I was fired bye Gary the plant manager for causing drama he said. But he told my temporary service it was for lack of production. The issue I was having with my trainer he wanted me to continue to falsify doXXXXents and I wasn’t comfortable with this. Due to the training I had completed and signed off on. I brought the issues to the floor supervisor Mike and reported this to mark dorenkamp and also QA. All the RH1125 ,RH1135and RH1115 are falsified we didnot follow the procedures on making these parts. Bye me making a issue about falsifying doXXXXent they fired me.
