I live in Milton, VT and shop frequently at your store. I have for sometime been aware for some time that an employee of the store parks in the Veterans parking spot. I have been informed by store employees that he is indeed a veteran, and I know that the state issues the vets plate based on the vets DD-214. All well and good, as I am a Vietnam War combat veteran. I am also a member of the CVMA, a nationwide motorcycle association of combat vets. That said, vets parking places are set up for customers, the same as any other dedicated parking spaces. An employee taking up a dedicated vets parking space is not appropriate. While the staff is quite competent and helpful, I will take my business elsewhere. I have also posted this on various veterans websites, along with the photographic evidence. I applaud the vets service, and wish he well, but when working he should park elsewhere.

Advanced auto in Bellaire Ohio, in MY opinion are a bunch of shysters, and liars, and i feel that they are scamming people by making them believe that they have LIFETIME warranty on just about everything that you buy, just to get the sale,, BUT if you take that item back, they say,, OH” ITS A LIFERTIME WARRANTY ON MANUFACTURE DEFECTS ONLY.. They dont tell you that when you buy that item at time of sale. I had to buy the same thing more than once because it DIDNT have a lifetime warranty as promised.. KEEP AWAY UNLESS you can tape your conversation if that item does NOT have a lifetime warranty. Am filling out paper this afternoon for the BBB.. SCREW ADVANCED AUTO.
