To All Formal Allied Univeral Employees:
I know how some of you feel, cause Allied Univeral Security has done me wrong in the past just because I stood up for my rights when I try to tell management, that someone was taking advantage of the rules but they said I was complainig to much so they either removed me from a site or terminated me from the company until they were desperate to hire me back. I was recently removed from an Amazon Offsite, for not wearing a safety vest while at work and Allied Universal nor Amazon gave any verbal warning on what would happen if the security guards didn’t wear the vests and I the time, I didn’t know that it was a safety violation. Allied Universal Security just recently terminated me because I sent some information to my local branch office, they accused me of creating fraudulent documents and I will swear on my dead father’s grave that I don’t know how to do that kind of stuff and would never do that.
Allied Universal has removed me from sites and terminated me, because they didn’t want to hear what I had to say. They’ve treated me out of hours and shorten my checks because people don’t know how to key the proper information into the system. Overall, Allied Universal should be banned from the security industry or bought out by another security company and all the employees that they fired, should be able to come back under the new compay. Allied Universal Security takes for ever to respond to their employees whether its by phone, email or text and all they care about is themselves, playing favorites to certain employees or buying out small security companies just prove they’re the best in the security industry.

They also don’t know how, to calculate hours bacause I’ve had checks messed up where I was missing hours and would cause me to be short on giving my mom money. Allied Universal, also doesn’t know how to communicate with their employees, I could send a text or email to a member of management and it would be days or even weeks before I would hear back from anyone.
One top of beinging wrongfully terminated from the company, I was removed from an Amazon Offsite for not wearing a safety vest while working 3rd shift because no one explain to the employees that it was a safety violation and the two times that Amazon Loss Prevention Team was doing small trail audits, they never asked me if I had a safety vest or verbal communication, what would happen if I continue not to wear the safety vest while working at night.

I was recently wrongfully terminated, for creating fraudulent documents, which I have no idea how to do. I loved working for Allied Universal and get to meet new people plus I’m tired of standing up for my rights and get removed from a site that I’m working at or wrongfully terminated, while certain people can do what ever they want too and still get paid for it. I actually did my work, healthy or sick as a dog but Allied Universal doesn’t care about their employees.
I’ve read complaints and seen videos that former Allied Universal employees have posted, and I agree with them. Allied Universal thinks that they can buy out other security companies so they can be the best, in the security world. Ever since my dad passed away, I’ve been helping my mom out with bills, groceries and other stuff and without a paycheck, I can’t do that.
All Allied Universal cares about, is themselves, they don’t care about their employees. I’ve contacting the CEO of the company and like all of the management staff, he doesn’t care about the employees either.

I been with allied for a little over 3 years and my check has been messed up. I work at a site for more than 8 months and 80% of the time had no one to break me for my lunch and everyday l would work between 5 to 20 minutes overtime and they pay me the same and was told by the post commander to put that l took a lunch. And now l have been told that l have no vacation time and when for last two years l have been pay my vacation time and everytime l have called them they don’t call me back and needed that extra money to help pay a bill.

We are currently dealing with this payroll/timesheet problem at our work site in Collier County (Naples, Florida) and this company just took over nearly a month ago. Not a single paycheck correct and they’ve only paid us (4) times now. This appears to be the pattern with Allied Universal. We the officers on this contract have already started talking about a “mass walkout” and started applying elsewhere. Seems no one is being straight with us and actually trying to fix the problem.

Allied is a great place to work. I notice that everyone on here is complaining but conveniently left out the part where you either gave attitude, or forced the issue. I used to be an Operations Manager in a huge market, so I did payroll for about 500 people. Mistakes do get made from time to time, but are easily fixed. I’ve had it happen to me. Typically when someone is separated they either know it’s coming, or have done something severe enough to be fired like abandoning post. everyone comes in and wants to make a grand a week…it’s security, if you are an adult and just getting into it, be happy you have a job. If you have paid your dues, then IT’S UP TO YOU TO APPLY FOR ADVANCEMENT. Everyone is so sensitive these days… maybe security isn’t for you. But hey, McDonalds is always hiring.

