I just came home with a partial order, after the girl who assisted in making my order made a mess of my order by not closing the salsa containers and having it spill on my blouse and my order. When I asked for her to fix my order from the mess, she gave back my order with an attitude and partial order. I get home and only part of my order was in the bag. Food is becoming expensive and going to King Taco is part of that expense that is now more that before. We deserve good service and for service to assure our orders are complete. I called the corporate office and left a message, I am hopeful that someone will reach out to me with an apology.

I’ve been going to King Taco for years now. I recently visited the location on Ceasars chavez and soto it’s disappointing food wise it is good but the place looks like a dumpster trash and food on the floor the trashcans overflowing with salsa dripping everywhere. This makes King Taco look real bad and careless.

I have been a regular customer at King taco but the King taco in Pico and Alvarado is absolutely and no doubt the worst king taco EVER! The place is always so dirty and hardly ever clean. The line are always super long. The staff work very slowly. The food is super overpriced. They barely give meat. The staff are also very rude. The work yell at me in front of everybody there because he didn’t hear when I said I want carne asada but he gave me All Pastor meat. I talked to the manager but she just scoffed at me and didn’t even apologize for her rude work. Then I call corporate and they took 5 hours just to answer my call and didn’t say anything. I will never come back to any King taco again. For Any king taco customer never in your life come to the king taco in Pico and Alverado.

This place is despicable! Went into Long Beach store tonight with mask and appropriate attire. Security opened the door pointed me out. No apparent reason for my eviction.
I encourage avoiding this establishment. In a previous visit they were rude nasty and shorted my order. Horrible people. I gave them a second chance. Now I am encouraging a boycott!

Please forward this message to whoever is in charge of scouting for new locations for your restaurant chain. I live in Moreno Valley and I have there for approx 10 years. The first thing I noticed when I moved there was that they didn’t have much of a choice in sit down restaurants. Sure they have the standard Denny’s, IHOP , Sizzler, Outback, Olive Garden. And of course they’ve got plenty of the standard fast food spots. but they don’t have a King Taco. The closest one in Fontana but I think your company is missing out on a great business opportunity. I say this because there seems to be something of a business building boom going near the corners Day and Eucalyptus streets. They are building something called the Quarter and I’m told they will have 3 different hotels at that location as well as a 76 gas station along with several smaller shops. I’ve driven around the city and I’ve noticed a few open location for you build and I also noticed a few vacancies on Sunnymead Blvd that may work even better. The reason I believe this to be an ideal location is because it Moreno Valley is located between two major fwys the 215 and the 60. There a lot of people the driven past and through this city going back and forth to work and also went they are either headed to Palm Springs or San Diego. Day Street is the borderline street between the City of Riverside and the City of Moreno Valley. The Riverside area has a lot of country facilities that are also very near. I just learned that Golden Corral is planning on building a restaurant in the area as well. I can’t find any reason someone from your organization doesn’t go and do some serious location scouting because all the good places are going fast…..Just thought I’d reach out and help!

I waited 45min to get my order 1 burrito and a sope to my surprise that it was made with beans and rice hardly any meat. The price continues to rise and the amount of meat is always less. I was very upset that I ordered a carne asada burrito and was served a rice and bean burrito. I don’t think I’m going back any time soon.

We walked into the Pico Rivera location last night and as usual it was very busy. However it seems that everyone who has a concern is talking about the service or lack of, and the rude management. It took them 35 min to get my order ready while people who showed up much later than me were leaving while we were still sitting there. The other orders were much smaller than mine and it doesn’t make sense why employees were trained to rush small orders vs. in the order they came in. We finally addressed my concern to the manager and the look on his face made me feel dismissed. His answer to me was … “oh there is your food”
We explained again that it has been 35 min and his response was there is your food. We then said We understand the food is finally ready but that doesn’t explain why it took 35 min. He then replied .. there is your food. We followed that up with ..this system is not working because it took you 35 min to get my order out and no one else had to wait 35 min.
Finally we got an “I’m sorry” followed by another
THERE IS YOUR FOOD
He didn’t want to here my concern or deal with me. He didn’t care that we were upset at the situation. He didn’t care that this could be fixed by retraining. He was very dismissive. He made us feel like he didn’t care if we were satisfied with the food or service. He made us feel like … take your food or don’t. You paid for it and it doesn’t matter what you say because we won’t address the issue, let alone try to fix it. So take your food and go !!
It doesn’t matter if we spend $5 a year or $5 million a year on your food. What matters is how many times we will put up with this disrespect.
Now King Taco corporate … this question is for you!
Everyone refers back to the lack of training from your staff and we all wonder if you appreciate being represented this way ?
What actions will be taken in order to stop this treatment towards your loyal customers ?
Because as we all know, it doesn’t take much or too long for the consumers to move on.

I’ve been a lifelong customer of King Taco in ELA. Approximately two years ago, I started patronizing the Pico Rivera location. I usually order the combo carne adada burrito. Approximately two months ago, I noticed the establishment is skimping on the meat. I brought it to the supervisors attention, a female Latina with broken english, who was argumentative defending the product. She stated that the meat is measured before placing it in the burrito. Today, I tried several carne asada tacos and noticed a small amount of meat on them. Help!

I live in Palmdale on 2/22/17 I was down in Huntington park so we decide to stop
At maywood king so I place my order for there and then for my kids to bring home. Who ever loves king taco they know alpastor they are the best. So I made a order of $70 so I bought alpastor tacos for my girls I get home and they had onion and salsa when we clearly said nothing just the meeat. So I called cuz he are always short or get our order wrong so I’m tried they always never check there things or employees. So I called them and I get this stupid manager called Gabriel Herrera and he said he couldn’t do nothing cuz I needed to take the product back. He full of BS I’m not planning to drive 90 miles for that buy all I know I won’t go there again. For people the live in Antelope valley know I rather eat at mi ranchito. They should have better managers. Cuz yearly between me and my family we where wasting around $20,000 yearly all I know I won’t go there ever again it’s not the amount of the tacos they got wrong but there attitude of the manager and them being so tie with there salsa too. Don’t

Hi I recently went to your Glendale location I placed a huge order it was about 70 dollars I often eat at king taco 2-3 times a week but this time they made me wait 45 minutes even though I was the second person they kept giving the completing the small orders first to top it off when I got home I was serving the food and I was 2 burritos and 6 tacos short I came spoke to the manager and she said that she couldn’t do anything about it. I was really upset since I as a customer don’t like giving my money away I hope you guys can make it right. I been a customer for so long I think I should be treated better as a customer and not be taken advantage off.
