wife just purchased a package of them, I thought it was a joke the hot dog was 4 1/2 inches long what a joke. it was lost in a regular roll. There is no way this is a Nathans hot dog, every company is cutting corners at our expense. F–k Nathans they will not be in my home anymore.

This my second time reaching out bc now our confidential rights we’re completely ignored bc the predator in our store is the owner Robert cruse and someone from corporate Nathan’s took it upon themselves to tell Robert I Tristan capps filed a sexual harassment complaint. Nobody has contacted me about the severity or nature of the initial issue and by releasing this information to the predator, woman are openly being target in our store. I would also like to follow up with how is it that someone has received are cry for help but not contacted us back we have yet to hear from anyone about this emergency. ive called over 15 times, left voicemail with Susan McCann, I’m sorry but she is absolutely useless. How she has a job with such a delicious booming company is way beyond me. I’m trying to find out why you still have Revere, MA showcase cinemas listed as it has been bought out by Amazon. If find it scary that I know more than this brillant Susan McCann, I have been waiting for a phone call now about over a month! I have been trying to find a location in MA whether it be a movie theatre or food court and she has not had the respect to contact me back!!! I think they offer cooked items/restaurant (not interested in cooking myself) I need a restaurant/shack that I may buy cooked items. I think the movies in Dedham, MA provide your cooked items? Please let me know.

My son drove in from Colorado to spend time with me on Long Island. Last week we decided to go to Coney Island to let him experience the fun I have had there for years. Went to buy Hot dogs but the boardwalk location was closed until the weekend. So, we went to the Nathans a block away. We stood online for over half hour, then finally placed our order. The three hot dog we bought at $4.95 each were cold, the rolls were wet, almost mushy and the service was terrible. So disappointed. Yesterday I happened to be watching THE HISTORY channel and caught the original story of Nathans. The service was revolutionary when they had every worker performing one duy and they were about to sell Hot Dogs like an assembly line. The owner and CEO should know how terrrible that Iconic Location is, and how terrible our experience was.

The woman at the register tells me $8.71
I assumed she thought I ordered a large combo or 2 hotdogs
So I said how can that be and I added it for her and she got confused. This other nasty piece of work comes over, tells me its correct and I either want it or not but that’s it. So I reasonably added it for him and he says ” oh the prices went up!” I took a breath and said, well dont you think you should put up a sign reflecting the price increases until you get new signage that’s a huge increase $2. He then tells me it’s not $2. And proceeds to get nasty with me and tells me he’s not going to discuss this back and forth. I felt bad for the woman and I really wanted to see the receipt at this point and told him to stop talking to me. Which his nasty self had a problem with.
On top of this, they had no pkges of mustard, nor brown mustard.
I got the receipt and everything was rung up individually not sure if this is how it’s done and the tax price was double at 15% which I’m not sure if this is an error or allowed during covid. If someone wishes to contact me I do have pictures of the sign and the receipt. If I dont hear from someone, I’ll file a complaint with the city for tax fraud

Went to Westbury location. Im a long time customer. Work right in the area. Had a very unpleasant experience today at 12:15pm on August 30 2018. Had a wiman with a very nasty attitude on a register with no nametag. She called herself a manager. I really cant believe that she is. She had no customer service skills at all. She had a terrible attitude. I felt rushed and will never return to that location. Cant believe Nathans hires people who are so unprofessional. Sorry to complain but im upset. Thank you.
