My husband and I live in Taylors SC and have two Bojangles’ restaurants within 15 minutes from us; one is located on Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors and the other is located on North Pleasantburg Drive, SC in what is known as Cherrydale. Over the past year on numerous occasions, we have frequented both of these restaurants several times. It seems the employees never, and I do mean never, get our order correct. Tonight it was the worst. My husband ordered 1) two pieces dark meat, dirty rice; 2) two white pieces; pinto beans. This is what we received 1) two pieces dark meat with a biscuit; 2) another two piece dark meat order with dirty rice, gravy (just a side of gravy) and a biscuit. How is it possible when the screen showing this order is right before an employee, can they get it so wrong. We tried numerous times to call back to the restaurant (Cherrydale location) and never got through; line was continuously busy. Just so you know, we will not be going back to either of these businesses. Is this a management problem, worker problem, lack of skills to just read and complete an order, we do not know. But it has happened too frequently. No more Bojangles for us.

I usually get great service when I come to this location which is why it was so surprising that the girl whose name was Sara at store location 607 in Greenville NC did such a horrible job, as well as her co workers. Not only did she get the order totally wrong, but it was as is she did not listen to me at all. I ordered 3 combos and I only got 2 with only a biscuit to show for it. And the cheddar bo biscuit was flattened by what looked like a human hand on purpose. With the service I received today, I may never return. And I used to put a lot of money into this location. I hope no one else has to endure this particular brand of service. Shame on you Bojangles!

I go into the bojangles in kernersville at least twice weekly. But no more. They don’t get orders right, they are rude and move around like zombies. I went in this morn apps 9am and there was a long line inside. People got tired of waiting to order and getting out of line and leaving. I overheard other customers they were out of coffee and tea. They paid no attention. When I finally Gor my order there was still no coffee, tea or napkins. There was no one in front to clean up or replenish the coffee, tea or napkins and the employees didn’t seem to care. I drank water after paying for coffee and when I left, nothing had been done. This is the bojangles on Hwy 66 in kernersville.

My family use to be a fan of bojangles but since the new store in Summerville SC reopen it hasn’t been nothing but rude employees, screwed up orders and missing items that have been paid for. Please investigate this store

on Dec 11,2018 I went there@ 640am under unsafe condition for the employess & customers. We had a snow storm & there was no ice melt down or warning sighs out. This resulted in me falling with a full thickness rotator tear..The doctor said I could be out of up to 8 mos.I have no disabilty ins & medical bills are coming every day. my co-pay is $40 # a time/ I reported to Bojangles& now they are working on it.The doctors states that the fall was the cause of the injury.I gave this to them & now they want all my medical records for they have nothing to do with the fall.when Bonjangles open up it should be in safe conditions not early just to make a dollar.

I do not even know where to start.. On Sunday 8-13-2017 I entered the Bojangle’s located in Cherryville. They seemed to be very busy and I thought maybe be better this time. Wrong!!! While in line I heard raised voices and then heard the owner of the store tell his male manger to shut the F up.. Not once but a least 2 times. At this point I wasn’t sure if their would be a confrontation or not. I did not come to this location expecting to see the owner The indian man act in such a manner. I will not be surprised to hear that a lawsuit is being filed. This is harassment in the worse form. Do you screen potential franchisee owners and if so then you sadly missed the mark on this one. This is a small town and word travels fast. I would love to support any local Bojangles but i will go to another location. I seriously hope someone does something soon. Trust me I was not the only guest to leave. I can assure you I have told several of my friends and we all agree that we will not be back.
