What a huge disappointment this experience was. If this was an episode of Seinfeld nobody would believe a company could be this bad.
The worst part about this is that your job is to help professionals with there licensing which is a very stressful experience to begin with. You guys just make it worse than it really needs to be.
Textbook example of how NOT to perform customer service. NMLS needs to eliminate this company as a vender ASAP.
This place is a fuc*ing mess. It’s been a week and I still have yet to receive my test results. I’ve called every fuc*ing day. No answer, I sent several emails still no contact back . I’m not understanding wtf is going on with this company. I need an answer and I will go above and beyond to get it.

Dear Mr. Charles Kernan, COO
My name is Tracy Spencer, New York State CNA. After submitting my paperwork for recertification, and after it finally expired 30 days ago, when I called to inquire about the delay with my recertification, I was rudely told I sent it in too early.
Mr. Kernan, currently Prometric has my filing fee, as well as all original documents, and I have been told filing too early resulted in my CNA certification not being renewed.
Mr. Kernan, when I inquired, the suggestion that I return to school and pay to take the course again, was suggested by the customer service person I spoke to on October 29, 2020.
Mr. Kernan, I am requesting a meeting/phone call. Prometric sets the guidelines for Nursing Assistants, but the website and reading materials are dated and should be reviewed. I am devastated and would like my original documents and recertification.
Please return my original documents .
The people working there are no use to anyone at all. I paid for a test only to be cancelled, no refund of my money for over 2 years i have been emailing and calling since 2020. I think at this point i will have my bank go after my testing funds.
I’m leaving this comment here Hopefully it help me get to the bottom of the reason why I can’t get my certificate. Over 5 months ago my employer sent over the paperwork to renew my certificate for me I have not received it since. I’ve calling the customer service for the past three months, I’ve got all kinds of bad attitudes. Such as: they yelled at me, hang up on my face, refused to connect me with a supervisor or a manager that could look up on why can’t received my certificate. I was told that it was mailed to me on three different occasions but it never get to me. I’m convinced somewhere in the process there’s something wrong. I could’ve not received the first one but not second and third one. Now I’m desperate. I’ve threatened by my employer, I will be taking off the schedule if I don’t bring my certificate. Please I’ll appreciate if someone would contact me and try to fix the problem.
My job is on the line. I can’t sleep. How am I gonna pay my bills if I get taking off the schedule. I’m desperate, please try to help me.
