getting hurt he’s ready to get a judge to make them make it safe!

I live in Texarkana Arkansas . Last Friday morning I went to the Cash Saver on E 9th gas station and put twenty dollars of gas in my pickup truck a stranger stopped and advised me that their gas had water in it and was going to see the Cash Saver Manager about it. Since I was already fueling I thanked him and shut the pump off. I stopped at the local tobacco store and left my truck running and coming out of the store I watched my truck shaking and sputtering then it died . I tried to crank it but it wouldn’t start so I walked to the Cash Saver store and informed the Manager. He took my name and phone number and gave me the number of his office in Wake Village Texas. I called the number several times and no one answered I assume they had the day after Thanksgiving off. I am going to try and reach them tomorrow. I have talked to several people who have had the same experience as me and Facebook has reported this problem also. The thing that bothers me is that the manager at Cash Saver is aware of this because my name and number as well as three other people was on that list and nothing was done about it. This is a self serve gas pump station and I went back twice to check on my disabled truck and the pumps are still on. I am going to have to hire a tow truck and a mechanic to check my truck and verify if there is water or not in my fuel. If that is the case I am going to pursue this with my attorney. I can’t speak for anyone else but I am very upset that an unknowing customer could be taken advantage of and nothing done about it.

Been a customer of your Euclid location in Des Moines Iowa for almost 10 years. Yesterday my business goes to your competitors. Your meat depart my ent rewards meat how do I know this when I get it home top is red bottom is brown this is consistent. Frozen food department ridicules with thawed to frozen. Have you ever opened a frozen 8 dollar pie and it’s all on one side. Priced are high enough to get poor quality food. Produce is also nasty lettuce is wet and brown sometimes no scales and after the renovation they put out 2 more now there gone.After talking with the manager I came to the conclusion he’s asleep on issues. Cashiers are on point doing a great job. Moving forward prices where there at the last thing a customer wants is poor quality food and this store is consistent for it. I’m a 400.00 a month customer and want no apology or reimbursement just fix the f-en problem

We bought a money order from Cash Saver in Sulphur Springs, Texas. We just found out the company we sent the money order to for paying a bill has never received it. The postmaster informed me the issuing store was supposed to contact Western Union to determine if it had been cashed. The store told us it was up to us to deal with and also would not reissue us another money order as we were told was supposed to happen. We cannot afford to pay out the money again for that bill as have only one fixed income check. We will never step foot inside Cash Saver stores again or purchase the money orders they sell anywhere else as seem very unreliable as much as Cash Saver.
We’re very disappointed with this store and also Western Union money orders.

Worked at the Cash Savers on 3rd street Memphis TN. I’m sorry to say but that place don’t appreciate good workers. I’ve never had a complaint, neither have i ever got into it with any customers. Just did my job and come home. First they say “I faked my asthma attack”, (don’t know how you can do that) so they made me miss a whole week because they felt they was right when they seen me come in later to get food. (I had a doctors not for that.) Second, Wanda who works in the office was try to harass me about working in the office which I was perfectly fine being a cashier . She told me I had to work in the office if they tell me too and i couldn’t refuse it. So she felt some way about that. Third I get fired this time for touching a time clock. Now one of my friends passed out earlier that day and she was rushed home so she forgot to clock out. Me and her clock each other out all the time( you can check the cameras) but that don’t mean we are stealing time so i got fired again for touching a time clock…basically. Sad part is they didn’t call they waited til i got there to tell me not to clock in. They new mu situation about my house burning down and losing my car so with my asthma i had to walk all the way back home. There are people there that comes in drunk, high on weed and pills even some manger drink beer when they are on break. So how is all of this going on and nobody sees it. Mr Anthony…who suppose to treat his co-workers with respect pick and choose who he wants to work there and fire people for no reason but yet he puts his nasty fingers in peoples faces fusses at them like they are trash, and put his finger in people’s face like they are not human being. When i first started the first thing they said was don’t say nothing to Anthony and im like why not he is suppose to communicate with his workers. He walks around and slam items on the register and walks away not saying hey can you please put these back where they belong. The only manager that was Nice is mrs Sharon she treat her employees with respect and love. A few days later two employees where fighting outside the store but they didn’t get fired. I vowed to speak up on my experience at the jobs rather they are good or bad. If i have to i will take this further some thing needs to be done.

