Hello, my name is Rufus Cipriano. I am a dedicated returning customer of bonefish Grill. I’m sending this email because I just returned from a business trip and had an opportunity to enjoy a Bonefish Grill in Las Vegas . Unfortunately for me the Bonefish Grill that was in the Woodlands has been closed for a few years. My question is, are there plans of returning to this area? Especially the Woodlands Conroe area? The selection of the items on the menu are perfect in my opinion. The service is always great, The food is always spot on, and you can always quench it with the wonderful drinks that you guys have. The staff at that location in Las Vegas and other locations that I have dined at always seem like they’re having a great time taking care of their customers.
I live in the Willis Texas area and we are limited to places such as bonefish to dine at with much frequency. The Willis Texas area is booming and if you guys were to put a restaurant anywhere near here, it would be busy every single day in my opinion. Thank you for listening. Keep up the great work.

Bonefish Grill has a nice atmosphere however the hostess at the door has really bad attitudes and very nasty upon my husband and I arrival and departure with that being said I over heard the two standing at the door talking about customers and if I could say I thought they were speaking of me this kinda of customer service can really hurt the business if I may say I would love to hear from someone from the corporate office so I may explain a little further great food awful customer service not to mention it was our anniversary very sad

Had lunch at Bonefish in Brentwood (Franklin)Tn. My grouper was great. Jim ordered the special Ahi tuna. The first time around the tuna was seared but almost completely raw. He ordered it medium. The waiter agreed and took it back ,.I shared my grouper while we waited for his Ahi tuna to be re. Cooked. The waiter brought another Ahi tuna dish and it was just the same as the first.(raw). The waiter apologized. He never offered any adjustment. I said just give me a take home box. A few minutes later the waiter brought the check. Never even asked if we wanted dessert. Paid the bill and very dissapointed.

Not happy with my dinner that I had last night. I made reservations to take my parents (who were in town), on Sunday at Bonefish Vero Beach for a Tuesday night dinner. Arrived on time, was seated at 5:30 Samantha was our server. Well he had to coax her from our drinks to our appetizer to our dinner which never arrived until we requested to see the manager. That was around 7:20 p.m. This was the second time that this has happened to us at this location. It ruined our night and the server told us that we should of never of came on a Tuesday night due to some special they had. She said it wasn’t her fault that they were packed and that she could not get to us. Manager approached our table. Apologized and said the same thing. It simply was wrong and the dinner was ruined. We never hardly ate any of it and will never go back.

Why is going to Bonefish Grill such a big ordeal? Painful!
One three separate occasions I have made reservations for the busy time on Friday evening (7:30 pm) and they “lost” my reservations made days in advance at the Wesley Chapel, Florida location.
The management is useless and the front desk help is worse.
One manager complained about the old reservation software.
FIX IT BONEFISH!

I just went to Hooked on Tuesday at Bonefish salad entree and dessert or so we thought. Our bill came to almost $42 then when we asked for our dessert to go the bill jumped to $55. You better adjust your menu to reflect the additional cost if you get dessert which we understood was all inclusive.
we paid and additional $12 for dessert we thought was included in the meal. We made no fuss at the restaurant but are very upset by the additional cost. We go to Bonefish once a week and I am a dine rewards member. Its no reflection on the staff who are great but this practice is very confusing and costly

I understand now why Bonefish has only 2.1 stars on a 5 star rating system, based on 30 reviews. Things must be going really well for Bonefish. So well that they forgot a basic concept; take good care care of your existing customers. You don’t need to pay new money to attract them, just keep them happy, as you already have them.
Well, I’m an existing customer, and a Dine Rewards member, and I’m not happy at all. Copied and pasted here is a letter I wrote April 2, 2019. It is now 2 months later, and I have not received any response whatsoever.

