Great Clips was originally founded as Super Clips in September of 1982 by Steve Lemmon and David Rubenzer, near the University of Minnesota. Lemmon and Rubenzer wanted to operate a no-frills type of hair cutting salon that would appeal to students and those who wanted a great haircut but did not want to pay for a fancy shop.
The company began offering franchises in late 1983. Great Clips has 3,700 locations across the U.S. and employs more than 30,000 hair stylists. The company had $1.03 billion in revenue in 2013.
Great Clips is listed as #13 on the Entrepreneur list of Top Fastest Growing Franchises in America. The company offers veterans discounts off of their first store franchise fee and has third party sources to help cover start up costs, inventory, and equipment.

Went into the store, gal on front counter struggled with the computer, told me to come back at12:30, called to have my husband come back and get me, wasted the hour or so , went back at 12:25. Another gal today me it would be 90 minutes more. I told her what I had been told and she said it wasn’t her problem. Again I had to have my husband come back and get me. I am unable to drive at this time, my time is valuable and my husbands time more so. Can Great Clips get their game plan together? This was the store that is on Reserve in Missoula Mt.

I can see by the many reviews that bad haircuts come from this company. I have gone to this company for several years in various locations California & Arizona. In the past I have gotten fairly decent haircuts in Victorville Ca. But since I moved to Arizona, from Cottonwood to Bullhead city, almost every time I have experienced a bad haircuts. This last time I went to the Bullhead City, I told the girl I needed my hair to look professional as I had 2 speaking engagements, the following week.
She did worst job ever, uneven not cut in the back it was awful. I did not have time to go back and make her fix it.
So, as I can see it is a chronic problem, with this company nationwide. I guess I will be looking for another hairstyling company. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO GREAT CLIPS.

At the Boyette, River, FL store I was denied access after checking in and being told it was a 48 minute wait. I was told I was told there was a strict no one in after 6 PM Policy. That is all well and good, except I was not told that as I left in order to minimize my COVID exposure.

I’ve had 2 brain surgeries since April, thus am only going in for trims. One stylist seems to think she’s MY stylist and is so rough. I’ve asked each times for her to be gentle but walk out in pain over the scars with razor burns on neck. I want ANYONE but her however I’m uncertain as to how to deal with the situation. I’ve tried going in when she’s off but she always seems to be there. How do I convey my preferences without causing hurt feelings all around. If this isn’t resolved I will have to go somewhere else.

I went to the new Great Clips on Pullman Road, Lewis Center, Ohio twice this year. I ended up with the same girl (no name but shaved right side of hair, purple on top and long black hair). The first time I asked her to cut 1 inch off. She ended up giving me one inch from my scalp! This last time I told her “just a light trim, she cut it even shorter than first time!!! On top of that, I gave her a $20 bill. My fault for not paying attention, but the next day I realized she had kept $17.00 – for a hair cut with coupon for $7.99!! I will NEVER go to this Great Clips again!!! I realize I am just as to blame as she is, but she definitely needs to learn math!!! She said she did hair 2 years in school and has been out one year.

We are from St Louis Market you have a GM that is a complete idiot. He is a bully to his employees. Talks down to his employees makes them work excessively lack of compassion Holtzman was one of the best franchises to work stylists wanted to work for them. Not anymore most there employees love the staff they work with but want a good GM. The GM they have now is unfair, degrading as no respect for any of his employees and belittling. Get rid of him and Holtzman will be GREAT AGAIN.. Hopefully they get rid of him before they lose all of their good stylist Since he’s come back they have lost several good employees

Had the worst experience of my life at the Manitowoc WI location.. I had brought a friend in there to get haircuts for the holidays and when it was time for her to get it cut she had preferred that she would wait until the next available stylist due to her receiving a bad haircut from the same lady the last time she was in there. When she told the cashier she would wait until the next stylist was available, another lady said that there was no choosing who cuts her hair. She said because it was the holidays she couldn’t choose who cut her hair. To me this sounded ridiculous. Who pays for a bad haircut twice?? There were no signs around stating she couldn’t ask another person to do it. It wasn’t busy in there, and what gives them the right to choose who cuts my hair. I pay for the service. Then called back there to complain and they were the most rude people in a long time. She said on the phone that nobody there wants to cut it anyway. I was shocked and i can feel my blood boiling from taking that verbal abuse.

