The Natori Company was founded in 1977 by current owner and CEO Josie Cruz Natori, in New York, New York. Natori started off as the vice president of an investment banking firm on Wall Street, when she decided that she wanted to run her own company. After altering some blouses from her native Phillipines Islands, she decided to start her own women’s clothing and designer store.
Today, the company has several divisions; men’s wear was introduced in 2005, the Josie line, and Natori Cruz line. The company mainly offers lingerie and other intimate wear. Natori’s products are sold in some of the most expensive department stores worldwide, including Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Sak’s.
The company has expanded it lineup to include lounge wear, and a perfume line, and limited home furnishing products.

sometime in 2018 I bought Natori Flora unlined bras at Nordstrom’s. They are the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. So I bought more. Despite hand washing in Woolite, the lace is all torn all over the bras, despite fragile care. Over the weekend, I bought more. I think they could be more durable. Never have this happened with any other bras by any other high end manufacturer.
At 62 years old, its not that I don’t know how to care for delicate bras.
What are your suggestions?

In mid 2018 I bought Natori Flora unlined bras from Nordstrom’s. At a later time, I bought more from Nordstrom.com. This particular bra is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. I love them. In fact, over the weekend I bought more. I needed to buy more because in spite of hand washing in Woolite, the lace on the bras are torn. I have never run into this before, and I wonder why,, with proper care, they are all in the same state, needing to be replaced after such a short time. Once again, I love them, but need them to be more durable.