Mr. Mike Cook General Manager Bonefish Grill 1900 Crocker Rd. Westlake, Ohio 44145
Hi Mike:
I’ve been a huge fan of Bonefish Grill, as well as Outback Steakhouse, for quite a while. I’ve recently even become a Dine Rewards member.
Every visit I’ve had, at either establishment, had been a wonderful, positive experience. Until my last visit on Wednesday 3-27-19 at your location.
My lady friend and I invited a couple of friends who we know from our Forest City Yacht Club, to venture from Euclid to my home in Savannah Estates in Westlake, so we could all go to your Bonefish Grill location. I was quite excited, as our friends had somehow managed to have never dined at a Bonefish Grill location.
Unfortunately, our string of positive dining experiences ended last Wednesday due to incredibly poor service from our server, Nick.
I’m sorry to say, Nick was slow, not very attentive, and too busy chatting to other employees in the kitchen entrance way, to properly address our needs. The ladies ordered wine from Nick. After waiting, and waiting, and waiting, I had to hail a young gentleman, who I assume was a Manager, to please bring us our wine. Near the end of our meal, we asked Nick for more water, as we were out, and he did not seem to notice that we were out. Once again, after waiting and waiting, I hailed the other young gentleman again to please bring us water, which he did.
I just feel compelled to pass on to you, that I feel bad suggesting our friends travel from Euclid to visit, only to share in a sub par experience at your Bonefish Grill.

My husband and I just had a fantastic meal at Bonefish Grill in Kendall, FL. This was our second dining experience there in less than 1 week. We were welcomed by a lovely hostess, greeted by the very accommodating manager on both occasions and terrific service both times by our waiter, Edwin.
I must say, the food is delicious, the restaurant is clean and extremely inviting. Our waiter, Edwin is the very best waiter we’ve ever had serve us … anywhere!!!
We’ve dined at numerous restaurants in our lifetime but we have never had service to match Edwins attention to every dining detail! Even the extremely upscale restaurants do not have an Edwin! Thank you for providing us with amazing food, excellent service and an awesome manager that makes sure we are enjoying our dining experience.

Kudos to your amazing waiter (Justin) and the wonderful service my son, our company and myself received today, May 21, 2019, 4:00 p.m. @your East Bay location in Clearwater FL. We were celebrating my birthday and had a visitor with us from Brazil. We are originally from Michigan, but now are permanent residents in Largo for the past 20 years. Ricardo at the age of 16 was a foreign exchange student who spent 6 months with us in Michigan. He is now 52 years old. He was in Miami on business and flew into TIA to celebrate my birthday. Your waiter was aware of the history since I shared this with him while Ricardo was away from the table. He was impressed and went out of his way to make the birthday memorable. I like Captain Morgan and coke and Ricardo said he was going to tell the waiter he would order the drink in Portughese (Cuba Lebre). Justin, with no hesitation said sure coming right up and brought the drink. He was precise in answering our menu questions. He was kind, patient and intelligent. Our meal was delicious even the birthday cupcake w/candle and ice cream. But what was so memorable was that Justin made a birthday girl in her 70’s and a visitor from Brazil anxious to return to Bone Fish. Ricardo will be leaving for Brazil on Saturday. JUSTIN IS A KEEPER!

My wife and I just left Bonefish Grill. My wife and I were the first customers in the establishment(store #9153) at about 11:05am, for Brunch!. We were sat down at a table , and waited about 15mins before anyone came to take our order! Once our order was taken, we did not get our food until 11:50am!!….45 mins for brunch, and the first customers in the place! Then when we got our food, and of course it was not complete! I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for two (2) poached eggs on the side!. No explanation was ever offererd or given as to why we had to wait so long. By the time I got my food I just wanted to go! I asked for two carry out boxes , paid for my food and left! I love Bonefish Grill, and have never had such a terrible experience before! I don’t neccessarily blame my waiter, although I think that they could have at least said , I’m sorry for the delay, but this is the problem or that is the problem. No manager ever came out to see what was going on. I didn’t request one because of my absolute aggravation with the whole experience! I hope that this experiene will never be repeated without a reason or explanation again! I am posting here because I could not find a website that would allow me to post my experience! The contact page and the page for making a reservation is not working properly so I will leave my message here.
When I called the restaurant this am on 4-26-19 @10 am no one seemed interested in the fact that a reservation cannot be made on line. I presume the woman is just not interested
Beyond that problem I must say that for anyone looking for healthy food your menu is very limited in Cincinnati. Farm raised shrimp and salmon are not proven to be raised in a healthy environment….. especially the shrimp which are fed antibiotics and kept in very tight quarters (I can send the report). Salmon raised in pens in the ocean in too close proximity or raised on farms are no the genuine article. Essentially your restaurants in ,my opinion could be called the McDonalds of seafood. That’s why I rarely eat there…..simply out of convenience,
There is a large potential market you are not serving.