Very disappointed with cash savers in searcy ar!!!! My 82byr old mother went in to get some groceries & became very sick. She asked for help not much was given. She told them she just needed to get to her car & sit down not once did they offer to help or ask if she needed medical attention. She told them several times she was getting very sick & needed to sit. She asked them to take her debit card & she would give them her pin # just so she could go to the car. They said no. She asked if her daughter (me) could come get them later. Thay said no! She finally finished her transaction & asked for help out to the car with her groceries & they did but want happy. O even went to the store the next day to talk to the store manager. He wasn’t to helpful. Even asked for the # for someone above him. He gave me the wrong # had to call him back. He then said he found the person who ” helped” my mother & basically called her a lier!! They did offer help but they did not!!!! If thats how they treat the elderly what a discrase!!! WONT BE BACK!!!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

My brother was an employee at this location he has been there for almost three months until he was wrongfully terminated March 18,2020 by the rudest manager Joe Prowell. My brother has a development issue so I went and spoke on his behalf. But before I could even speak Mr.Prowell begin to yell at me with attitude. I asked Mr.Prowell what was the issue he had with my brother and why was he fired? Mr.Prowell state’s that my brother: didn’t know how to use the time clock(but his checks had all of his hours) he stated that my brother didn’t know how to follow direction or do the job. So I asked Mr.Prowell if he isn’t doing the job to your liking can you show him how to do it the way you would like. Mr.Prowell stated…”I don’t have time for that” so I said well can another employee show him how again with attitude he said “we don’t have time for this” I then said to Mr.Prowell well it seems to me that he wasn’t properly trained when he got hired. Long story short Joe Prowell clearly doesn’t have time for anyone or anything…his words not mine.

I am emailing to ask a few questions.I shop at the local cash save arounf town and have noticed that there are a few differences on how they are being ran.I live in the memphis area and the 3237 Winchester memphis location is the closest to my home.I have noticed that where there are sales listed in the paper that when i go to location they have non of the items avaible even when i go the first day of sale they dont seem to stock the items on the shelves.These same item when not on sale seem to stocked.I do not seem to have this problem at any other location but have to drive further to get too.My question is are the locations privately own as i did not see this done with previous owner and seems to be something different in the way its ran with present owners.I do know that private owned franchises usually can run and change prices as the see fit.And would like to know if this is what is being done because the prices at locations are not the same.The Winchester location is changing prices and making them higher then the other locations.How are they able to do this as we are still being charged the 10% extra and makes no sense to if prices are going to be raised in the attemp to make mpre money.If this is something that you allow you company to do then buying things at the local superlo would save me the hassle on certain items.If you can contact this location and give me any feedback on what is going on would be thankful if not then i can understand the matter at hand.ok

I want to fill a complaint on an employee named Dan at the Cash Saver in Lake Worth. He was rude to my eight year old daughter.
He read her shirt; (we are talking about a little girl) which says “Act like a princess, think like a boss,look like a model” and he said apparently I don’t see one?..
I looked at him if he was playing but he was serious. I left the store came right back in and he said oh, it’s you again. I told him you need to watch your mouth, you are talking to my daughter or regardless who’s child it is keep you comments to yourself. He just micked me and said I will keep my comments to myself sarcasticly. This is ridiculous I have never had a problem at this store. I am frequent customer and this unacceptable and childish telling that to an eight year?? I believe not one mother or father would like to see and hear an idiot talk down on their child.

Steven, I was wondering the same thing. In the Muskogee, OK store located at 3115 Okmulgee, Street, around 6″44pm, I paid $117..82. Plus Tax at 10% of $11.78 and additional tax of $11.86, $23.64 in taxes. I asked the person at the check out, she said she didn’t know. I later called the store to ask and SHE was SO RUDE! “I don’t know and I don’t have any control over that. I asked if there was anyone there that knew that I could speak to, hatefully, she responded “No.” I asked if I called during the day shift, if there was anyone I could speak to that knew and she said “No”, maybe Kevin. SO RUDE!! I will make a call to corporate office tomorrow, hopefully someone will know. As much as like the store, I WILL NOT GO BACK and let my family and friends know. $23.64 is too much in taxes not to know what type of tax!

