AllBirds was founded in 2015. The company makes a variety of shoes made from New Zealand Merino wool and keeps their products as environmentally friendly as possible, such as using recycled paper for the cardboard boxes the shoes are shipped in.
In March 2018, the company added shoes that were made from eucalyptus tree fibers.
The name comes from the fact that New Zealand has very few indigenous land animals, but has so many birds that it is often called the land of “all birds”.
While the shoes are made from materials sourced in New Zealand, the shoes are assembled in South Korea.
As of January 2021, Allbirds has brick and mortar stores in several countries including New Zealand, the United States, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, China, and Japan.
In May 2020, footwear giant Adidas announced that they had created a partnership with AllBirds.

I ordered a pair two weeks ago and was told I would receive them Friday by 830 pm London story short I received them Sunday after Allbirds said I would get them Saturday
The rep at Allbirds was rude, and kept saying it’s not guaranteed delivery.
Really?……..

I love love love your products. That being said there is a problem with one of your shoes. Me, my sister and my daughter have all had the same problem with the wool lounger. Where our little toe is, it rubs the shoe and makes a hole!!!! We would of thought it would hold up better than that. It has not been a year since I purchased them but am sad that there is a hole in them from my toe. I love the wool lounger but feel for $100 they should of held up better than that.

Place the order on 5/20. Got an email, saying they were shipped with a tacking info. According to FedEx, they left Indianapolis on 5/21 got to Memphis on 5/24, then out for delivery on 5/26. It was sent back to Indianapolis instead of Sottsboro, AL. Emailed company regarding the issues. Asked to cancel the order and credit the card, since they were back at the warehouse. Was told it had already been shipped out. It is now sitting in Southaven, MS. since 5/28 According to tracking they were suppose to be delivered 5/30. Sent another email to the company. Tracking says, “You do not currently have any watch list shipment.” I was sent the same shipping info I already have and told to wait and see if any movement 6/4.
I am Extremely Frustrated, and Completely Disgusted with this company!!