On 3/9/2019 at 5:00pm my friend and I went to the Bonefish in Deptford, NJ. What a crappy service we got. We were promised a half hour wait that turned into an hour. We asked to speak to a manager and she couldn’t be bothered. People who came in after us was seated first and yes we started to feel because we were black. Every time we got up to ask about our take the guy would say 3 mins then 1 minute it was all bull crap. So finally an hour later we get a table and here comes the Owner Dominick who is by far the worst manager we have ever dealt with. He’s arrogant, narcissistic and basically blamed us for not having a reservation. When I told him we will never come back he acted like he didn’t care. I am ashamed the Bonefish is represented by such a jerk like that. Not once did he or his manger apologize for misleading us in the wait time. They completely ruined our dinner and we will never ever go back there. Horrible service and horrible owner.

We were very unhappy with the service and meal at Bonefish Grill, Richland, WA. The service was horrible. We sat for over an hour waiting for our food. We asked the waiter to please check on our order and he said it would be right up. After another 20 minutes we asked another waitress where our order was as several people in the lounge had come in after us and eaten paid their check and left. The waitress said she was so sorry about our wait and would comp our bill. She stated they could make it to go or we could eat it there as it was ready to serve. She also said they said they were short staffed and didn’t expect the busy day. I would would say that is poor management as it was Presidents day and a three day weekend. 15 minutes later she brought our order and my order was wrong. Due to dietary issues, I ordered the grilled shrimp and a side salad. I was brought Bang Bang Shrimp. We left the food and left your restaurant and will never return. It is not the first time we had bad service but it is the last…We asked for our check and they said it was comped. It should have been as we didn’t get the right order. We will never return to your restaurant.

I dined at the Orlando location with my wife, nephew and niece and what a great place and atmosphere from the decor to the linen on the table. From the time the waiter came to the table, to the quality of food, everyone really enjoyed this restaurant. I can’t begin to say how great this experience was for my family. When I dine out I first want a good waiter/waitress, nice atmosphere, and great food. Bonefish is one my favorite resaturants that hits these points with a five star rating. I ate at their restaurant when I lived in Chicago and now as a resident in Palm Coast, Fl. it is the place to go and not be disappointed. It’s approx an hours drive from our Palm Coast home but worth the trip.

My nephew used to work at the bonefish in Coral Springs Florida and would always tell me how the managers don’t care about their employees and I told him he should say something to corporate but was too scared. Josh and Darren are rude with how they talk to their workers and sometimes he said josh would be spiteful. What kind of managers do we have running this place ? I think they need to be spoken to. I’m glad my nephew doesn’t work there anymore and I’m hoping the management team gets better there.

