We have had an ongoing issue with 2 gift cards bought for 150.00 each at City Light Hudson Oaks, Texas. They were bought at the same time from our Church to our foster home.
Neither card was good when we tried to take the kids to the movies. It was suppose to be resolved on 11/13/18 and we have a receipt for 300.00 at 3:37 transaction 334640 on a Visa card 5340. Auth.. code 151344. Now as of today the manager, although nice, could not resolve the issue with one of the cards. Now he is wanting me to go again to Film Alley to see if they can help me ..they could not help the last time so why would I want to go back down there again? This is the third time our card has been unacceptable. They are stating the card was not activated..please help..we should have 58.00 on one card and 150.00 on the other card. 8473 and 8474..
Thank you,

What do I need to do in order to have someone in the regulatory dept answer my emails?
I have been trying since August 4th to receive an answer to something. Are they short handed, busy or maybe left the company? I get nothing, no responses saying we are working on it to even acknowledge my email and questions. Our customers are depending on us to get them answers in a timely manner but this is making it very hard to do so.
NOT the first time it has happened.
