Bonanza was founded in 2007 by current CEO Mark Dorsey in Seattle, Washington. After a garage sale bombed during a rainy weekend, Dorsey decided to make an online site where everyday people could sell their items. The original name of the company was Bonanzle, but was changed in 2010.
The company operates an online marketplace for clients to sell their new or used items. As of 2016, the site boasts 12,000 active sellers. Bonanza has received numerous awards, including Time Magazine Top 50 Websites, Most Recommended MarketPlace by Entrepreneur in 2016, and The Best eBay Alternative by Ecommerce Guide.
Bonanza is different from many other sites as there are no fees until the item is sold. The company is based in Seattle, Washington.

I will never use your website again, your distributors are NOT accountable for shipping their broken products. I have been sending JustinW emails about my refund and he has not responded in over 2 weeks.
I will NEVER use your website again!!!!!

What a terrible company! You let the people that run your booths rip people off then you cover it up. If I have anything to say about it you’ll just shut down all communication. I buy parts online almost every day, I will never buy from Bonanza again.

I purchased a spoiler for a 1974 datsun 260z I am restoring in the beginning of Oct from Automotoworld. My card was immediately charged, I waited for about a month and contacted the seller who replied: “Hello! This item has to be made” . The seller never stated when my item would be shipped. I waited another week contacted the seller again. The seller stated it would take six weeks for the item to be made. I said it has already been 5 weeks so when would it ship. The seller said it would be an additional 5 weeks or did I want a refund. Told the seller, Automotoworld, that I would like a refund. I got no reply for about a week then they asked for order number. I sent it and nothing after that. After reporting them to Bonanza who claimed there was nothing they could do but investigate it. I tried to reason with the seller to try and get my money returned. I was ignored until I made another account and contacted the seller. They thought I was someone else a promptly started the whole 6 wk thing again. Then said my order was to old to be refunded. Still never mentioning anything about shipping what I paid for. Bonanza told me to contact the payment processor or my bank. Because they don’t have access to the seller’s account. As of this date I still have not received what I ordered from Automotoworld or had my money returned. No one has contacted me about how the investigation went. But I was told a month ago that Bonanza could see that the item was not shipped. But apparently Bonanza doesn’t care that people are being ripped off on their site. I don’t even want the spoiler now. Bonanza has poor customer service and seems not to care about its buyers. From what I understand it’s is illegal to immmediatel charge someone’s card if an item won’t ship for 30 or 60 days. I think Bonanza should be held responsible.

Hello, to whom it may concern. I’ve had the worst experience in trying to buy something than I’ve ever had. This would have been my first purchase I had made on Bonanza. Instead I’ve been lied to, strung along, I was made false promises, I was told I would receive 2 bonus gifts for my inconvience,(which never happened), I was told that the wrong item had been shipped, so I had to wait for my package longer, then when the package arrived it wasn’t even close to what I paid for. A cheap $2 rag for $40! Wow, thanks A lot. Bonanza’s policy states that a customer support rep would get back to me within 24-48 hours. That never happened. Doesn’t anyone have any morals nowadays?! I’m one bummed out, very dissatisfied customer.

Dear Customer services,
I purchased “Teeter EP 960 inversion table” in June, 2017.
I really enjoying to use this equipment. However, I noticed that back blue table is getting look like start cracking. It is about only month and half and having this kind of damage is not right. My weigh is 180 lbs and back table shouldn’t become like this kind of situation. So, I discover this little damage, I am kind of reluctant to use teeter.
Please advise me about your opinion.
I am looking for to hear from you soon.
Thank you
