I just bought a new house and have spent almost two weeks trying to get a replacement light bulb for an AKDY range hood. The previous home owner said they tried unsuccessfully to find a replacement bulb so they gave me a $100 credit. I should have held out and told them to buy a new range before closing on the house. Instead, I took the credit and contacted AKDY and told them I need a replacement light bulb and sent them a clear picture of the light bulb that I needed. Their customer service rep then told me to take pictures of the label on the inside of the unit. After sending pictures of the inside of the unit, the customer service rep told me to take pictures of the outside of the unit. After receiving those pictures, the rep told me he was escalating the issue to the “concerned team”. Then the rep told me they were waiting on a response from the warehouse inventory team. They told me it takes 3 – 5 business days for the warehouse inventory team to respond to the request. I called back and told the Customer Support person assigned to me, Jacob, that I wanted to speak to a supervisor because I felt he was giving me the run around. He puts me on hold and comes back to tell me the supervisor was not available but they would call me later. Ironically, I went on the AKDY website and looked up the part myself and it says it is out of stock. Two weeks of getting the run around from customer service and their website says the part is out of stock. I have no idea if anyone else makes this $20 light bulb or why it is so difficult to get a honest response from the customer service department. I still need this light bulb and I would not recommend buying any products from this company based on my current experience with them.

I would never recommend ADKY products to anyone. I purchased a range hood and it’s defective. When they put it together in the factory they tightened it too much and cracked the housing so when you turn the fan on the weight of the motor causes the fan to sit tilted and it rubs against the housing and vibrates the whole range hood and makes a horrible sound. ADKY even tho the item is brand new is not standing behind their warranty and pushing it off on where I purchased it. It is the worst customer service ever. I’ll be sure to go on social media and tell everyone what a horrible company this is to deal with.

Horrible customer service. They advertise accessories for their sinks they wouldn’t help get the right one.
Buyer beware!

On June 12, 2017, my friend and I jointly purchased a 21 bottle ADKY wine cooler from Amazon. 13 months later, it died. Since there is a 3 year warranty on the wine coolers parts, I called your Customer Support to obtain the parts. Three times I was told that they would call me back…no calls were ever received. I finally spoke to a supervisor to obtain the parts. He said he would call me back and I was adamant about him staying on the line because I knew that there would be no call back. This call was convenient ly lost or dropped. How can I get the parts for this cooler? I have seen numerous similar complaints on reviews on the internet. We would appreciate a prompt answer on this situation.
