You have a Manager by the name Of Larry Tapley at Harrison,Ar, that is very verbally abusive and belittles women that work for him. He is unsafe as he has slung whole pallets of NI40 bottles off with the forklift and broke valves off putting everyone in danger. Because he is a manager and the rest of the workers are seen as less than he was never reprimanded for his behavior or actions. Hope this opens some eyes as you will continue to lose valuable employees.

this is the second time, that i have pulled up to the doors in Beaver Dam WI to exchange my tanks, when the store closes at 4:30, I pulled up at 25 after 4 and they lock the door right in front of me, and said sorry we are closed, I don’t really believe these folks are in businesses to supple a service or a want to make money. you would think with most people working to 3:0 pm you could stay open at least to 5:30.

I have worked at a airgas location in Chicago for 2 years. I recently had to renew my CDL and hazmat test, however I did not pass the hazmat test and do the company could not accommodate me while I was able to retake the test in 30 days. I feel like it is unfair they let me go after all I did for the company

On March 26th, 2018 my son took a vacation day to take my Hobart 10,000 welder to the Air Gas Company (Springfield location) to be worked on. They charged $95 to look at it and said that it would come off the final bill, but they didn’t take it off. After they looked at it they said it would take around 2 weeks to repair. We took it in on March 26th and they called us and told us it was done on May 15th. My son took another vacation day to go and pick it up and it wasn’t there, they had given OUR welder to someone else. It took them over an hour to figure out what happened to OUR welder. They finally contacted the man they gave it to and he said he couldn’t bring OUR welder back until May 29th. They offered to ship the welder to us, we received the welder on May 31st. When we got it back, it was completely out of gas and the gas cap was off the welder. We don’t know if they actually worked on our welder or if we even got billed correctly since they sent OUR welder home with someone else! We were billed incorrectly and VERY displeased with the service we received. We were never told sorry or compensated in any way. No one was able to answer our questions or give us someone that was in charge. With this being THEIR mistake, they really didn’t make it right with us on our end. We would like to be contacted by someone with corporate to make this right! This Springfield location needs a lesson in customer service. Ed Bailey Sales Order: 1067429506.

I wanted to make sure that Mr. Jody Sumter (at your Greenville, SC location) gets noticed. My wife and I have opened a liquid nitrogen ice cream shop in Seneca, SC and was setting up an account with Airgas as a distributor. In the 11th hour, Airgas could not supply us, and it genuinely effected Jody. Jody Sumter displayed a level of compassion and kindness that we have not seen in a very long time. Although we could not partner with Airgas, Jody utilized his contacts and resources to make sure our business could be successful, and our phones started blowing up with folks, offering assistance. I was humbled by how he took his time to keep us in mind enough to be this sort of catalyst – absolutely INCREDIBLE HUMAN service! Jody is what is right with this world, and our meeting was more than just chance. I highly recommend Jody as a Representative who cares; he certainly earned that, and mentioning this was the least I could do. Thank you, Jody!

I’d like to work with AirGas outlets in California to end wildland fires with Nitrogen gas. A truckload of liquid Nitrogen can make a Nitrogen cloud larger than a football stadium to trial down the fire taking out the flames by displacing Oxygen and cooling the fuels. This can save many homes. I could not reach anyone there. Help me please. I have patent USP7,631,506 on evaporating liquid Nitrogen to use the evaporated pure Nitrogen to get through emergency management situations. We can do this one with ease. I’d like to video tape instructions so those there can buy liquid Nitrogen by the truckload, unload in an hour and watch the fires cease. Contact me at 937 253-XXXXX ASAP, Please.

Matt and his co worker in Bellingham Washington are the rudest most unprofessional cylinder pimps I think I have ever been in contact with. The filth that comes out of matt’s mouth is unemployment worthy.Getting there wasting our time and lying to us when we get there that they did not confirm stock on hand and said they had what we needed.Instead of owning up to a mistake on their part they denied ever talking to us even though we have a cell trail of a 2 1/2 minute call this am.Come on juveniles there are only 2 of you there own it.Grow up this is the real world not the bottom of your parents basement telling white lies to get what you want or don’t want.If I could give your customer service a 5th of a star I might because you have Air in your business name. Go out of your way to do business elsewhere if you have that choice.Grow up and treat your position and your customers with respect and don’t waste their time.I will also file a complaint with owner of this franchise store and corporate office.Rude no scruples.

No WONDER they have so much turnover at the Conway, Arkansas store!!!
I couldn’t get through on their application process yesterday, 5/13/2016, attempting to apply for their Conway Store Manager opening. This morning while looking at what I’d input yesterday, it dumped the info. despite hitting SAVE!!!
Guess it was GOOD LORD protecting me!!! Sounds like Mr. Peter McCausland (1)
Executive Chairman Airgas, Inc. needs to be fired by the owners along with Michael L. Molinini (1) President and CEO & somebody needs to be on CBS’ “Undercover Boss”, ASAP!!!
Glad now I won’t be working for them. Don’t think I will buy any more welding supplies, etc. if I can avoid it!!! Corporate Mentality has joined the “New World Order”!!!

In my opinion Airgas is the by far the worst company I have ever worked for, I recently was let go because of harassment, and bullying by management. I went through the steps of letting higher up HR know about the situation. It was handled in the most unprofessional way I have ever seen. Anything I said in confidentiality was told to the management, and while the investigation was going on the management let me know not only did they know about it but I was singled out and told that “people that stir the pot in the building were fired”. There has been people who are great workers leave the plant because of the same thing. A very common thing in business is if a position or an area of a business has a lot of turn over maybe the management should be looked at a bit more because they are most likely the reason. I will never suggest anyone looking for a good job or carrier to go the Airgas, it’s just not worth it.
