The fact that I was on the phone with a customer service rep by the name of Shelia for over 40 minutes and she could not provide any information regarding my account is absolutely unheard of. She REFUSED to put a supervisor on the phone after I asked OVER NINE times. Shelia would tell me to hold for periods of time and then come back and on the phone it’s apparent the supervisor did not want to get on the phone and Ms. Shelia kept saying the EXACT information over and over again. I even requested customer service email and stated all the emails are internal which is bogus . She stated a escalation would take 3-5 days for someone to call me even thought I paid you guys on the 6th of this month to expedite my paperwork. I find it absolutely outrageous that I gave a confirmation number, social security number and even transaction information from when the company took my money out my bank account and NO ONE could tell me anything! This has been the worst customer service I have ever had to go thru. The fact you guys take someone’s money and do not care to even get on the phone and try to explain anything is the reason why you guys should be out of business. Someone needs to call me as soon as possible. I will post to every social media outlet possible until I get this resolved. My number is 229-315-****.

My debit card, phone and social security card was all stolen I had a phone wallet case so I called and was trying to report my card being stolen and I was on hold for 2 hours trying to speak to someone and by that time $1,000 had been stolen from me I went and filed a police report and while I was filing that my card was still trying to be used the put in my dispute and I sent in all the documents but come to find out the agent disputed an automatic payment that came off of my card which got my dispute denied so I redid my dispute and it was denied again and they told me in order to get my money back I have to call the merchants myself which means I have to call 13 different people to get my money back well I did and they all said the same thing no one reached out to them about my case and that if I have a police report number they would of gave my money back to adp for them to return to me without question mind you it’s going on 3 months

DITTO!!! To all those comments. The Elpaso, TX ADP office is horrible in so many ways, I can’t explain, and I’m in Georgia, from not sending my alimony checks, to lying about direct deposit. My checks were not getting to me so they had to combine 4 checks in one and send it overnight. They had to do this twice because I guess they couldn’t read or something. I know they can’t speak English, which makes things doubly frustrating, especially if you have PTSD like I do, and on disability. I guess they just held my money to build interest on it, I don’t no. Finally, a check came to my address, and I tore it up because they made me sign a document that said if a check every came to me, I would not sign or cash it. When 1 check out of 8 came to my address, I tore it up and didn’t call them because who in the world would want to continue to call them, stay on hold for hours, try to talk to people that don’t speak English, just for them to make things worst. Finally, they cancelled a check and it was reversed out of my account. It almost put me in the negative. I’m still owed 2 checks they are supposed to be in the mail again. The YRC lady said they don’t do direct deposit but Terrance at the Elpaso ADP office said they do. Somebody Help Me! I’ve been divorced 4 years, and I’m just getting my alimony by court order and ADP is making my life miserable.

The only thing good about this company is Carly Fischer, the Relationship Specialist, if wasn’t for her I would still be calling trying to explain what was wrong with our W2’s. It’s sad when the customer has to create the Excel sheet showing them their error’s. This company couldn’t get our Health Insurance, our 401-K year end 5500 right. I called over and over to each dept. to get help and no could gives a rats behind. They kept telling me I was wrong or didn’t complete or do it right. When I told them that we are pulling our company from their service it took a Relationship Specialist to handle the Tax and Payroll departments. The Resource Division just but her head in the sand and passed the buck. So here is to Carly Fischer who’s not a payroll or tax employee for the ADP company who stepped up for my company and got it done.