I was banned from my Great Clips in writing since I complained the my hair was cut badly. They told me I had to use the computer ap to check in. I told her no one was even on line. She told me that was company policy and they don’t take walk ins at great clips anymore. I then put the ap on my phone and they took me 10 minutes later. When I was done they had to cut my hair short with a clippers since that was only way to get it even. They then told me I’m banned for life from all great clips. I laughed. Well last night I got a post card that stated DO NOT SERVICE next to my name. How rude is that. Complain about a bad haircut and refuse to use their ap due to privacy concerns get banned for life and rub it in your face with post card with great clips advertising on it

I have used Great Clips for many years, but the “sign in on line” feature discriminates against folks who do not have smart phones…mine is a dumb one. It is discouraging when I arrive, check in and although I am the only person waiting, one after another after another person who has checked in online is served before me while I sit and sit and sit. Not EVERY person in this world has the ability to sign in on line. I asked if they could sign me in “online” once I am there, but that cannot be done. Surely this could be corrected.
Scott Dennis says
I have been getting my hair cut along with my son for years now. I enjoy the online app and being able to sign in and normally have no wait when I arrive. I have a Great Clip card and look forward to my FREE 10th visit. Where I get my hair cut on Narcoosee Rd In St Cloud Fl. I was looking forward to my 10th visit and after getting my hair cut was informed they have “new owners” and will NOT accept the card. The last time I was there the “new owners” were there when my 9th visit was noted on the card. I was also informed they no longer honor military vets and will NOT be getting a discount. I will also NO longer be using Great Clips either. Good luck to the new owners!

Why don’t you treat your employees better, by having a manager that has managing abilities. Especially when it comes to scheduling, no hair dresser should have to work 6 days in a row one day off then 6 days in a row again. Just because they are the best you got and very dependable. your gonna burn her out and not have her at all. Just my observation

My son’s haircut at Fullerton, California. Adriana cut my son’s hair and my son wanted longer top and shorter around. When we saw it looked like she barely cut anything around. We asked little bit shorter on the back, she was so impatient she took the clipper and went around the back in like 5 seconds, it looked horrible and then she blamed us that it was us that told her to do that. It was not even blended from the crown area to the back and she kept on arguing it is blended. The left side on the top looks shorter than the right side on the top. She argues that it is supposed to be that way. It looked so lopsided and choppy. Like his hair is all going to the right side. Her co-employee/supervisor came over and she was just as bad as her. They were very argumentative, non-apologetic, very unprofessional. So much for GREAT CLIPS COMMITMENT???? Seriously?!!! Never going back there and going to make sure everyone I know does not go there. Very terrible service!!!! Very bad company!!!

made appt. for perm for today march 14 at 4:00 p.m. Winter did my perm which turned out beautifully, I had mentioned to about the senior discount, which I have always received since Great Clips moved to Johnstown. Ohio. I have been getting perms about every 4-5 months. The managers have always given me the discount regardless of whom was the manager at that appropriate. Until this afternoon I have had a problem with anyone at the shop. Little did I know that Atilla the Hun had become the new, incompetent, sexist manager When I approached the counter. my hairdresser was asking the all important a** of a manager, about a senior discount. His reply was (We do not give senior discount, on perms.) I replied you always have, in the past, I replied I always have in the past. Once again, your illustrious manager, “I’ve been here since April.” To which,I laughed heartily I’ve been coming here for nine years, there by since the store opened, Brian then said I will give you five dollars off, and to the men watching him, he laughed. I told him in the spirit of cooperation he could take his five dollars and put it up his a**. He wanted my name and phone number, which I gave him. $10.00 is not a big deal to me, but good service is, I have never been treated in such a way by anyone as a customer, and had I ever treated like this, I would have lost my job, my career was in law. I could have stayed all night arguing with this Imbecile. Please get back with me.

Your check-in service is terrible. I’ve been going to the same hairdresser at Great Clips for several years. Since retiring, I do not own a computer or smart phone for check in. Using someone’s computer, I just tried to check in. Went to “check in” clicked to put in my 4:30 time & it responded that I have a 13 minute wait! (It’s 10:18). When I called the store I was told I couldn’t check in until about 1 hr. before arrival. Great Clips is certainly not accommodating to customers at all. Several times that I’ve tried the walk-in since you started this “sign-in-on-line” it’s been anywhere from 1 hr. or longer wait. Your marketing people need to make some changes.

