On Thursday May 20, 2021 two of us went in to have breakfast. The Restaurant is dirty to say the least. After being closed do to Corona Virus we were shocked. Slow service (Lettie and one other server) and will not go back. You need to have a spotted go into the Restaurant and check it out. The location is 60 W Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA 91786. I will go back to this location 7269 Haven Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701, as hope that it is better.

Coco’s GM in Flagstaff has stated mutiple times that he does not support veterens. Went for veterens day and vets were leaving due to an advertised special for vets, that he did not honor, because he personally does not like vets.

We go to Coco’s often for dinner. Have had the holiday ham, turkey, & mix several times this season. Tonight 12/14/19 in the middle Of the holiday, we see the prices for such have increased $2.50+ for each. That is outrageous, you people are gouging the public and the service staff want 20% tip on top of their pay increase. It’s just not right and we won’t pay it. You need better management.

We as a family were in at Father’s Day at Cocos in Rancho Cucamonga and our daughter requested a bake potato with her meal , she got fries on her plate . I ordered vegetables on my plate I got French fries too instead of vegetables . We ordered country potatoes were done in a hurry and they appeared & look not fully cook!! It was not a pleasant meal. We got food that we didn’t ordered at all. I think we should get are money back !! The amount we spent on the check could had gone to a restaurant of better quality of service and food. It was not good service at all!
So disappointed!

Where can I continue to buy your Spicy Asian Dressing? If I can’t buy it, where can I get the recipe to make it? Wonderful dressing.

I have been a breakfast customer of your Coco’s #507 on western ave in san pedro ca for 30 plus years under your currant name and other names…..I now hate to drink out of the coffee cups because they look so crusty with black streaks and film on them…When I mention this to the staff they blame it on the dish washing machine…Why place the blame on a machine? Blame it on the people in charge and get the situation fixed…..YOU WOULD NOT INVITE SOMEONE INTO YOUR HOME AND SERVE THEM COFFEE IN A CRUSTY CUPS….I NOW ASK THEM TO SERVE ME IN A TAKE OUT CUP… Shape up… My next email is to the health department…..RB

I saw I could get a coupon for signing up for eclub and it said forms were sent to me and nothing was sent. I called my local restaurant and they could not assist me.

I bought a apple pie at your restaurant on Iowa and University. The apples were raw and they had pieces of the core on the apples. I could peel apples when I was a child. I will not buy another pie from you unless you give me a pie or my money back.

We are frequent guests at your facility at 5350 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City. The restaurant
is usually crowded. In spite of being a always short staffed, the service is pleasant.
However, please new menus. Not only in choices but these are worn and DIRTY!
Why is the restaurant food items frequently “not available”? This restaurant is a
landmark and should be first class, as it used to be.

I went to the cocos bakery restaurant off of 5350 Sepulveda Blvd in culver city ca. I ordered the 7.99 daily meal. The meal was not very good. Eggs were scrambled but serving size was for an infant to eat..the bacon tasted like it was fried in old oil and the pancake tasted rubbery and old. I felt like I was being feed left overs. As far as customer service it was good. I gave it a 1 star because of the food. If chef Ramsey was here he would be very disappointed. I could’ve spent my money at a fast food joint instead of a restaurant that serves lousy food.

Today, October 26, 2017, my husband and I had dinner at the Coco’s on Foothill Blvd. in Upland, CA. My husband had the Shrimp Scampi in Alfredo sauce, and I had the grilled cod with a baked potato. It was around 6:00 p.m. We also ordered an apple pie to go. I just wanted to compliment our waitress, Amy, on her upbeat demeanor and attentiveness to our meal. I had forgotten to show her a coupon before we ordered. No problem, it would be taken care of at the register. The manager, Cenen, came over to see if everything was satisfactory. We said yes, showed him the coupon. He took it and said it would be taken care of when we went to pay. It was! Our total experience was wonderful. We shall return.

Friday, July 24th at 7:23 my husband and I visited the Coco’s on Hawthorne Bl. in Torrance, CA. We had breakfast it was good. I bought a peach pie with crumb topping to take home. At home I took a small taste with a spoon. It had a funny taste. I thought maybe there is some spice in it that I didn’t care for. Saturday morning I tried another taste giving it another chance. Both times I did not cut into the pie. No still a flavor I didn’t like. When my daughter cut into it later Saturday night it was molded beyond belief. No wonder I didn’t care for the flavor. Yuck!! I took the pie to the restaurant on Sunday morning (yesterday). I asked to speak to a manager. They woman manager said that because it was bought on Friday night and it was Sunday morning that is why it was molded. WHAT?? You make pies that will mold in 24 hours. I told her NO it was already full of mold when I bought it on Friday night that is why it tasted so funny. I asked her if they date pies when they go onto the shelves, she said yes. She picked up the pie and looked at the bottom of the pie pan and saw nothing there. I guess maybe they mark the date there? She offered me another pie. I can’t even look at pies right now. My stomach is still upset. She did give me my money back, and told me when I get over this pie thing (my molded pie) and decide I want pie to see her and she would give me a pie for free.
I have ordered pies from them during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. There has never been a problem. I feel she the manager was not very upset over one of her stores pies being so mildewed.
I am not sure that anything will change with the way they control the days a pie sits in their cooler. I hope so for other customers sake, but I will never be able to buy a pie there again.
Thank you for listening,
Terri
