Lockheed Martin was formed when Lockheed Corporation and Martin Marietta merged in 1996 in a $10 billion merger.
Both companies had important products in their portfolio that they brought to the deal. Lockheed’s portfolio included the Trident Missile, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F-22 Raptor, and A-4AR Fightinghawk. Martin had Titan Rockets, Space Shuttle External Tank, Viking I and Viking II landers, and various satellite models.
Today Lockheed Martin is one of the world’s biggest defense contractors. About three-quarters of the company’s revenue comes from the Department of Defense and military contracts. Lockheed Martin receives 7% of funds paid out by the Pentagon. The company also works with some foreign governments.
Lockheed Martin is an aerospace, defense, security, and advanced technology company which operates through five business segments: Aeronautics, Information Systems and Global Solutions, Missile and Fire Control, Mission Systems and Training, and Space Systems.
Lockheed Martin trades on the NYSE under the symbol LMT, is part of the S&P 500, has 123,000 employees worldwide and had $46.499 billion in revenue in 2011.

My husband retired from Lockheed and benefit commencement was to be 9/01, but delayed until QTRO was done. Filled packet out, signed and notorized spousal form, but because I did not put a zero in a certain spot on form (redundant anyway as I signed away rights to pension) he loses $20k dollars as they are trying to give him new benefit commencement date AFTER we complete new packet. They got our packet 2 days prior to deadline, did not call until day of deadline, then would not let us correct and fax back. I truly hope someone responds and helps with this, as my husband put in 24 years there and deserves his back pension.

8/1/2017: My wife, Elaine Marie Helmick, passed away June 10, 2017. She was receiving a Lockheed Martin pension check every month. I have written three seperate letters to three different Lockheed addresses (mostly in Texas) trying to stop her monthly pension check.
As of yesterday, the check is still going to her bank account. I haven’t been able to get it stopped. Please forward this to one of your departments that can help me. My e-mail again:
helmick905 at gmail.com. I am retired, and don’t hear good enough to use the phone,
Because of my health, I am staying with my son in Colorado. My last mailing address was:
Bullhead City, AZ. My last telephone number was: (928)-763-XXXXX but it’s disconnected now. I can still receive information via my e-mail and then I could
provide my son’s cell phone number in Colorado, if needed. Thanks for any help.

Reference Req# 368864 – I interviewed for the position in Fort Worth, Texas in early November 2016. LM covered my travel and lodging except for airport fees. To date, I have not been reimbursed for the airport fees. I called and sent emails to all LM employees involved for several months without replies. Additionally, I have not heard whether the position was filled.
Cynthia Howard POA for Agnes Huddleston says
I asked this question at the service center level but was referred to your office. Evidently they could not call corporate. Spoke with Atrice and Leonna. Agnes lives in an assisted living facility in Jacksonville, Florida and medications are required to be in dosage bubbles. She was receiving Medicaid for a time with Silverscript Insurance. She was canceled by Medicaid and AETNA started again as the secondary insurance. CVS and Express Scripts will not put medications in dosage bubbles as required. Perscriptions paid by Silverscript. Last year Express Scripts completed coordination of benefits after I sent required mountain of doXXXXents. Later, Express Scripts said their contract does not require them to coordinate benefits. Is this true for 2016 and 2017? If Express Scripts does not have this in their contract there should be a requirement for them to coordinate especially when they can not provide the coverage. Thank you. PH:904-737-XXXXXX