While eating dinner at Bonefish Grill in Augusta, GA about two weeks ago. The waitress dropped a tray causing steak sauce to splatter on my wife and I. Our garments were ruined! We had to forgo our plans for that evening. Highly embarrassed while walking to the car and through our hotel wearing stained clothing was only part of the problem. After being told by the manager that we only needed to send the bill for our clothing costs to be reimbursed our loses. After doing so we were told that we needed to send in receipts for our clothing. The manager, Tamara Mimmie, told me that her boss required the doXXXXentation before any money could be sent after several calls to Bonefish Grill. We feel like we were duped and got the run around. I sent a letter with the itemized costs and offered to send a link to each purchase place. I hope corporate management values each customer over a 200 dollar reimbursement. We wish we had better memories about Bonefish Grill Augusta. We don’t think it would happen at Bonefish Grill in Jenkintown, PA

I have worked for Bonefish Grill for 3.5 years. In the beginning I truly loved working there and was aiming to work my way up. However, I soon realized that if you were not part of the “in crowd” it would never happen. I had asked to become head wait but manager Leah Dennis always stated that others had asked ahead of me. I soon realized the nepotism when her ex brother in law Damien came to work there and his wife Amber Morton and she was made head wait, and others who had not worked there before. I guess they were in line from another store. So I let it go realizing its all about who you know in Ocala. for the first 2.5 years I did not call out. I had my shifts covered. This past year was another story. I was in a bad custody case and trying to go to school. I did give up many shifts, however I paid people to work for me and my shifts were covered. In between January and February I had 3 call outs, all with a physicians note. I had an allergic reaction, then the flu, then my back went out and I could not move. It was at that time management took me off the schedule for 3 weeks and refused to even acknowledge me for several days to explain. When they did, Leah Dennis and Justin Moe sat at table and gave me 3 write ups. I had never even been spoken to in any way up until that point. Leah stated that notes or not if I ever called out again I would be fired. She said I could have made those notes myself and printed up doXXXXents on line. So not only was the stipulation unfair and unrealistic, but she insulted me and made a false accusation. When I made comment about it she said no call outs for 60 days. When I came back I tried picking up shifts and just do my job. On June 15th my father passed away. Not a word was spoken so I contacted Howard about bereavement. Throughout the next few weeks my mother needed my help and then she wanted to move so I was going to try to transfer to help her. Things did not work out, I ended up staying here in Ocala and then I was notified I was getting my kids at last minute notice for two weeks so I was juggling to find a sitter. I paid to have shifts covered when I had no sitter. On 07/15/18 I could not find someone and the father was 4 hours away and unable to come pick up my kids up in time for me to be at my shift. When I called out I was terminated over the phone by Justin Moe. I think that after all this time working here with never being disciplined or called in the office to be so harsh is unfair. I have had my tables skipped in rotation on many occasions, I have had Kat Renkyn (head wait) yell at me in a restaurant full of people on several occasions. I think the last time was after I got the write ups I told Leah how things were unfair…how Kat said Leah and Manny gave employees a 50% discount when dining with more than 4-5 people and they told her it all depends on who it is, and then Leah must have said something to her because she the next day yelled at me in the bar saying I made an enemy. Then I called Leah out and said if no favoritism then how come when Manny said no food because shrimp was dropped all over the floor and if anyone was caught there would be disciplinary actions, yet Amber was seen by Leah eating ice cream and told “do not let Manny see you.” I Have always heard that management should not hang out with employees, yet they all do. Amber has no sitter worries because Leah has her kids babysit for her which means her schedule is likely adjusted so she does not incur these problems. Yes, I am hurt. I just counted on my job. It was favoritism and it was hostile. New people got better sections all the time. Those that have worked there for any length of time got great sections..yet when I asked why cant I they always had an excuse. When closing before with Leah and I had my things done and others sat around talking instead of working, I would ask to leave and she told me no, I had to wait for everyone else… yet others had been able to leave before. I do feel like she had a personal thing against me. I guess keeping your head down, doing your job, and not playing the gossip game was not important. I did my job, and more importantly…how they let me go by giving three write ups in one setting…shows they were just looking for a problem. I do not think that my giving up shifts and paying others to work it should count against me when others have done it many times over. I really liked working for blooming brands. I do not want to work under Leah or Justin though, because any time there was a problem it was under them. I would like the opportunity to work at another location. I have finally started getting things adjusted from this year of chaos and I would appreciate it if I could have the chance to still work for bloomin brands. I do feel that it is a hostile environment there with favoritism and poor leadership who does not set the example that they want others to lead by. So I respectfully ask to have the opportunity to work in a different location. Respectfully, Tiffany Ryals

