After reading the comments I expect nothing. Bite Squad sucks. I plan to cancel my subscription. I order from Bite Squad often and have had several problems. Have always been given a small credit. Not today. I was on hold to chat for at least 30 minutes. Two of my meals were perfect. Sweet and Sour Chicken was not. All I got was the chicken. No sauce. I contacted BS chat. On hold a long time. Asked for a photo. It’s gone. I didn’t take a photo. Have never been asked for a photo. Feel free to check my account. I’ve been a good customer. The chat person informed me she could do nothing without a photo. I said BS policy must have changed. She said no. It’s always been this way.
I’m angry at the way this was handled. We all make mistakes. But you should acknowledge and give credit. If the restaurant doesn’t make this right, I will take this further.

Very disappointed that drivers are not wearing uniforms or masks in middle of a pandemic. Also no clear marking or badges in cars. Our delivery driver recently looked like she just rolled out of bed in short shorts and a revealing tank top and flip flops. Jumps out and retrieves our chicken salads from her trunk in middle of 100 degree fl heat! Tried chatting with live chat and person blew it off like no big deal.

Are there any more customers out there who’s credit card has been charged fraudulently by this company? I am currently consulting an attorney. I have 5 charges for various amounts at the exact same time 2 days ago @ 8:11pm. This company better make it right on Monday or I will go to every search engine and let everyone know not to do business with this SCAM company AND they will deal with Rainwater, Holt and Sexton.

I didn’t get what I ordered. I was only credited 5$ which should of been my salad refunded, I asked for extra ranch, I didn’t get that so I had to throw it away with a couple bites out of it. I also ordered a turkey bacon sandwich with extra bacon didn’t get no bacon on it period.

Sir: I am very upset! I placed an order today (Myrtle’s Chicken and Beer). After a period of time, when I had not received my order. I chatted with an agent on BiteSquad and told my order was cancelled, due to the restaurant closing without notice! I thought this was out of the ordinary for such a well known restaurant here in Knoxville, TN! I phoned the office and they had no idea why the agent made that statement! They never closed and were busy at work! When I emailed your company and told them what took place. Your agent, Jose Adan, claimed their was miscommunication! Where did miscommunication come from regarding the restaurant! The representative lied and Mr. Adan believes there was comfusion! There would have to be a communication with the restaurant in order for there to be miscommunication! Mr. Adan offered me $5 for your employee lying and told be he could do not compensate me for my dinner, after telling me I could not receive my funds back after 5 days! So, how about my dinner today and the inconvenience of me having to find out what the problem was with my order, and a supervisor not on hand to authorize complete compensation from a long-time, loyal custormer. I am insulted and it is also a terrible insult on the restaurant as well! Moving forward, I hope your company has someone in authority over your employees, so your customers and the restaurants you have contracts with are treated more fairly! $5 will only pay for my driver that deliver my food, so where does the money come from that your company is holding that I applied for my order? The representive could have emailed and asked if I would like my order put in for later (because the order could not process until 4:00 today), or cancel! I was not given an option! They claimed they phoned! I do not have a record of your company calling me and my number is correct in my profile, if it wasn’t correct, how are all of your drivers able to contact me when they deliver my food? Your agent, Jose Adan, insulted me with a $5 credit, after spending $48 for my order, and your representative, is not an honest person! I hope you speak with these employees directly and have them retrained on their embarrasing representation on your company and insulting behavior with customers! I have great experience all of these years with your company, and when a mistake have taken place, only a couple times, but I was compensated and not insulted! I like using your services, but will not tolerate being treated in this manner! Thank you for your time and I hope you can resolve this matter!

So very disappointed with your customer service!. I just cancelled my subscription. I have been a customer for years, before you bought Foodie Call, ordering 2-3 times a week until I started receiving incorrect orders/poor food about 3-4 months ago, but decided to give BS the benefit of the doubt, came back and tried few more times. But in the end, I was treated terribly! The last 2 or 3 orders I had issues with and will no longer be ordering from you or recommending Bite Squad. Hopefully, you can train your customer service a little better, as I am a small business owner too, and I GET IT!