I had the worst experience at my favorite store that i visit almost everday. A cashier name tag read Brandie. She was so rude. She worked express lane which she was with one person for 16minutes. I asked when she startedd talking to a fellow cashier sbout greens in which she left the counter already twice to ask manager about price. I said when they were done talkin can i please get cheched its been over 15minutes. She said you are just impatience. I said you have been talking about the same item and talking to people too long. I reported her to her manager. Alot of stuff in the store is outdated and needs threw away. bought two 5# rolls of hamburger today 9/17/18 and didnt notice it before i got it home that had use or freeze by 7/20/18 that’s unexceptable. gonna turn them in if it happens again. also when they have there meat sells they have it out all day long in a uncooled bins. iv’e picked up the meat and alot of it is room temperature. On June 18,2018 in Dallas at store #1201 Camp Wisdom Rd. I had a incident where loose baskets in entrance of store rolled off and hit my Mercedes while I was shopping. I asked the store manager Don Miles or a incident report he left and came back stating he could not recognize who left the baskets. He then began to scramble employees to clean and remove baskets from the entrance. I took picture of Mr. Miles removing baskets from entrance. I have employee names as well. There is no sign stating Cost Savors is not responsible. The police officer did not see any signs as well. I will continue until I speak with CEO Mr. Smith.

In the past I’ve shopped at this location, but yesterday I had a really bad experience. I went to the location at 2130 East Ledbetter Drive in Dallas Texas to conduct some shopping. Were I was confronted by a Shelia and was threatened by this employee. In the past, the security and some of the managers are aware of my concerns about leaving my bag up front they allow me to carry in the store. SHELIA then confronted me demanding that I leave the bag out front I said no she call me a F-en Gay Mexican and said I had to leave the store and kept yelling and screaming at me in front of customers. I told her to be quiet she said that she would kill me if I didn’t leave and called for security, using bad language, in front of customers. Then as she was checking out customers she still kept yelling foul language as I was speaking to the manager. I spoke to the manager Jash the manager stated he didn’t see the incident that occurred and the excuse was that people are stressed out. I believe there needs to be an investigation this was totally embarrassing. This is not good customer service the incident occurred after 10:30 p.m. July 23rd 2017 Please review the cameras and speak with the security officer who saw part of the incident. The incident became even worse as I was walking home a person confronted me and threatened for me to leave her alone and not come back to the store or he was going to hurt me. The only reason why I come to the store was to conduct business. I made it clear to the management and the security officer. I believe that this employee is taking it too far. I feel the employee was harassing me and I felt harassed by her actions. This is not appropriate and I would like for management to inform me that the issue is being investigated. I believe, I shouldn’t have to be threatened by employees. My intentions where to only conduct business.

Please be careful where you get your family’s food! I bought a lasagna yesterday for $15.74, and when I took it out of the freezer today to cook it, I found that it was full of mold! I took it back. The store had no problem refunding my money, but while I was standing there another employee came up and asked if she should put it back in the freezer. The employee attending to me told her that he thought so, but that they needed to talk to the manager! I went away disgusted but found the same lasagna next door at a more reputable place for $12.99. I like Cash Saver’s selection and price. The one closest to me is at 3071 South Perkins here in Memphis TN 38118. It is FILTHY! I complained to the management over a year ago and was told they would be refurbishing the entire store “soon”. I tried to call their headquarters but just ran into long, drawn out voice mail. I will be issuing a formal written complaint with the Memphis/Shelby Health Department tomorrow.

I went to local Cash Saver yesterday morning to get hamburger helper thats on sale for 77 cents a box and they had $1/2 coupons attached to all boxes i grabbed several and checked out using the coupons. I went and put stuff in car and went back in for stuff i forgot and there was the manager and another employee ripping off the coupons from every box of hamburger helper. Manager was also on phone with someone telling them about the coupons on boxes and the sale they were having on em. I think that was very dishonest and i have since emailed the company and let them know. They emailed back and said they were taking this serious and looking into it.