I work for Bonefish Grill in Venice for very short period of time the lack of respect by the management for their team members is unbelievable at one point I had one of the managers grabbed my arm and move me from the line to start running food when I had a question about the food before I bought it out to be grabbed by the arm by management obviously this person should not be a manager and to be constantly screamed at yelled and ridiculed and they do this to all the servers and it’s funny they really think that they’re good managers that’s the funny part there’s a lot of favoritism and when I complained about being grabbed by the arm to one of the managers the next shift I went into work for I couldn’t get anything I could not get my food it was supposedly rang up wrong when it wasn’t it was it appetizer that somehow all of a sudden turned into an entree and they didn’t get it before their dinner and then to wait 18 minutes for drinks from the bar and other tables that came in after mine we’re getting their drinks
This was purposely done to get me to leave because of the fact I complained and said I was going to call corporate because she grabbed my arm I am not the only employee that has been touched by a manager there was another employee that had her hands slapped for doing something wrong hopefully someone will address this issue I feel bad for the other employees that stay

I purchased a to-go tilapia and spinach entrée on Friday, 6July18. Upon heating the entrée the very next evening, 7July18, and sitting down to have dinner, I noticed something hard as I stirred the spinach with my fork. Low and behold, a METAL OBJECT was embedded in my spinach! It looks like a metal coil from a kitchen utensil and had sharp ends extended from the coiled area. I immediately contacted the manager of the Fayetteville, NC location, who apologized and offered a gift card after I emailed him pictures.. Really? I can only imagine the damage this METAL OBJECT would have inflicted had myself or my 8 year old son had began eating the food prior to my discovery. COMPLETELY LIVID!!

I had an undelightful experience this evening at Bonefish St. Petersburg Fl. I know you do not as you say (stack coupons), but why give you a free coupon for bang bang shrimp with 2 dinner entrees, when you cannot use it for a rewards dinner. OK, bad enough, but not to even honor a coupon for a dessert on your birthday, really, that is too much. Why even bother giving you a coupon. I have been a pretty regular at Bonefish, but am getting more and more upset with policies.

I have tried other ways to contact home office so maybe this will find it’s way. I am an employee at the BoneFish and Grill in Macon, Ga. Where Scott Sanders is the manager.
This now make the 3rd week that I have not been on the schedule. I would like to file a descrimination claim against this management staff mainly Scott Sanders because I know he is the main one behind this maddness. I have a family to take care of, I cannot and will not continue to be treated this way for something I was not at fault of. I have been putting up with this neglect long enough. It was Scott Sanders fault for my fall in the first place for him neglecting food items that should have never been on the floor in the first place. I have tried to call and talk to this man numerous times only to have him be rude and hang up the phone in my face. When they were scheduling me he made sure that the 2 days 5 hours that I received, he was not there. Something needs to happen quick, I have bills due right now with no way to pay them.
I will seek further justice if this cannot be resolved, there is alot of things going on at the Bonefish in Macon that Corporate needs to know, these managers are raciest, they are very flirtatious with the employees, no respect at all, talk to employees any kind of way, and there’s more……
Please update me as soon as possible, I will be filing for umemployment due to not being scheduled for 3 weeks.
Please reply back to me as soon as posssible.