A place to order that was wrong. I immediately sent a cancel order and then went into a live chat with a 9 person Q a head of me. I know for a fact that I called and enough time to cancel a order that I was not pleased with making and bite Squad did not assist me I would like a full refund and if I do not receive a full refund I will never use bite Squad again.

My food was delivered at 6:04. I finally get in touch with the restaurant (after several minutes of looking for a contact #on your website). The order was someone else’s. I was delivered 2 egg rolls, shrimp fried rice, and a superman roll. That isnt what I ordered. The restaurant finally said the bite squad driver realized the mistake and would reliever my food. That was at 6:30. At 7:30 the restaurant said again the food had been picked up 15 minutes prior. It’s now been 2 hours since they left the restaurant. I live 2.2 miles from the restaurant. To top it off. I have heard everything from the restaurant and no replies to the emails. After doing the online chat, they would only refund the money if I dug the food that was wrong out of the trash out to take a picture. (Very disgusting.) I finally got a number for a manager from the online chat service. The manager said the same thing. Still didnt refund but offered a credit. So basically the only option had had was to yet again wait another hour(4 total) to get the full bang for my buck. I went with them doing this to clear out the account to use my credit (or lose it). I will not be using your service again.

We’ve been treated poorly by bitesquad & I’m not giving up until we receive a full refund.
We ordered around 6:30, order delayed 42 minutes, it finally arrives at 8:30 & it wasn’t even our order. We ran and caught the driver before he left & he said he’d call dispatch & handle it.
We called the restaurant and said we were one of the 2 people who’s food had been mixed up & the guy was there waiting for the food, ok, that’s fine. We called bitesquad and let them know this and they said the same thing plus a credit of $15 for our trouble. Well, we called back an hour later because food NEVER came. We called restaurant and the guy left with our food, but he must have delivered it to another person because we never got it. Now bitesquad says they won’t refund because it shows it delivered AND that we legit threw the food in the drivers face!!! Are you kidding me?? There was zero food to be thrown because he never showed!! It was probably the other pissed off customer. Now customer support is blaming us for that and won’t give us a refund because of our rude behavior.

My boyfriend and I ordered food through you guys from chili’s. When I got my food everything but one thing was wrong. I got fried pickles and they let them sit so long that they were soggy and just nasty. I got the chicken crispers and those were fine but the fries that came with them were cold and soggy, the Texas cheese fries we ordered were cold and soggy and the cheese had hardened so we had to rip the fries apart. My boyfriend ordered a pink burger and it was cooked all the way through and his fries were bad as well. The only good thing about the order was the egg rolls we got. I called chili’s and they told me I needed to call you guys and get my refund. I spent over an hour on the phone going back and forth between bitesquad and Chili’s and I am not very happy. I was given multiple answers to what time the call center for bitesquad closes and what I could get back for my bad food as well as being hung up on by one of your reps (no I don’t remember her name) I do not want any credit. I want my money back. I spent so much money for my food to be bad. And as I know you guys just deliver the food, if you guys have my money then I want it back. I spoke with Cynthiana who told me it was not policy to give a refund but then told me she would give me a 30$ credit and refund my fries. So I asked her if she can refund my fries then she can refund the rest of my food. But no I got stupid answer after stupid answer.
I was told I can reach out to corporate through this email and I would like a email back or a call at 727-873-XXXXX in regards to who will give me my refund back.
I do not have all of the pictures of the different food as I was told to wait till the next day to call bites quad and found out the next day I needed pictures so I only have one. But this is how bad it was. For order number 5295831

Me: I have a major complaint. My order was dropped off at another location and the driver seems to think that it is okay when it was not at the same company.
I want a new order, I dont want to wait another hour or refund me my money and I never have to use you again but this is ridiculous, he had one job and that was to deliver it to the right location, how hard is that he had the address.

I started with bite squad on June 6 of this year. I was with chef shuttle for 2 years when they sold to bite squad. I was a terminal manager for a small trucking company in Memphis, when one of the owners , David Perdue was elected to us senate and other owner, sonny Perdue, was appointed secretary of agricultural. They shut down our trucking company and I still wanted to work so here I am. This was the worst run company that I have ever seen. We had 3 managers in 6 months and you would not believe the issues that came up. These people willl be out of business if they continue to run their company as we do in Memphis within a year.