On Sept/9/2018, I had my haircut at Great Clips, New Hope CommonsDurham, NC, I ws a walk-in. A stylist named Candis sat me and asked me what I’d like, I explained that I wanted my hair shortened. The back was to be very short, the sides short, the top part of my head, trimmed, and the hair blended into my beard. Candis never wet my hair, never combed it out, just used a scissor on everything, she finished in about 4 minutes, Candis needed to shorten the back 2 times and it was still not short enough, both sides are totally uneven, she cut away too much on both of my sideburns, my hair, resembles that of the head of a mushroom, it’s horrible. No part of my hair was trimmed, it was basically a few cuts and that was it, not evened out at all. I am not looking for anything free, I just want to have my haircut corrected by another person. Thank you, Adam

Having used the Great Clips at 2961 University Parkway… Sarasota … Fl.. for a few years, I recently went in for a #7 haircut…. Deciding on 8/9/18 it was too long, I went in for a $5 haircut, done by Kim… After a week or so, it became apparent that my hair was growing like a Mohawk, that a 10 year old would be proud of… Sadly, I wont see 70 again and don’t appreciate this haircut.
An hour or so ago, I returned to the store and requested a free haircut. The manager Donna, was quite abrupt and claimed haircuts only have a 7 day warranty, in other words, come back in 7 days or less.
As explained it was not so obvious after 7 days. On reading my receipt, I see that Great Clips offers complete satisfaction on all services and products.. No mention of time limit, to wit, seven days seems ridiculous
Do Great Clips, have a warranty board in each and every store ? I have never noticed one.
Sad that after 3/4 years of going to the same store I am blown away in this manner. To confirm my haircut style, I look as Buzz in Toy Story
Over to you Great Clips management…..
Thank you

Dear Great Clips,
Since you couldn’t be bothered to answer me back or even acknowledge that this bulls**t still continues here is the latest.
I did get a message from Miss Paula to call her back in a microscopic window of time. And yes like I was going to drop everything to just call her back. They ruined my Mother’s Day not to mention the 3 day conference I had to go to with untrimmed hair as I did not have time to go to someone else because they screwed me out of having my hair cut by them.
So then I tried calling back and her stupid staff said she was working when she really wasn’t. So add lying to it all. So after my second attempt of calling knowing she was supposed to be there I said to the person I already called yesterday and they said she would be there today. I don’t have time for this s**t. All I wanted to do was get my damn hair cut and I don’t need this frustration or aggravation. If Paula really gave a s**t about it she would have tried harder. Then after my calls to them she calls me back to give me her entire weeks schedule. Again like I am going to drop everything working a 10 hour day to call her at her convenience. People have lives and mine does not revolve around her. Not to mention my job is very demanding and I don’t have a lot of extra time. Plus we don’t use our cell phones during the day we actually work. I have better things to do with my time then hear her I’m sorry that she doesn’t mean.
You can tell Paula and her band to shove it all up her a**. I already told you I wasn’t going back. All she is worried about is I went to corporate. So thanks for letting me tell you how sh**ty they are or at least treated me. And makes you wonder how many people just don’t say anything.
Have a nice week,
Anita Pecukonis
Oh and this all started because of your stupid on line check in. Where if you actually go to it and see for yourself it NO WHERE SAYS THAT YOUR CHECK IN ONLY LASTS FOR 20 MINUTES. Just because all the people at this Great Clips are stupid doesn’t mean you as a company have to be. Write in a disclosure or change your check in so others don’t have to fall victim to this bulls**t.

Comments: On May 4th I checked in during the day of which I had to bring my personal laptop to work with me as I do not have a smart phone and we do not have access to the web at my job. So I get to the store and they tell me that the computer kicked me out long ago. So clearly the look I gave prompted her to say that the computer only keeps you on the list for 20 minutes. So I said how am I supposed to know that? And where does it state that on your website? Of course she does her bi**hy that’s the way it is. I said that’s fine and walked out. Then I hear them say rear, rear in their cat voices. I will never go back to those XXXXXXes for anything. And the proper thing to have said would have been I’m sorry we can put you back on the list, and smooze it over but no they don’t give a s**t about customer service and I don’t think you do either because I am only one unhappy person and who gives a s**t about that. So then I did the online again when I got home of which let me just say I live out of town so even if I had registered from my home and drove right in to your establishment I would have still been kicked out of your stupid 20 minute system because it is a 30 or more minute commute. While I registered again there was not one indication of you only have a 20 minute time limit to arrive and get your spot ahead of everyone else. So then I called the store to get the phone number for corporate and she said she would have to take my number and they would have to call me back because she didn’t have it. You don’t even have the number of your cooperate office on your store premises! Ok whatever. So today is Sat and I went to Great Clips on the west end of town, completely out of my way to get my $7.99 haircut. And it is now 6pm and your damn store is closed and the sale is OVER. Go me. Of course you will do nothing with this complaint, nor your fine manager and the rest of those XXXXXXes. I work hard for my money and I have got my hair cut at the 3 locations many times, and have actually been discriminated against because I don’t own a smart phone. So maybe your employees should just purchase me and I can check in on line when ever I want in your stupid 20 minute time frame that no one knows about. My God where does it say it is even implied? And when you do check in it does state that your wait is 14 minutes or what ever which in NO WAY comes close in stating you only have 20 minutes for your time limit to get there. What part of this doesn’t make sense. I am pissed.

