I received a brief 1 line email from Anthony Alvarez which st ted that he did mot handle this. You will need yo contact Agency Relations at home office.
He did not state in note where home office is or who to contact in Agency relations.
This is unprofessional and of no help.

I have three policies with Bankers Life and have seen that Bankers Life is subject to a North Carolina’s rehabilitation order and subject to a California class action lawsuit. In attempting to learn about my policies status I have made endless calls to your Cordova,TN office and finally received a return call from an agent. She will call tomorrow, I hope. She will give me the procedure to file claims on my wife’s rehabilitation.I hope.My real question is will our Medicare bills be paid in the future and will our long term policies be there, when claims are made. I see that other customers are also having problems with finding anyone that knows anything.Maybe you should consider hiring a consumer advocate agency to try and contact your company as a prospective customer to see how bad your customer communications are. I am an attorney, and I am certain you current attitude towards your customers is generating a lot of needless litigation.

I am trying to reach someone at the corporate level to assist in marketing opportunities. Please have someone from Corporate level marketing contact me as soon as possible as the radio marketing opportunity is being made available by a client who has offered free air time to advertise Banker’s Life and our products.

I am having the absolutely worse time connecting with a human being at Bankers. Unfortunately I sent my payment I late and was told my policy lapsed. That being said I did everything requested. Thank God I have not used my policy benefits. That being said I am 72 with NO health insurance. I cannot talk to a person concerning this, there is no broker or office that has a person in it.
I am so mad at this company that shows absolutely no human contact, either by email or phone. This email will go nowhere but I had to tell someone what a disappointment it is.
