I was in an accident in 03/26/18. I still have unpaid workmanship comp.bills. My therapy hasn’t been pain, unpaid for my co-pay, and I paid for my counselor. There should be no out of pocket expenses with workmanship comp. I have reached out several times to the the women working on my face that was originally denied. I had a meeting with the state labor board that Sentry cancelled saying they would be covering ” the expenses”. Hasn’t happened. I would like to talk to someone about this. I will include my claim number 55C407449.326

I am having a time with my workers comp claim. My caseworker is Nichole Peters at
715-346-9498. She told me there was no problem in getting me a second opinion yet it has been two weeks in waiting for such appt to even be sceduled. I am on pain killers just to take the edge off the pain. I find it hard to believe it is this hard to make an appt. I do understand it may take time to BE SEEN. But getting an appt. shouldn’t be this difficult. I have talked with the Dr.’s office and they assured me they return all calls that leave a message.