I visited the location in Henderson Blvd & honestly it was the absolute worse dining experience we’ve had. We were there to celebrate my fathers birthday, It was my parents, my husband and I. To start the waiter had some horrible attitude, even though we asked, he did not mention the specials, did not offer recommendations, nothing. we ordered calamari to start & it was so salty none of us could eat it- besides the point that they were dime size and maybe like 15 count. so we asked the waiter to take it back & he was not happy at all. when he took our food order my father, with limited english, asked for one thing only-crab rice & the waiter had such a horrible attitude towards my father that it was uncomfortable. the food came & the mashed potatoes in 2 of the plates was so salty we could not eat it, once again, i told the waiter & he had such a bad attitude, that he didn’t even offer to bring something else,so i asked for fries, my mothers fish had sauce over it even that tough we requested no sauce, by then we were so uncomfortable that she didn’t want to say anything. never came by the table to ask how the food was. The waiter knew my father only wanted to eat the crab rice, & when the food came it was such a miserable amount on the plates that it was a ripoff. I saw another waiter bring the same rice to someone eating at the bar & it was full! ours – each- had a tablespoon max- same for my mothers jazmin rice, it was pitiful. To top off the experience, the waiter dumped the full glass of water on my father! his pants were completely drenched (we had to go home so he could change) & honestly we all saw what happened & it was intentionally, it was not an accident at all. That waiter had such a bad attitude that you could see it clearly. The waiter then places the olive oil plate full behind my husbands head! i was so terrified! Manager offered free banging shrimp & said she could not refund our dinner. All Im asking for is a complete refund.

I googled to log in and took me to a different page, but it does not like my log in, I clicked on send via m email, 3 hours went by and no emails not even in spam.
Is Bonefish going bankrupt? Seems there is no way to get in touch with no one at all.

I was shocked to find out Kelly from Brandon was fired for something she didn’t do. I’ve know her for ten years and is the most honest worker. In fact I tried to talk her into management. she came to Brandon with high recommendations from all her superiors in NJ. The proprietor needs sensitivity training and to be disciplined. He didn’t give a damn about anything just thru her out in front of her customers. I hope she files hassasment charges against the company and him. I would highly recommend someone from corporate to set up a meeting between the two and put her back to work. This person I understand has had other problems with workers. You don’t need this to get out to the public.

Dear Sir or Madam:
My client wanted to take me to a nice place for dinner. One of the ladies from the park where we live had gone the might before. She was bragging on the food and the bang, bang Shrimp.
So we went. We sat a long time because their was a big party ahead of us. Thank God for the bread and the chowder we shared.
The downward spiral started with the watered down tea. It must have been warm tea. Finally dinner arrived. Ms. Morin’s food was not done. It was returned to the kitchen. When it was brought back I was almost finished with dinner. Which made Ms. Morin want to rush. The food still was not right. She said I’ll take it home a doctor it up some.
We misplaced Ms. Morin’s receipt. The name on the credit card was Gertrude Morin. For a price of 60.00. The date was 5/28. I had the Sirloin and crab Cakes. Which was not good either. Ms. Morin had the Haddock special. I was just not good at all.
Ms. Morin has a good appetite. We rarely run cross anything she does not like. She’s always happy go lucky and cheerful. Not about this. This was Very, Very bad.
I felt that I should let you know about this in case you had a lot of complaints.
Sorry I didn’t tip the waiter our usual fee. We were just so disappointed in the meal. We took it out him.

Good morning,
We dined at your Trinity, FL location last night to celebrate our son’s 23rd birthday. I’m writing to you about a concern about our experience last night. The more I think about our experience the more I realize something was terribly off with our experience. With enjoying one of the appetizers we ordered, the sausy shrimp my husband felt a sharp object in his mouth. He examined what was in his mouth and it was a small triangle object of either very hard plastic or glass about an 1.5″ in length and it punctured his tongue slightly. We immediately motioned for our waitress and she came to our table. She indicated she would get a new appetizer and also let the manager know. About 10-15 minutes later the manager came over, apologetic however not sincere. It seemed as if she was busy. We were still very flabbergasted by what the object was and she told us “I believe you”. We were not trying to debate whether there was a object or not in the food, we were trying to come to a conclusion of what it was and how it got in the food. Needless to say, by the managers tone and demeanor she did nothing to truly express that she cared about our experience nor that she wanted to make sure no one else was affected by the issue I.e. Checking the kitchen to see why the object was in our food and if it was in anyone else’s. She did take the appetizer off our bill but I think that was the minimal she could have done to rectify the issue. There were other issues with our meal but this was the biggest concern. I wanted to let you know that your restaurant is being ran this way. And this is how issues and customers are being treated. We have lived in this area for 14 years and have seen a decline in attendance at this location. This would be a big indicator is who is managing the ship.
Sincerely,
Marsha Walders

