gbarrett65@ yahoo.com. I received a tv that I did not order. Called the phone # on the shipping label and the Amazon rep told me they had no idea and I could keep the tv or donate it to charity. I’m not comfortable with that so I am having fedex pick up the tv and return it to the sender. Any ideas how this happened?

I am very upset I perfected knives from you guys and I don’t get them. I call and you guys say they will be in the mail and 2days later you tell me you don’t have them???! Not sure how that works! What are you going to do for me besides refund my money?? I was expecting as a gift for someone and now I have nothing!!!