I go to a Great Clips in Florida and have never had a problem.
Went to one in Columbia, SC , 10254 Two Notch Rd.; Suite B on 5/4/2018. I had called to see how much a shampoo, blow dry and flat iron would cost. Asked if I could bring my own shampoo and was told I could. Said I would be up there soon. When I got there was told ALL they could do was wash my hair and if I wanted to could could sit under a dryer .
Talked to the manger and was told that was all I could done but could back the next day to get it done. Also could not use my own shampoo.
He said all the hair dressers may not have known about getting hair cuts only as they had a spacial on haircuts and were busy. It is his JOB to make sure everyone knows what the rules are don’t you think. I will NEVER go to that one again.

I know this will fall on dead ears, but I am so mad, I don’t know what to do. I got my hair cut in your place in McKinney Texas. I walked in with shoulder length hair, very thick nice hair. I walked in with a picture of the haircut and style I wanted. The hair dresser said, sure, no problem, after THREE HAIRSTLIST that day, my hair is very short, very thing, no style, no hair and looks absolutely nothing at all like the picture. I am sick over this, I am depressed over this. I went to Oklahoma City where I live and walked in to another Great Clips, I wanted them to see what had happened to me, they didn’t see anything wrong, they said my haircut looks almost like the pic. I told them they are absolutely insane. Is this the kind of people that you have work for you? What kind of company do you run?

I submitted a complaint a week ago concerning the establishment in Colonial Heights, VA and their lack of customer service. And since you have not responded to the complaint, it would appear that customer service is not a high priority with senior management. I indicated in my initial message that returning to the establishment was unlikely…your lack of response has confirmed that decision!!

Hello,
I have been calling your customer service department and also emailing them since 12/19/17. I want to buy a haircut discount card. The cards have been sold out at all of my local salons and there’s no option on your website to order and pay for one online. I was told by your customer service department that my contact information would be sent to the ‘appropriate person at the corporate offices’ who handles such requests. But nobody has ever called me back. I have called customer service numerous times and they keep telling me someone will call me back, but again nobody has. It’s been almost a month already. How long do customers have to wait to receive help for a simple request? I’m extremely frustrated. I have been a loyal customer for years. Doesn’t Great Clips care? Why can’t someone call me back to handle my request? I even tried calling a different phone # I found online and they referred me back to the same customer service dept. Please someone call me back and help.

THANK YOU TYPHOID STEPHANIE!!! She works at GREAT CLIPS, 4737 East Greenway RD, in Phoenix. Southeast corner of Tatum and Greenway. On Monday, December 18th, I went for a haircut at Great Clips where I have gone for over twenty years. I was unfortunate enough to draw TYPHOID STEPHANIE! Halfway through the haircut she coughed a couple of times and snorted her runny nose!! I asked her if she was sick to which she replied, “I am a little sick.” I told her that would have been nice to know before I allowed you to cut my hair! I asked her why she was at work if she was sick and she stated, “Somebody has to work!” Then I told her I would be very pissed off if I get sick because of her. She told me she was not contagious! What is she doing cutting hair if she is a Doctor?? BULLS**T!!! Fast forward twenty-four hour!! I now have one congested lung, raspy throat and sinus drainage!! MERRY F-ING CHRISTMAS TYPHOID STEPHANIE, AND HER UNCONCERNED MANAGER SOPHIE!! If anyone needs a haircut I would strongly think twice before going to the Tatum and Greenway Great Clips location. I want to know how Great Clips Franchisees can get away with paying their stylists so little. I have never in my entire career made less than 40% of my revenue, but here, in the greater Phoenix area, I make less than 20%. It’s just so shameful how little they value their employees to fill their own pockets. Without the stylists they wouldn’t be making any money!

