I have repeatedly and respectfully requested my refund of $1,125 for a service/product that I returned to your Yorktown office without a proper response. This is my last request before I take alternative legal steps to recover my money plus any additional expense to do so. I initially requested a refund on or about June 17, 2019. I have spoken to Eric in the Yorktown office whom promise that my money would be returned to my card with two days of my request. Since I have spoken to a manager named Mike and a supervisor named Tony. Tony has agreed and promised to return my money but has yet to do so. I have lost trust in your company. The most recent conversation with Tony, he expressed that the company desires were to end its relationship with me and I feel the same after this breach of trust. I am requesting that my full refund of $1,125 be returned to my card immediately. I also respectfully request that no further prescription of the TRT treatment be order because again I have no further trust in your personnel nor your company. I further request that any and all payments made for TRT treatment that I have not received thus far also be returned to my card. I have repeatedly requested that your management or resolution department contact me without any response therefore I will visit my bank to stop all payments and return of any and all payments if I have not received a response by the end of this business day. I had hope this could be resolved amicably but after more than a month of requesting my refund I have lost complete trust with your staff and your company.
I am ready and willing to file criminal and civil complaints if there is no proper compliance.
