I stopped at the only Arthur Treachers left in Ohio , cuyahoga falls location….waited 35 minutes in line finally get ty o order , ordered 2- 3 piece fish n chips dinners and 2 extra piece of fish , so 8 pieces of fish. Handed my bag of food and before I pulled out I asked cashier for tartar sauce , he said it’s in the bag. Drive off and then decided to pull over to check , zero tartar sauce in bag. Called them and managers says you can come back and get the tartar or have a nice day and hangs up. No one waste their money at that trashy establishment

I live in ny Long Island I used the seldom store I waited an hour for del and when I opened it it was so burnt you could not eat it I called the store got the run around well what do you want me 2 do says the manager clearly he missed a meeting it was so burnt the chicken slapped I will never order from them again that was a 30 lesson
I frequently go to Arthur Treachers on hillside ave,New Hide Park,NY.
I’m not complaining about the food or service their pretty good but the place needs a renovation over all the table stands are all scuffed plus dirty floors needs new tile it just doesn’t look clean so when I’m eating there and seeing that I feel sick to my stomach! Don’t bring the food home because I like my food hot!!

My wife and I like the store in Austintown, Ohio but when you start to care less about the food and customer, it will be out of business also. We would frequent this store a couple of times a month and the one thing that really ticked us off was we are big Iced Tea drinkers (Probably the least costly drink in a restaurant besides water) and they started charging for refills. Haven’t been back since.
here is my complaint…I just drove an hour to the location in Wayne NJ at the Willowbrook Mall.. only to find out that they had run out of FISH!!!! How does a eatery that has the Name FISH in it run out of FISH!!! I am so angry. but also that fact that they only had one meal left so I purchased that one, I said to the white gentleman its probably dried out already since it had been sitting in the tray. he said no, its only been there for 5 minutes, well I took him at his word and took the only meal they had… well he LIED…it is BURNT, DRIED OUT AND FLAT AS ANYTHING..you have no idea how angry I am at this place, I love Arthur Treachers and now I am so angry this dinner will go in the GARBAGE, where it belongs, like they should have never sold it…what a waste of my MONEY… I hope this does not fall on deaf ears, which it probably will… it would be nice if I received a few coupons in the mail to make me happy again, but that wont happen…I just don’t get how this place could run out of FISH…someone is not doing the job in ordering how much they should have in stock….now I will end this email, and go THROW OUT THE MEAL I DID BUY…sincerely Karen Harvey
From time to time, our local Pennysaver/Newsday Marketeer includes coupons for Arthur Treachers/Nathans along with the weekly circulars. Apart from the fact that there are only three locations pretty far from where I live, and one on the New Jersey Turnpike, none of them will accept the coupons. Please comment. Thanks.

The food was fantastic as usual. We ate at the location in Garfield Heights, Ohio on December 14, 2018. The fist time in probably twenty years. The employees were busy and prompt. However, a huge caveat. The inside of the restaurant was fairly clean, but needed to be thoroughly renovated. Missing floor tile, door and windows need replacing. The inside of the restaurant is very dated, 1980’s?
This is a very busy franchise, but no money is being returned to the quality of the visit! Thank you for your time. Hope to hear from you soon!
I think it’s horrible that my meal cost me 100.00 because the girl screwed up and to top it off I still had to pay for my lunch will never eat there again. Rockslide Rd in Garfield Ohio. It too 2 days for the money to come out but up to 5 to go back in. what a joke and I’m sure I won’t hear anything from them. I’m so pissed
We went into the new Arthur Treachers at North Myrtle Beach, SC and expected to be able to order a fish sandwich. This is a brand new restaurant only open a few weeks. New businesses usually put forth their best effort to attract a loyal clientele. To our dismay we were told we could not get a fish sandwich because they were changing out the grease. I would expect that grease should be changed prior to or after business hours in order to serve fish sandwiches to the clientele. If this poor service and operation management continues, I can guarantee whoever spent this much money to open this establishment on prime property is going to be destined for failure A few changes in management and operating procedures could make this a success. However, if this continues failure is imminent. Thank you for your consideration for improvements in what could be a great success.

Witnessed a horrible scene at the waterloo rd. Akron ohio store on 7 12 17..the server got a order mixed up and the manager. Named Ryan was screaming when i walked in the door. The yelling and kicking of trash cans . And more belittling continued even i told said manager to stop it in front of customers. Told the other employees they should walk out and files charges against that idiot or call the police

So I haven’t had Arthur Treachers in years. So I figured hey lets try it. I was skeptical at first due to location but I did anyways. Your Akron location is atrocious. I go in and its just blah. I order a kids meal an extra drink and a 3 piece meal. I waited 15 minutes only to find out the cashier had only rang up the kids meal. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of my food. Towards the end I asked for my food to be fresh since it had been sitting there so long. I get home and the only thing that tasted half way decent were the hush puppies. I will never again step foot in another Arthur Treachers and it stinks because you guys used to be an amazing establishment.I wasted $16 on junk.
