Ii have used Restasis for several years now, prescribed by my ophthalmologist. QUESTION: The Restasis that I have right now has an EXPIRATION DATEof October 2021. Is it still okay to use it? Caremark/Blue Cross shipped it to me every three months and I didn’t use all of it. PLEASE ADVISE.

My eye doctor prescribed Restasis to be used twice daily. When I went to pick up the prescription I was told it was $300.00 plus. Why in the world do you think you can charge a person that much. Horrible
I use Allergan Armour thyroid, since 10/26/2016 I recently CHANGED DOCTORS and have spent the past month TRYING to get Allergan customer service (# 1800.851.0758) the supervisor Lauren and staff Ashley to “UP DATE” their contact info for me so I can get my RX mailed to my NEW DOCTOR. in June….I have faxed, e-mailed 5X, telephoned about 10 times, re-applied, posted on Face Book, everything! My doctor submitted the form by fax 0ver 10 days ago & Allergan has no record of it ??? he has done this 2X already.. WHY doesn’t ALLERGAN RESPOND? this is IRRESPONSIBLE/neglegent,stupid & hard to believe!!!! how hard is it to change the doctor name & address? my RX/perscription is DUE in June….what am I suppose to do????you are screwing up MY HEALTH….pb.

I got a notice from Social Security that I was to receive a retirement benefit of $196.00 when I applied for retirement…..I mailed the paper they sent me….I have not heard back…..Who did I need to take to about this???
