On June 6 2019 at approximately 9pm I was up to 7905 dollars in winnings with continuous free spins on one of the machines at Aliante casino. My players card was inserted during this time. The machine started flashing and Then went down to the original amount of money 40.00+ I started with. I called a slot attendant to inform them of the glitch in the machine, and was told there was nothing they can do about it. During the time of my winning streak I recorded the incident on my cell phone . I was extremely upset that the slot attendant stated there was nothing they could do. I was then asked to leave after I became insistent that the machine malfunctioned during my free spins and that I was recording my winnings on my cell phone. I would like to speak to someone in regards to this situation as soon as soon possible. Thank you.

When i first started working in the buffet at the TCC in april.i t was pleasent, friendly and exciting. Now, i find it to be a stressful and hostile invirement at times.for example.just this past thursday 2/8/18 a coworker got in my face cursing in front of the guest.and and the two higher up supervisors did not take action .they just ignored the situation like it never happened,..they simplytold the new supervisor on duty to talk to us both.which he did.and nothing else was said after that.she continues to work there.still takes more then thirty minutes for her breaks. calls out often, with two no call no shows ,still keeps her drinks up front knowing we’re not allowed, and goes hangs in the bathroom several times on her cell phone. soo goes other empoyees. And yet nothing is done. it seems to me that rules apply to some and not others.and i’m not the only one who feels that way. that dept.desperately needs a manditory meeting ASAP.and lay the cards out on the table and out in the open.Even the guest are getting tired of the way things are being handled there.

Hello, I would like for this message to be directed to the top management at the Gold Coast casino and resort. Last night ( Saturday February 4th around 10pm Me, my husband and freind visited your casino and received sub par service from your casino staff…currently I am on crutches to help with a weight bearing disability of my left ankle. We hired an uber driver to taxi us over to your property and he kindly dropped us off at the valet doors where everyone else gets dropped off (taxis, valet, etc…). And the Gold Coast employee outside started yelling and making hand gestures at the driver to never come thru that area again and that he needed to drop off around the side…it all seemed disturbing to me that we were not welcome as guests at your property to be dropped off at the doors like your other guests…I even got out and needed assistance walking with my crutch and didn’t even get an acknowledgment that we had arrived or that maybe he someone with a mobility disability should be allowed to be dropped off close the door???? But disability or no disability it was all perplexing as if the driver was being targeted because he was employeed by uber? We made our way inside to play at the craps table and we were having an enjoyable time….around 11:30 my ankle was starting to hurt and it was becoming difficult to stand so I asked the gentleman in the craps pit if it would be possible to get a chair? He said there were none available at that time but that he would work on it…as time went by a chair behind me came available and I scooted it over to sit for even just a brief rest and immediately I was scolded like a child by the craps pit staff…I was a bit stunned to be treated that way and complied with their request to not touch the chair. 10-15 minutes went by and I asked the craps pit boss about getting that chair and he blew up at me yelling and saying there were just no chairs available (althou thru my eyes there were lots of chairs available try the whole casino, behind me, at the bar, at the machines….everywhere empty chairs…there was even an empty chair at the opposite craps table not being used….it was now 12:30 and I didn’t understand how they couldn’t locate a chair in 1 hour…he was attimate about no chairs available and he continued to raise his voice at me and yell. I said ok and tried to gather myself but I couldn’t hold back the tears welling up in my eyes…my husband was at the other end of the craps table and he became upset after the guy yelled at me and came over to ask what was wrong? I told him I had asked for a chair cause my knee and foot was hurting and he started yelling at me about asking…my husband wanted to leave immediately but before leaving I asked to talk with the pit boss about the situation and he had no apology or reconciliation and said short and to the point there were no chairs available…I was more upset about how I was being treated verbally but he fell right in line with the craps pit and was very short and seemed aggregated by me asking to speak with him and offered no reconciliation and they seemed content and happy for us to leave? I did stop by the front desk also and spoke to Joe about the situation and he said he would pass the message on and left it at that….I left unsatisified feeling it seemed no one really cared! After making our way to the valet area we were directed to walk around the side of the building to an area of the building isolated by itself not even close to any entry or exit way of the building to be picked up by our uber driver….we had no option to stand inside and wait out of the cold…if it was raining we would have probably gotten wet…we spent 1/2 a day at your casino the previous night and 2 days there gambling last year when we visited but I guess the true colors of your staff came out tonight…looking back at my expereinces a few of these incidents seem borderline discriminatory towards a person with a disability. Even though I hope to not be permanently disabled by my condition, I do sympathize with more permanently disabled people who may experience this same treatment at your facility. Thank you, K. Hambrick
