I am very upset none the least that y’all took my payment out without me knowing anything. I don’t want to be in the automative well it comes out without me knowing. I like to call in and make my payments. I’m not very happy that y’all didn’t at least call first and tell me that you are taking it out of my account. I would like someone to call me back asap.
Is this a scam? I have no idea how I managed to get on your subscription list as I NEVER gave anyone my credit card info nor did I even know anything about this. I have contacted you numerous times to take me off and credit my account. I have received NO replies. Have spent hours on hold waiting for a “customer care specialist” only to be eventually cut off telling me you are having technical issues. I want contacted and refunded ASAP.
Asentra Health is a supplemental health care company that sells is products though independent agents in 49 states. In many cases the Broker or agent bills and provides the customer service for their clients. You should have contacted the group that sold you the program that you gave your billing information to.
This is to inform you that I’m discontinuIng my membership as of today 08/30/2016, 4:30 PM with Asentra. I have informed my credit card company to cancel payment and have ordered a new credit card number. Thank you, Rich Fisher
