I went into one of your driveup atm machines. Inserted my card was told transaction could not be completed but my acct was charged 2.50 fee. If it couldn’t be completed ,how did it know how to charge my account? I went back to the same atm to withdraw money . This time it charged me 2.50 fee and 3.00 foe a withdrawal of cash Total of 5.50 for a transaction that required no time on your payroll or employees. If your business is that bad off, please let me know and i will send you another 2.50. I was going to set up a checking and savings account with you but not now. I don’t like the way you do business

On approx 13 Nov I contacted Rick Robertson to check on getting a cashout of 70 percent of the value of my 2010 Freightliner Cascadia. I completed an application and faxed it in and waited. I received notice that the credit company lifted the freeze I had placed on it (for $10 ) so I knew my credit had been checked. On or around 21 Nov, I again contacted Rick to find out the disposition and he informed me that a lady named Wendy was handling the transaction, Upon speaking to Wendy, she indicated that she needed the specs for the truck. ( They should’ve already had the specs since they were the ones who financed my truck.) I told her that the only change in the specs would be the mileage because the engine is a new 2016. She was uncertain how to proceed so she put me on hold, apparently to speak to someone else. The response was that Bank of the Ozarks does not do cashouts on new engines. (This engine has a 3 year warranty ). I lost valuable time persuimg this, not to mention receiving a negative ding or annotation on my credit. I also had to pay $10, both to lift and then again to reinstate the credit freeze. None of this needed to happen if people were knowledgeable in running their business. I had to initiate all calls, never received one from the office (Rick did call once to reiterate something on the application to my wife). I expect verbal and written explanation as to why the ball was dropped and I, the customer was left hanging.