I went to your Great Clips location at Hanover center in Wilmington, NC, yesterday (10-19-2017). I went because I had taken my grandson there on his 16th birthday, for a cut. He liked his cut & so did I. So a couple of weeks later I decided to go there for a cut. It was a young guy who did my cut. Good cut, for $12.00 and fast, only about 15 minutes, which is very important to me because I work with Armed Forces Benefits at Camp Lejeune & Fort Bragg, NC, helping military personnel sigh up for benefits that are available for them. So my time is very important. So yesterday I had taken off to go take care of some business, including getting another hair cut. I walked in, didn’t see the young man who did the cut before. So I decided to let the girl who became available first do the cut. I told her I wanted the $12 cut. When I sat down she started spraying my hair with water. I asked if she didn’t do dry cuts. She said she had to wet my hair because I had so much hair spray in it. That was a lie because I had just washed my hair the night before and styled it myself yesterday morning & used just a little hair spray, ( I don’t like spray). So she had me in a situation with my hair wet that I didn’t want to go out in public to the other places I needed to go. So she blow dried it which make it look even more horrible. She said she could use a curling iron to make it look better. I asked how much. I understood her to say $2.00. I said OK. ( I will tell you I can’t here real well & she spoke so low I had to ask her to repeat things she was saying) The bottom line is I wound up being charged $27.00 for a cut I was expecting to pay $12.00 for. On top of that she tried to sell me a can of spray for $18.00. I DON’T THINK SO!!!!!!!! SO, I didn’t want to make a scene in front of other customers, so I just paid and left. But, driving across town to Home Depot, I kept thinking of how I had been taken, so I called back, talked to the manager. I told her the situation and asked to have the $15.00 over charge sent to me. SO I WANT THE $15.00 SENT TO ME ASAP. WANDA WHALEY

My husband was at a Great Clip in Clarkston MI on Sasabawa Road. We were a walk-in. They took his name and said there were two people ahead of him. When we went in there was no one waiting. A lady came in with a little boy, they took him. Then a man came in and they took him because as we found out they had registered on line. We could have sat there all day before my husband got his hair cut. The sign on the window says “walk-ins welcome.” That is false advertising they should take that off the window. Unless you register on-line you have to wait while those people are taken care of. We have been going to this Great Clip for a long time but no more. I will let my friends know that unless you register on-line you will be waiting a long time. I normally do not complain but this really upset both of us.

My five year old son and I get a monthly haircut at the Twin Creeks, Bellevue location in Nebraska. For the second time, the same hair stylist told us in a rude manner that we may not bring food into the salon. I get it, no food or drinks in the salon. I looked for a trash can outside of the salon to thrown away the 3/4 eaten cone before we entered the facility. There were no cans available outside or even directly inside of the salon. I do not feel that I need to be treated like a child in front of other paying customers when it comes to entering a hair salon. I will never visit this salon again. Suggestion- place a trash can outside of your place of business and try talking to adults like you are an adult yourself.

After about 5 minutes, asked the first person( tall, thin, long haired women at the first chair on the left) how long the wait would be(3 people waiting inside one person outside). Her reply in a very nasty tone, ” have a seat, I’ll be with you when I’m done.” While waiting’ an elderly women with a walking stick( wasn’t to steady on her feet) had just finished getting her hair done by the 2nd person working(only 2 people working). While standing at the counter waiting to pay, she is informed by the person that cut her hair that her co-worker will collect the money. After about 15 minutes standing there, she finally decided to sit and wait, not being addressed by the first employee. We waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave, still the elderly customer was still waiting to pay. Upon leaving I asked the first employee her name and the owners name, she totally ignored me. Upon leaving the customer outside states to me that he was waiting over an hour, and that he doesn’t want the first one cutting his hair, says she is rude and nasty. We did go to another Grand Clips(greissnor Rd). located about 2 1/2 miles from this place, treated like a human being and gave a nice haircut for my grandson

Sorry, but never in my life have I had such a piss pore haircut, I went into great clips in Greenville, Mi. This morning for a haircut because my wife was unable to cut my hair this time around, I asked for a trim, cleaned up maybe alittle shorter, when she got done, it wasn’t even close to the same style, she butchered me, my wife who always cuts my hair never went to school for it, and does a million times better job, never again will I get another haircut there…..if you wold call it that, I could not possible give great clips any kind of rating, because it doesn’t go that low

