When his father retired in 1975, Beckinger decided to open his own furniture store. HIs first building had only 8,000 square feet total, including the warehouse.
Today, Beck’s Furniture has 4 different companies, with 3 furniture locations around California. Each furniture store has a minimum of 200 thousand square feet of showroom space and $8 million in inventory for same-day delivery.
The coronavirus pandemic has made things difficult but Beck’s has managed to survive, even after tropical storm Dorian ripped the roof off of Beck’s furniture location in March 2020, in Montague.

His name Vincente Martinez or Antonio p montiel.. he sexually abused my neighbor delivering her furniture.. and yet he still works for beck’s Furniture. Y’all have no integrity..y’all have no compassion . y’all about making money than protecting women from the sexual predictor you all have driving for y’all

I would like the CEO Robert Beckinger to seriously address my concern and complaint.
After all the years of being a loyal customer with becks, I am appalled with the customer service at your Rancho Cordova location and your office in Southern Cal.
I purchased a Cal King Mattress and went to your showroom sat and laid on the mattress I felt comfortable on.
I couldnt believe that it wasnt what I saw or laid on and complained quickly of the hard as a rock mattress!
They gave me the run around putting blame on Diamond Mattresses and call this number etc.
I decided to investigate further and discovered the mattress I sat on is made with a different fabric…. Ahhhh thats why its not the same!!!! So with that being the discovery I reached out to Fulton in Southern Ca. (Becks) he was absolutely understanding and wanted to make sure I was satisfied and made an arrangement to return and have a credit for a different mattress. Well a day later I called and was told Ron had over stepped and taken the agreement away.
Now thats horrible customer service to not stand by your word!!!
Of course now after two months I have been on a couch with a soar back and neck because of BECKS and no one has reached out to give a resolution to any of this mess!
So Mr. Beckinger I am hoping you care more than your employees did and reach out.

coolcali7@ yahoo.com well I ordered a table and chairs for $1,700 last November I bought additional chairs for it that are sitting at my house and now they’re telling me I have to wait until July and that keeps getting set back 3 months at a time I wish somebody that was in charge would make this happen my friend told me that what they’re doing is there a selling to somebody that’s ready to buy right now and setting me back over and over as I said I already have some furniture that goes with it waiting at my house but it’d be nice to get my table and chairs and I don’t know who to contact I’ve tried x and they just keep telling me sorry

We bought a leather couch set 9/2020 and began hearing rubbing noises on the love seat ,we called for services and after waiting over a month the tech guys adjusted , 2 days later the noise came back, the service tech came back for the 2 nd time and said ,the loveseat needs to go to their shop. in order to fix it, at the time the tech notice some decoloration too.this happen on 4/3/21, we are waiting for Becks to schedule the love seat pick up. It has been 2 months already, now the noise is on the left side of the couch.The manufacturing guarantee expires in September 2021, We also bought 3 years warranty.This is turning into a nightmare, Becks won’t answer our calls.The couch set cost almost $ 5,000.00. Becks customer service is very bad.We went in person and talked to a floor manager , he said he will take care of the problem , but he didnt.Still waiting!

Dear Mr. Beckinger, Jones and Paxton, I unfortunately canceled my furniture order today after waiting since January for the nightstands to arrive. We all understand COVID and delays, what’s disappointing and the reason for my cancellation is poor customer service. The Rancho Cordova store does not return calls or proactively call customers regarding delays for their order. When I called to cancel, I wasn’t even asked why I was canceling. I called back and spoke to someone about why I canceled, I also detailed my experience on a yelp review. After speaking to a team member about why I canceled (because the manager wasn’t available), she said, “is that it?” no acknowledgement of the concern of the lack of customer service or even an apology. Your team members and managers have no professional customer service skills, clearly a lack of training and coaching and absolutely no desire or interest in serving your company or its clients. Your store is surely on its way to closure. I can’t imagine your survival, based on your lack of product, client service and customer service. Good luck!
