Hello my name is Jacob Vidrio I dont know if this will reach the right pair of eyes but I do not know what else I can do. I am trying to reach some one who can help me get my change of address so that way I can access my 401k. Now I done all the appropriate steps such as getting papers notarized to talking to all the right reps. I am in Austin store 621 Lamer st. My boss Jon V has been trying his best to help me but HR is making it difficult. I don’t know what other outlet I can go though but as something as simple as an address change is this difficult I dont know what else I can do.

Hello, my name is Tyler nalley. I was first hired originally with America building & roofing etc. { ABR } back in 2017, we were soon to be Beacon building products, as they bought out
America building & roofing in 2019 or 2020 and expanded as a corporation bring 500+ stores worldwide, I was currently station in Yakima, WA 5 W Washington Ave, Yakima, WA 98903, roughly 5 months after Beacon roofing supply decided to close down the branch due sales/services fallen drastically, I Tyler Nalley was brought into the office by Darren aka regional manger that the yard was going to be shut down & all inventory was going to be moved out to our nearest branch, which is located 1404 E Lewis St, Pasco, WA 99301 branch 157. I was left without a job for about
a week until Jed Walker associate with beacon building products offered me a job as a Delivery Helper at branch 157 located in Pasco wa, ill admit It was a bit of a commute to be exact 87 miles each way bring it to 174 miles a day I accepted the job with additional requirement that I needed some type of reimbursement for my gas, so they granted my requirements so I continued my employment with beacon building products, as months went past the Yard in Yakima, wa was officially closed, so the journey started moving forward being apart of branch 157 in Pasco wa, 6 months goes past, I was approached by Darren the regional manger for the west coast at the time, that my gas reimbursement was no longer option anymore, that I was going to be cut off officially at the time I was very confused because we talked about this before I even took the job in Pasco, he knew I just bought my house near the old branch that was shut down he knew my situation
but instead of working with me he gave me 2 choices pay for your own gas or find another job more or less. I was so dedicated working with the team & beacon I decided to just suck it up and pay for my own gas, which was roughly 22$ a day. I was making 21.15$ an hour with beacon at this time. I did approach Stephen smith the branch manger at the yard I was falling financially paying for my own gas, so we came to a solution that I could clock out when I arrived at home which is located but couldn’t clock in as, I left my house in the morning heading to work, I was okay with that my clock out coordinates will show that, 105 mount hood street 98936 as the GPS timeclock will prove my coordinates I was very content & happy but it was very under the radar as beacon HR didn’t know this conversation about clocking out when I arrived at home. It seemed like a don’t say don’t tell situation ____ Mean while working at beacon branch 157 Pasco wa, with my time being at that yard roughly 2 1/2 years, I experienced a lot of harassment/comments/racial slurs/ being belittled by a few employees, pacifically Julio & manny
I dealt with this environment for 2 1/2 years, until this year 2021, in the mist of Carlos & Edgar quitting, few month’s pasted we hired a few new people Ricardo- driver. Nino-deliver-helper. Damien warehouse helper. Within 48 hours of employment with Ricardo, he was already experience the hostile work environment, ricardo was approached by Julio as I witnessed, Julio confronting richardo, about parking in his parking spot, & that was just the beginning as weeks past ricardo was constantly being harassed by Julio & manny, he could probably fill in the blanks which there was an investigation which lead to NOTHING!
Richardo contacted HR about the harassment & it went from there :See the report with Jason roe for details: Julio isn’t just harassing myself Tyler & richardo, hes also had interactions with neon, Damien aswell. I know all of this because they have all came to me asking “is this normal?” “What should I do?” “this isn’t healthy” All I said is good luck beacon doesn’t do anything man from past interactions with Julio “Ask manger for details” Damien has been called fat, & belittled by his weight right in front of me & our manger but nothing has been done, its just a game to the people watching the harassment, its came to the point we all came together and gave statements to corporate, which Jason roe can probably comment about everything I am saying because its the truth & facts again NOTHING happened!!! Beacon once again brushed it off and Julio continuously harassing co-workers. I am only writing this because I feel like I was taking advantage of & lack of safety meeting this yard 157 has, keep me in mind these several times Stephen smith has done a 30second safety meeting and says absolutely nothing but hands a piece of paper and says “sign this” I really hope beacon pulls there head out of there asses and hires real manger, real people, for this yard! Because this careless act will lead to a law sue for harassment and not having the right safety gear for our delivery helpers, I was recently let go on 10/04/2021for absolutely nothing in my control, I believe I was out casted out to fired a long time ago because I was just trying to fix the harassments and asking for things to change L&I can say what they saw but I know what I was doing at that time supposedly I was riding a belt of some sort to a roof, but L&I witness didn’t have prove of any sort which really caught my attention so if he had pictures I could of defended what I was doing NOTE: I was on the belt fixing the position of it because its either damaged or something is loose because it was off the tracks, this isn’t the first time stepping 2 ft on the belt to fix this belt to adjust it so we can do our deliver our manger knows of these errors but doesn’t do anything!! ^Look how many times our trunks have been in the shop till speak for itself look how many times we have gotten a new trunk or its in the shop because of the belt or something other error we have broken safety gear, broken ladders, belt is always swinging off the tracks during, our belt has actually broken down during a job in sunnyside! Look at that report or find the service report for that day, speak to ricardo he’ll probably be more than happy to get behind me about that trunk Our trunks are broken 90% of the time look at the PO orders for recent services with the trunks itll speak for itself, our safety equipment/ladders are broken as the day we were on the job we had a damaged ladder we called our manger all he had to say is “I dont know man im not there” as he was sent home for being in contact with someone with cov-19. In the mist of my time loading, being apart of beacon. Im happy to say thank you for letting me go because im happy I don’t have to deal with the toxic & un safety work environment. NOTE: ill be filling unemployment & with providing them with details of this email, with the lack of safety meeting we have or the right equipment for us to preform this job. Also I have over 439.23 Miles never paid, for driving to job sites during cov-19 times, only thing beacon did right was say only 2 can be in a trunk at the same time, so I Voluntary to drive to job sites Steve said keep track of ur miles, but I was let go before I could even submit that.

I have been using Beacon sales for a while now unfortunately it looks like I may have to stop it takes way too long to get a simple quote I have been waiting seven days just to get a shingle quote this is unacceptable for me and my customers I have also been told on numerous occasions my material has been ordered and then to find out that it wasn’t the price and is excellent but people in your offices are not doing their job
