I have shopped and purchased many beautiful clothes at Bergdorf for over 20 years and have purchased many beautiful clothes at Bergdorf. I met a girlfriend for lunch at Bergdorf yesterday and went an hour early to look at the “latest” fashion and was absolutely shocked at how hideously ugly the clothes are. I went up to another customer and asked what she thought about the clothes and she said they were the ugliest clothing she has ever seen. Do the buyers hate women? Do they want this store to close? My advice to Bergdorf’s employees: get your resumes ready!

I bought a designer gown for over 8k . Returned it 2 weeks later . Got a receipt for the return but the store never put the credit through . Called my credit card company and they said a credit never went through . It’s been 2 weeks and I spoke to both the department and floor manager and yet it hasn’t been resolved . Emailed customer service and they said they couldn’t help . Called client services and they never called me back with a resolution . For this to happen with a store of this caliber is pathetic and the customer service is terrible. You have the dress and you have my money .

I have a $577.00 issue for a pair of shoes that were purchased at Bergdorf on September 15, 2018 . They were returned to Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills on September 18, 2018. Yes they had been worn to the airport in NYC, by the time I arrived at the gate, I had to put on sandals because of the blisters on both of my heels. A lovely way to start a holiday in California!
Some weeks later I received a phone call from people at my former address in California, one that I have not been in in over 3 years. Guess what, Bergdorf sent the shoes back to me, yes to an incorrect address. So I needed to send a person to the OLD address to pick up the shoes. Then I had thee subject shoes fedex back to Bergdorf of which I have the signed receipt. I have left two messages for Lauren Spangler (not sure of spelling) I’m still waiting for a reply.
These shoes are great looking however I’m way to old for blisters. Not to mention a terrible way to do business, not being able to actually speak to a human. However I did speak with Christine in shoes, who tried to be helpful.

Good afternoon.
I am a regular shopper at the Bergdorf men store. Stuart is my salesman. Terrific. Knowledgeable. Helpful. And your tailors are the best. Earlier today, I tried for 30 minutes to speak to anyone on the second floor to determine Stuart’s hours this week. I waited for at least 10 minutes before being disconnected. This happened twice. I then called a corporate number. Spoke to someone who, when I explained what I was trying to determine, told me “I only do online sales.”
Within your corporate directory, options 2, 5, “0” were of no help. Lots of waiting time. Lots of messages expressing “appreciation for my patience.” Please believe me when I tell you I ran out of patience a long time ago.
I expect better of you

I purchased Valentino rock stud sandals at the store approximately 3 weeks ago. I was told the shoes are not available in the store but I would get them in 2 days . The shoes never came and I started calling the store but the waiting time was impossible and I couldn’t reach an associate for over 25 minutes .
No email or other communication until 2 weeks later when I was informed the item is no longer in stick. I bought those shoes for my daughter to wear at her engagement party and here I am 3 days before the party with no shoes and all this time my. Account had been charged ! I finally reach the salesperson who helped me at the store and he apologizes basically with no good reason why I wasn’t informed right away the shoes are not available so I could purchase them somewhere else . He first told me the shoes are sold out everywhere and asked me if I wanted different ones but I did not. He. Then called me back within a few minutes saying that miracously he found one pair and will ship overnight . I thought it was a bit strange so asked him to check the style number to make sure those are the same exact shoes and he says he sees what I ordered before and it’s correct
I get the shoes the next day which was the Friday before the party and the shoes are NOT the same style at all . I don’t honk this was a mistake ! This is simply ridiculous and unacceptable for a high End department store.ibfelt a terrible lack of respect, basically I was tricked.
My daughter ended up after all that wearing shoes she had in her closet, I spent hours in the phone wasting time , I was as lied to , my card is charged and I have shoe so didn’t want sitting in my house !
