Dave LaGrande had an executive secretary named Sherry. In 2011 my husband and I divorced.. His name: Mike Seabaugh VP at Nordyne Winghaven headquarters.
Our divorce needed notary signatures very often. Mike Seabaugh would bring these doXXXXents home. I would sign them as well, he did. He would then go to Sherry and have her notarized doXXXXents that were already signed. She never has met me and I have never met her. Anything that had to do with my divorce is null and void. 401K – Cobra – Pension – everything. Including quit claim deed on his home. According to Missouri Notary law she will have her Notary rights removed and since she is a Nortek employee – you are in a legal mess. I tried to call up to Nordyne. I was hung up on, told to get help, names I can’t repeat. She broke the law. She is your employee. She did this for Mike and he is your employee. EVERYTHING IS NULL AND VOID THAT SHE NOTARIZED! LEGAL NIGHTMARE