TWIMC,
After receiving 2 email flyers promoting Cold Water Lobster Tail, two sides, choice of salad and choice of dessert for $17.90, I called and made reservations for a party of four at 6:30 PM on June 15, 2017. I contacted another couple and they and my wife and I went to your Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC store. We all ordered the special and were informed a few minutes later by our server that there was NO Cold Water Lobster Tails. I obviously was extremely disappointed and very embarrassed for making a big deal to our friends about a meal they could not get.

Orlando Bonefish Grill on Semoran Blvd .Service was good little slow but the problem is the manager who lacks the passion to assist and help his staff ,I did not like your new martini after 20 minutes some guy in casual clothes no name tag is questioning me about the drink,I thought he was a patron. He takes my drink away to get something else he recommended.30 minutes later the drink comes wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what he ordered .He may need a trip back to charm school ,also when we sat down I ask the server about the 5.00 martini offer that was sent by Bonefish she said there was no offer like that per her manager ,there was I have the AD on my lap top.I use to really enjoy dinner at Bonefish, not sure now.

I am a huge fan of Bonefish. Tonight we went there with my father in law and my sister in law as well as my husband and myself. Our server came over and went to take our bread plates and she spilled wine all over myself and my husband and our half of the table. All the server did was bring kitchen towels from the kitchen. She never offered to change the paper on our table or allow us to speak to he manager. I kept looking and never saw the manger during our entire visit. This ruined my evening, I had to sit there cold with wine on my arm and body of my tunic and my husband had wine on the side of his shorts and in inseam area. The server never offer a discount or to pay to have anything cleaned. I just didn’t feel like she was concerned or cared how we felt.

On March 19, 2017 I had dinner at Bonefish Grill in Vero Beach Fl and was shocked to see a family (father and son) dressed in bright lime tank top and swimming trunks with matching hat being served dinner in Bonefish. This is total disrespect towards the patrons. I talked to the manager who I believe his first name was Jarret or Jarrad and question him about the dress code and he replied there is none. If this is true this is a disgrace how Bonefish treats there guest. I will be contacting the Indian River County Health Department. I do have a picture of this rude person exiting Bonefish.

Alert! I just became the victim of credit card fraud at the Bonefish grill location in Longwood, FL. Two transactions of $600 each were made towards what the manager stated were purchases for gift cards. These transactions were made tonight. This is totally unacceptable and will be immediately investigated by my bank’s fraud protection section. I’m not sure why this was not a red flag for the employees and management. The manager assured me that the funds would be returned, but I would like to speak to someone at the cooperate office.

I would like to inform you of a verbal attack on me by one of your bartenders at Hurstbourne Lane in Louisville, Ky . I sat down at the bar November 30, 2016 about 5:30 – 6:00. Another couple sat down beside me to which the bartender started ranting about the man’s shirt he had on that was supporting Donald Trump. Calling him an idiot, racist and other choice words. When I said to the man’s wife, ‘I’m glad I didn’t wear my Trump button’, he started on me. Calling me stupid and a raciest and how he took offence about building a wall because he was Mexican. The ranting went on a couple of minutes and I said someone needs to shut up. He said he had the right to his opinion and I said we all do, we just don’t need to voice it…at that point he stopped. I overheard another bartender call him Johnny so I assume that is his name. I did talk to the manager on staff about the incident and he said he would talk to him. I very much doubt I, or the party I was with, will be patronizing your establishment if you are going to employ unprofessional people like him. I hope you value your customers more than that.
Thank You,
Virginia Castillo
