Please do not use this company! Even if you inquire about a loan they will process and disburse without your permission! I got a whole denail letter from them and moved on with upgrade lending company who paid off my some cards I wanted to consolidate. A week later lendclub sends money to a closed paid off account. I immediately called and informed I DID NOT APPROVE ANY LOAN FROM THE COMPANY. no signature or anything. They used me saying okay to verify my info as an okay to move forward with the loan!!! After I got a denial!!. They refused to stop payment even after I have wellsfargo (lendclubs banker)on 3way on a recorded line saying if the manager just calls we can stop the funds going into these accounts to save this lady trouble tracking down these funds. THEY REFUSED! AND LET ME TELL YOU WHY. one that money goes into a closed account then they have to wait 15 days to verify the funds then mail a check!!!! Lending club only gives u 30 days total to return. Not 30 bussiness days. So if 30 days comes even if u get the money back to them your responsible for the 380 administration fee and thr interest for that month!!! Do you know how many people are willing to pay that to get this off of them! Not me! I have reported them to every agency and contacted a class action attorney! So many people are being taken advantage of! I even took my loan documents to a bank, to a loan advisor and they confirmed this was not a legal loan!!! There is no signature just states (signature) then the day Feb 27th they sent the funds on that day they pulled my credit!!!! You pull credit before issuing a loan!! PER YOUR POLICY ON YOUR WEBSITE! I have recorded calls, emails, and a team to help me fight this company! My personal bank wire transferred all funds back today thankfully however I will not let this go! I want compensation for the stress, money time, missed work for this mistake on lendingclubs behalf!

I’d like to know why I’m being treated like a bit of garbage after 3 years of doing business with a company that has been, for me, an excellent experience until recently with good people when I’ve been able to contact someone. I’ve been twice recently screwed over by a system that needs help and while the people I’ve talked to have been in agreement with what you’ve done, nobody seems to be able to fix my problem in spite of my flawless performance with 2 paid off loans, 1 loan to be paid off this month and 1 active loan. I guess Lending Club doesn’t care about hurting a good customer, or has a system that doesn’t care or know how.

I am writing this letter with great concern. I was approved for a loan for 25,000.00 for 3 years on November 3, 2021 with lending club. I cancelled the loan immediately after I filled out the application for the loan. I accidentally clicked on 3 years instead of 5 years for the loan. The customer Rep
informed me that I couldn’t modify the loan because it was set in stone. I tried to modify the loan for 5 years because the loan was too expensive by calling lending club. .

Unfortunately the loan went through anyway. The loan should of cancelled that night. I had to wait 3 to 6 business days for the loan to reach my creditors to be processed and credited and then to call all the creditors to request that the funds be returned to me. How could this happen? I contacted each creditor and the funds were returned within 15 days as promised from Discover, Chase, Citibank, and TJmaxx. One creditor PayPal credit card promised me that I would receive the funds in 15 days ( The call was recorded) which was totally false it was over 30 days. I called every week in November 2021 and was told lie after lie that the funds would be in the mail in a day or two. Which never happened. I pleaded with them to see if they could electronically deposit the check in my checking account but PayPal credit card said they couldn’t. I did not receive the refund check until December 2, 2021.I still have the original check with the date stamped on it because I deposited the check electronically in my Bank of America checking account as proof.

Around 8 years ago I took out another loan with Lending club and I established good history of paying my loan off with no payments being paid late to lending club. I was wondering if it was all possible it you could waive the origination fee of $1360. I do not have the funds to pay the fee and not have a
loan. I’ve been struggling trying to make ends meet to pay my bills down. We are in a pandemic and times are extremely hard. I contacted a PayPal supervisor on December 28, 2021 and now they are changing their story saying after the check is processed I would receive the refund check in 15 days.

In November 2021 every time I called paypal.com I was told I would receive the funds in 15 calendar days. Paypal credit card was refusing to do anything.

I wasn’t told that I had to pay the origination fee when I contacted lending tree. All the funds were returned before 30 days except for the creditor PayPal $6300. Please waive the origination fee. I do not have the funds of paying $1390. Times are extremely hard. I am a school teacher trying to make ends meet being up to my neck in bills trying to survive. Im praying that you guys can help me.

    Thank you for your time,
    Sharell McDonald

I am very dissatisfied with your business. I applied for a personal loan on 9/2/21 it is now 9/15/21. I gave them everything I could to prove my address. I did not have a utility bill, but I turned in my rent invoice which has electric, gas, and water on it. This was not good enough so I turned in my rental agreement which was dated when I moved in there. This was not good enough. Very incompetent business. I am withdrawing my loan application. I will make sure I spread the word.

I have been trying to get a title to a vehicle for over two months now. Bill Estes Chevrolet Buick GMC paid a vehicle loan off on 4/27/18 and we have yet to receive the title. I have called customer service at least 10 times and no one can seem to tell me when I will get a title. Sherry Williams told me she would call me by 7/13 last week and I never got a call. I called again on 7/13 and could not reach her. The customer service agent I spoke with took a messaged. Today is 7/16 and still no one has reached out to me. I called again and Sherry Williams was unavailable. Customer service agent I spoke to this time told me she could only take a message and was not willing to help me any further. I asked to be transferred to the title department as I have been in the past. She lied and said she could not do this. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible (765) 482-XXXXX