I live near the DM Iowa outlet. We were so blessed to see our grocery bill cut drematicly on even the healthy nutritious foods when you guys settled in here. I even emailed you so. No longer the the 4stars from us . No we see crate after crate of crap. Background: The day this Cash Saver opened I, like so many others, was excited for the store remain in business for years to come. Walmart and Kmart (closed doors for good two months ago) needed competition due to poor customer service and, “we’ll restock shelves when we feel like it.” Surely, The new Cash Saver would catch their eyes and make the WANT to do better. What a shock I realized soon after the doors opened! Now open over a year, I see new cashiers, stockers and butchers. What’s worse is the management changed almost just a often. Within the first six months or more, I can’t tell you how many EXPIRED ITEMS I picked up. Once, I notified management about expired Oscar-Myer deli meat. Not only was one tub expired, two rows of different meats were expired over three weeks! A few showed mold and green slim festering through the clear plastics lid. Growing pains is what I thought, so I got a manger and showed him the expired deli items. He thanked me in a grunting manner as though he was pi**ed I noticed the dates. He told me he would take care of it. I rolled on and finished shopping. Two days later, I go back wanting to buy Oscar-Myer sandwich meat. OH MY HELL! The two rows of EXPIRED TUBS OF MEAT ARE STILL ON THE SHELVES!! I got another manager – a female with bad blonde hair, frumpy-dressed and an attitude as equally hanious. She inspected a pale containing a developmental chemistry project gone bad (meat was black, curled on the edges with thick dark green mold. I got over shag carpet in the early 70’s and just wasn’t sure I would eat O-M deli meat again – given it could transform to what i saw). She grumped just as bad as the manager I talked with at this exact spot two days ago. “I’ll take care of it…”, she mumbled. Nano seconds passed and she SCREAMED a guy’s name!! Screamed big time! A young guy makes the corner and she starts chewing this kid up and down about the expired product on the shelf. “I BETTER NOT FIND ANOTHER blah blah whatever blah!!!” And, “You Better …..!” and “If I see…on and on!” I jump right in and stopped her! I couldn’t watch her project blame on her an issue she should’ve taken on as her own! I said a few things like “lead but example” and “get results not excuses.” That went right over her bad page-boy (or duster brown or whatever it’s called) hair wearing head. I apologized to the young boy and walked toward the door. Fast forward: Today, an African-American female named, Denise, was the managers at the customer service counter. She was assisting another person. I waited until she asked, “And what do you want?” Today was lady day for the Cusinart promo. I had shopped many times during the promo period and had two and one-half cards punched. The three previous shopping trips in this store I was told by cashiers and other managers that shippments would be arriving on 2/23 – 2/25 and the promo items would be restocked. I had been waiting for the Cuisinart Smart Stick Hand Mixers to come in so I could use my promo cards and cash difference to buy one. Denise said none are here and none came in and mumbled. I told her I couldn’t hear her. She turned to the customer who she was still helping and started talking to her. I asked Denise, again, to repeat what she said. She turned her back and mumbled. I asked her if another Cash Saver might have the Cuisinart items. She gave a “huh” chuckle and said, “I don’t know but what’s over there is I guess what you can get!” I asked of there was a number I could call. She started walking away, with her back to me, mumbling again. I asked, “So, what am I to do with the cards on the last day of the promo – when I was told the items would be here between the 23rd through today but nothing is here?” She said, “I don’t know SIR!” and she kept walking toward the office. I have $450 worth of punches. That means a I have spent a lot of money on this store. As a customer who continues to give Cash Saver the benefit of MANY doubts, I have to ask you now? I want to use the value I’ve acXXXXulated on these cards, pay the cash and tax difference for a Smart Stick Hand Blender. Thank you!

I’m serverly disappointed at the cash saver in Tell City, Indiana. I’m going to take full action if something doesn’t change. The management had harassed an employee until they broke into tears and quit. I do not appreciate this. This is a discraceful thing. I’m so disappointed. I really hope this is not how you treat your employees at other locations. Please go and show authority to management at the Tell City location. Andy Hoersli is a complete disgrace. I’m very unsatisfied and disappointed to see employees treated this way. If this issue is not fixed I will go on my own to spread word of this horrible act. The treatment of the employees is only the start of what is wrong at the cash saver in Tell City.

Hello, I’m Alexus Bradford I needed to update my physical address to recieve my W-2 at a timely manner. My employee ID number was 11802 at CashSaver on 2130 E. Ledbetter Dr. Dallas, TX 75216 store # 6519. When I went in today to update my address she said,” Since, I don’t work there anymore I had to call 972-241-2184 to update. Because, y’all wasn’t mailing my W-2 there. So, when I called the number she gave me it said,” mailbox is full”. So, I couldn’t leave a message for them to call me back. My new address is Dallas, TX 75228. If y’all could please help me I would gladly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and patience.