My experience with ADP has been one of the worst you can image to where I have to seek legal action against them. In June of 2018 my card information was stolen I just moved from Ohio to Florida with my job. I was down in Florida for not even a week when my debt card information was stolen. Not knowing Florida is one of the biggest state’s for fraud. Over Father day week in one day I had over $1,800 stole in one day with in the matter of hours they used my card at more then 26 gas stations. Being in the restaurant industry its a busy weekend and being a Executive Chef it’s 12 to 15 hr days. I got paid on a Friday and was the last time I used my card by Monday my account was empty. I called and talk to 3 managers and 7 team members it took them over 3 months to get a replacement card that I never received and had to go thru my company to get a new one. When I left work on Monday after a 12 hr shift I went to use my card at pump and it was denied went to ATM to check my balance and my acct was empty. Mind you I just moved down a week ago and this happens so for most people that is a mortgage payment just like for me. I still had house in Ohio I was paying for plus everything for new house. I called them ASAP they said it will take up to 45 days to investigate I said how could something like this happen and you not shut card down the team member said they did not know I filled all paper work and waited for my money to be returned. After 50 days went passed I called and spoke with a manager and they said it was a pattern. Of course I said what pattern who in there wright mind has a pattern of spending close to $2,000 just at gas stations in a matter of hours this is can not be happening. So I spoke with another manager and they didn’t even have the wright card on file but said they would look into so another 40 days went passed which in that time I had to have my wife wire me over $3,500 to pay for rent,food,gas. Contact them back 5 times after that and they said they where still working on it. Know its been over 7 months and I know got a attorney and will be perusing legal actions to recover all my expenses I have no clue how something like this is possible and you cant figure this out after I submitted my working schedule, my police report and everything that I can prove that it was fraud. My charges occurred in Tamp Florida over 4 hrs from me in Juptier Fl I never even been to Tampa Florida in my life not even drive thru it. I even told them this happened to me and I still had my debit card in my wallet so how could this happen to this degree and you do nothing I still have the card All I have to say is I will see you in court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had one of the worse experiences ever with ADP. I contacted them regarding and outstanding charge of 5 dollars taking out by uber whom i have an account with. After explaining to Ryan (supervisor) on Dec. 1,2018 at approx. 3 in the am eastern time and approx 4 pm his time in the Phillipines, he decided that he would ignore my request to have the pending charge of 5 dollars disputed after it had been released from pending and processed, but to cancel the card totally, erroneously. After Ryan id# 50979 cancelled my card, I spoke with Managers :Victoria #50700 and Bill #50874 who confirmed that he had no right to do that; after I insisted that I could cancel my own relationship with uber and that I had rent and kids to feed, he cancelled it anyway. ILLEGALLY. I am completely and utterly appalled at this abuse of power and will never be doing business with ADP and intend to expose this criminal behavior on every single platform! Please tell me you do not condone this type of insensitive and down right cruel behavior. Because of Ryan’s actions, I have had my card blocked the day of my pay and rent and food had to be put on hold or the entire weekend…unnecessarily. I am absolutely livid at this, given I am no angel, but a loyal customer who never thought that ADP would hire someone to do this to me and those who depend on me, which now I have to disappoint. My rent was due tomorrow and I am never late with my rent!. Now, for the first time I will be because of nonsensical decision made by your employee. After calling back several times, threatening to go viral with this crime, in which I plan to still do because of the nature in which this was done: as a matter-of factly at that point. This should never, ever, happen by a company we trust to mishandle their position of protecting our money/livelyhood while maintaining decency and respect for themselves as well as others. Please, please, look into this. I intend to reach out to the attorney general as well. Especially, if this outrage is not be made a priority. Imagine this would happen to anyone of you: You get your small paycheck(which is never enough as it is by the way), you notice a discrepancy on your transactions, you call to have it looked into and maybe what other options you have. You get treated as if you are agitating them..(which i could’ve because I was very annoyed initially because of the language barrier and communication…where the CS Rep sounds equally annoyed and has now taken it personal enough that for no authorized reason blocks my card and terminates the card ALL ON PURPOSE TO SPITE/HURT ME FOR PERSONAL REASONS. NOT LEGAL AND THESE LEGAL PRACTICES WILL NOT GO UNREPORTED. I NOW HAVE TO WING IT FOR THE WEEKEND ME, MY CHILDREN THAT DEPEND ON ME, MY MOTHER AND DAUGHTER, WHEN I DIDN’T HAVE TO IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE REPRESENTATIVE BY THE DUNNING NAME RYAN#50979. Thanks to Victoria for (almost at the last minute) that she could order me a replacement card. However, at the expense of me putting food in my kids mouths and paying my rent. He has really placed me in a tight situation FOR NO ETHICAL/LEGAL/JUSTIFIED REASON. I have been dealing with several people in your implementation department since February trying to get the ETO (earned time off) accrual formulas correct for our company.
I have dealt with Terrick Meggie, Alene Powell, Anthony Walker, Lauren Shane and recently emailed Gaston Alfred, supposed Sr. Director of Implementation who has yet to call me so I can voice my concerns/concerns and get a resolution to the problem. Please have someone reach out me that can get this issue resolved. This is a pilot for this company of 1500+ employees and growing. This experience has not faired well in them wishing to continue or bring on their other facilities to ADP. Again, please have someone reach out to me that can get this resolved.

ADP has been nothing short of a horrible experience. In 35 years of business the absolute worst. We have 3 companies. About 150 employees much too small to get any service. I cannot go into the litany of issues we faced but two that stand out where 17,000.00 that we had to pay because of an error in our company set up I was told and another 14,000.00 that it cost us since they had not set up a proper fica tip credit report and too many more to list and now the latest no w2 for an employee that now they say we have to file an amendment. What actually goes on with your small business model? If you don’t want to serve small business just be honest and tell us that. To completely ignore us is not good business at all.

We have not used ADP since 2009. It was the worst payroll service I ever used. Extremely poor communication, lack of QC of services offered and circular excuses. Now it is 2018 and in the last six months I have received two phone calls from ADP. The first call was from the retention department. I explained all the problems I had with ADP and told the caller I advised all small businesses to not use ADP because it was to time consuming when something went wrong. Today April 24, 2018 I received a marketing call and again explained I would never use ADP ever again and to stop calling me. The purpose of this email is to tell you directly DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN!!!

I am a past employer who used your service. There have been many issues in the 3 short months that I had been using your company. I was dealing with Timothy Cruz at ADP and was able to get most of my issues resolved, HOWEVER I am still having issues with getting the balance of my funds returned. I have already contacted an attorney and the attorney generals office. You people are cancelling checks, dipping into my account AND have done nothing but try to talk circles. I have tried emailing Timothy Cruz (Timothy.Cruz@adp.com) and the email is being rejected. I still have THREE outstanding issues with the funds that were suppose to be returned to me. MY MONEY! I suggest someone look at my account asap. as if this is not resolved immediately, I will be going to every news and local outlet I can to spread the horrific nightmare I’ve had with your company! There is an invoice scheduled to be deducted tomorrow, IF YOU GO ANYWHERE NEAR MY BANK FOR A DEDUCTION, I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES FOR THEFT! YOU OWE ME MONEY, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
