Why is Autodesk selling Advanced Steel Detailing software to Engineering Companies as a Structural Design software? There is a Huge Difference between Detailing and Design. This experience of trying to install revit 2018 on my computer is just the worst……after months of failed attempts….it still is not on my computer……your customer NO service stinks. i have called your corporate office for help….Nothing…..just given another case number #13455568….and there have been many….if i wanted case numbers autodesk would be the place to go…..that i would recommend to people…..can’t make a recommendation on revit 2018…can’t get it installed on my computer. i have given my phone number to your organization and told someone would immediately call me back and email me….i got Nothing. Most likely standard operating procedure. i am not going to ask for anything because i already know i won’t get anything…..and that includes HELP and REVIT 2018. I can only give you one thing and that is what i think of your organization.
