I have had the worst experience with the Restaurant Care department in my entire 35 years in the restaurant industry.
The word CARE should not even be in description of this department.
I truly believe that seamless does “NOT CARE” about my restaurant.

I NEVER HEARD OF SEAMLESS UNTIL MY CHINESE RESTAURANT DELIVERY PUT MY CHARGE THROUGH SEAMLESS. FOLLOWING THAT 4 OTHER SEAMLESS CHARGES TO PLACES I NEVER FREQUENT APPEARED ON MY CREDIT CARD. WHEN I REPORTED THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD SERVICE THEY CLOSED OUT MY CARD. SINCE THEN A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE IT WAS UP TO ME TO NOTIFY ALL VENDORS I HAD A NEW CREDIT CARD. TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO CHINESE RESTAURANT I WAS UNHAPPY MY CHARGE WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH SEAMLESS–TO NO AVAIL. I AM RELUCTANT TO ORDER AGAIN AS I AM AFRAID TO OPEN PANDORA’S BOX. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD TO BE SURE SEAMLESS IS NOT ABLE TO ACCESS!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!