I have a full notebook of unethical practices. I started in January 2021 and I loved my position. I drove 40 minutes to and from the site every day, sometimes staying an extra 4 hours for OT. My mothers cancer came out of remission and she’s had and is still going through treatment (it started with radiation and chemo, now immunotherapy. I made it clear that if I got an emergency call from her, I wasn’t going to wait for a relief to leave. If you leave without a relief, it’s considered abandoning your post. One day I had dangerously high blood pressure. I was in stroke territory and the account manager said I couldn’t leave without a relief. Fortunately for me, the EMT at the site intervened and told her I HAD to go to the hospital. By this time, I was ready to pass out. Then she told me I needed full medical clearance before I could come back. It was an act of Congress to be reactivated. First, she won’t let me leave, now she won’t let me come back. She promotes teeny boppers to supervisory position. No experience whatsoever. They falsify official documents. I’m transferring out. I hope my next site is better

I’m new to the company and new to a city I don’t know I’m a retired bodyguard and I started trucking after been a bodyguard but for lack of rest I developed disorder anxiety and hypertension high blood pressure and brought me back doing security now the management I have they suck no communication and a lot of negligence after getting hire a month later which I selected site I was supposed to work they moved me 2 times and they wanted me to be a swing shift guard I only worked 3 days out of the month and they forgot to pay me for training and forgot to get me relief guard 2 times I’m getting a transfer next week to another site with another management but company I know is professional but management here at this branch where I’m at they are not professional and select their own people I’m trying to contact HR which I asked few times at the office and they don’t have one thats what they tell me 2 times. So I don’t know what to do.

Eyuel Mussie is threatening my job and academic career over leaving 30 minutes late while his friends just won’t show up for their shifts, they get unfair advantages, I can’t stay all night, I have a life outside of work. Terric has worked here for over 2 months and has shown up over 10 minutes late EVERY shift. I’m not his f-in babysitter. I know absolutely nothing about this job other than the bare bone basics like clocking in and out, scanning points, and filing activity reports. Eyuel needs to go. The security company is a joke. And my husband’s supervisor sent my husband a message that she knew would make him think he’s fired because she did it to a different guard. She told him he had to drive over an hour away to meet with her before he could return to work and at first he told her he wasn’t driving there to be fired. And then he asked for a date and time to meet her. And found out none of the rest of the guards had to meet with her, she told them everything over a phone call. And she told all the guards my husband quit when he didn’t. And she put a man in his supervisor position. My husband never said he quit. Like I said that place is a joke and some are too dang racist too like she is

I’ve done everything from contacting a couple of radio stations to the governor of Kentucky about the mistreatment of employees and the favoritism that certain guards get because they know someone in the company or they’re part of the good old boys group.
Allied Universal doesn’t care about the people that actually come to work and do their job, all they care about is money, buying out these small security companies just to prove that they are the best in the security industry. I wish I had the money to buy the rights to Allied Universal or had the money to sue them what they have put me through the years because they don’t want to listen to their employees when they try to tell them something, they mess up peoples checks and hours or play favorites to certain employees. If I see something or someone is taking advantage of the rules, then I’m going to say something but once again, Allied Universal Security doesn’t care about their employees.

Allied universal short us on our paychecks every week. Our payroll person asks us to send our hours to him every week and they still short our paychecks. How can that be possible? Then when we tell them about it they don’t care. We had to threaten with an attorney and when we do get our lost hours its not right. For example you got shorted 6 hours of reg time @11.50 per hour which equal to $69. You didnt get paid that they paid you 6 hours @10.56 per hour. So still didn’t get paycheck right. Our managers don’t care and dont answer our calls/texts. We don’t have post orders at the site where I’m at,and I’ve asked my managers and all they say is whatever the site people tell u t do. So we don’t know what are real duties are. I have tried to contact the HR headquarters in PA and they tell me I have to talk to the area district. No I want to talk to the main headquarters. We don’t get paid very well,and no raises,and no room for advancement. I haven’t worked with any security company that didnt have a site manager on the premises,however we don’t so lots of confusion,miscommunication, and no schedule.

This is not only at your site, those problems are everywhere at other sites. This is a company that needs to be shot down the way they treat their employees. What we need to do is to write to Senators and Congress. Here is what Allied Universal does: They offer Long Term Disability benefit. This benefit you can get only if you are out sick for 6 months (24 Weeks),but what Allied universal does is Terminates the benefit after you are out sick after 12 Weeks…So an employee who has been sick/disable for 6 Months is not able to file for the benefit as the Insurance company will denied because Allied universal has terminated your benefits. This not only fraud but also criminal what this Company does to her Employees. Anyone who reeds this comment and has the same issue should see an Attorney and sue Allied Universal.