I was a client at the Great Clips at Forest Park and I want to say that manager Carmall is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She was so unprofessional and she used the N word while I was there which is not what me or my child who is mixed should have to hear as a matter of a fact NO ONE SHOULD HEAR THAT AND NO MANAGER SHOULD EVER SPEAK LIKE THAT! She was loud and tried to force me to buy products from her and I hate my hair cut!! She kept informing people she was the manager and how she did this and she did that, as if it was a one woman show. She talked at her worker like they were beneath her like they were animals. There is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING Great Clips can do to fix this but the world should know what type of people you have working for you in these salons. I would never stereo type a person like that . You really need to reevaluate your choice you made with her as a salon manager because she is going to be the cause of a major lawsuit and the closing of that store it might start with me i contacting everyone!!!!

I need to report the horrible treatment that my wife and 2 sons just received at the Centrum at Crossroads Cary, NC location. I called ahead and spoke to someone and asked if Traci was there today. I was told that she would be there until 3pm today and I asked if we could make an appointment. I was told, no – you can’t make an appointment but you can just show up. So my wife and sons drive the 35 mins from our home to this salon to see Traci. When they arrived, Traci had one person in her chair, so another stylist named Patricia took one boy. They waited for the other boy to be done by Traci (who they went to see). Traci finished the person in the chair, then another customer walked in. Traci took the other customer ahead of my son! Traci said that customer had used the online reservation, but the customer said that he had not done anything online. Traci refused to take my son anyway! My wife had another appointment that she couldn’t wait any longer for, so the other stylist (Patricia) cut my son’s hair.
After all of this, Patricia charged both boys $14 (ages 10 and 6). My wife asked, are you charging both boys $14? Patricia responded, “Yes”. My wife pointed out that the kid’s 10 and under hair cuts are clearly posted on the sign as $12. Patricia still charged $14 each. My wife said, “I can’t stand here and argue about this – I’m going to be late for my doctor’s appointment! Fine, just overcharge me and keep it!” Patricia made no attempt to fix it and processed the over charges.
This is totally unacceptable and we want to make your company aware of this terrible behavior by this salon.

I AM WRITING TO YOU REGARDING THE LOCATION IN LAREDO, TEXAS. THE ONE ON LOOP 20 AND INTERNATIONAL BLVD. I CALLED ON FRIDAY AND WAS TOLD THAT MY FAVORITE HAIRSTYLIST WOULD NOT BE IN UNTIL WEDNESDAY AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD BE IN AT 9:OO AM, NO PROBLEM! MY PROBLEM IS I DROVE OVER 7 MILES FROM THE SOUTHERN PART OF TOWN TO THIS LOCATION IN THE NORTHERN PART OF TOWN. I GOT THERE AT 8:50 AM AND WAITED FOR THEM TO OPEN, AT LEAST 5 CUSTOMERS CAME AND WENT BECAUSE IT WAS PAST 9 AM AND IT WAS STILL CLOSED. IT DID NOT OPEN UNTIL ABOUT 9:35 AM. EVEN THOUGH THE HOURS POSTED SPECIFY IT OPENS AT 9:00 AM. SINCE I HAD TRAVELED ALL THOSE MILES I STILL GOT A CUT….NOT WITH MY FAVORITE HAIRSTYLIST BUT WITH THE ONE AND ONLY ONE WHO SHOWED UP TO WORK AT 9:30.. SHE IS FAIRLY NEW, SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE REGISTER. I PAID FOR MY HAIRCUT AND ADDED 2 SEXY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON SPECIAL FOR $10.99 EACH. SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF THE SPECIAL AND I GOT CHARGED REGULAR PRICE MY TICKET NUMBER IS 138390 DATED TODAY 6/14/17. SHE COULD NOT CREDIT MY CARD AND NOW I HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP TO GET A CREDIT OF $17.96! IT IS NOT A BAD HAIRCUT THAT IS GOING TO DO YOU IN, IT THE BAD MANAGEMENT. NOT ONLY WAS SHE THE ONLY EMPLOYEE THERE AT 9:35 BUT IT WAS 10:00 AM WHEN I LEFT AND NO ONE ELSE HAD SHOWN UP. DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE PUTTING HER AT RISK! SOMEONE CAN GO IN THERE AND ROB THE STORE, SHOOT HER OR BEAT HER AND NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP PREVENT IT OR HELP HER. I AM VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE!
