My name is Brian culp I’ve done it once already of course not getting anywhere. Please respond to me and not ignore me and email the managers about my problem I work there over 5 5 months when I came down to my $500 last bonus you guys didn’t want to pay me just like you guys didn’t pay me 150 referral bonus that still has not gotten paid to me. Haven’t really done getting spin around when I work there the whole time making $11 an hour while everybody else that was crappier than me when I had 20 years experience getting 13 an hour while everybody was quitting on them and I was the only one doing everything for you guys. You guys emailed my manager saying that the bonus you got to work so many hours that’s not true I received every single one of my bonus is but of course my last and biggest one of course it becomes a problem especially after the 150 that you guys didn’t give me either while you didn’t give the manager that referred me his money either that one manager can show me when I got hired that it said you got to work so many hours it never said anything like that I never signed anything like that that’s why I’ve been getting my bonuses only stated that you only have to be there a full 30 days for each bonus but when it comes down to my last bonus you guys don’t want to pay out the referral bonus. Which for one I don’t understand why you won’t pay me it because I work there for so long being the lowest paid worker why I was the best worker that stayed and I did what you guys asked to deserve the bonus all the requirement legally.. now you lost the Fairfield Township only dishwasher and put your manager in a worse spot that they’ve already been in for 6 months. This is ridiculous I will do legal action because you can spend me all you want I deserve that referral bonus hundred hundred percent and I deserve my last bonus. I am waiting to hear a reply from you guys not The managers that don’t know anything about the bonuses
I want a printed picture I’ll be fighting something directly thing that you need to work so many hours and I want to know why I got screwed out of the referral bonus
This is not the first time I’ve had a meal that wasn’t good, but today everything came out nasty. I ordered the house salad and they cut up a rotten pear and it was mushy and tasteless in my salad so by the time my waitress came over to check on us our meals were here. Well I ordered a Tuscan penne, it was so dry and I had burnt garlic in it, I took a bite and about lost my cookies so I pushed my plate to the side again and the waitress kept walking past us and wouldnt/ didn’t acknowledge that something was very wrong with my meal again when she did come to our table we explained what was wrong with the meal and she said sorry can I get you something else or can I give u a box to go and I said no thank you. Eventually the manager took my meal off but didn’t come over and check on us and the waitress didn’t tell us that he took it off she just said here’s your bill and and took off the other way my husband’s meal was fine. We paid our bill and left.

We understand that things are challenging during the current pandemic conditions, but bottom line, no part of my meal should have ever left the kitchen in the state that it was prepared. I seriously doubt that your cook, waitress or manager would have eaten that meal.
It will be a long while before we try any of your establishments again.
