Had a horrible experience at the Royal Farms store #8 in Ruxton, Maryland this morning. I go into that store every day and most days it is fine, today it was chaos and the staff was very rude. The manager “Jeanie” verbally assaulted me and yelled at me to never come into the store again. She was threatening and horribly unprofessional. It all started with her comment, “I hate being here” , where I replied, “there is always something wrong with this store every morning”. From that, all hell broke loose and she began to threaten me verbally and demanded that I leave. I asked for a refund of my purchase and she went even more psycho. Furthermore, the back door is always locked, the bathroom is always locked, the music is playing so loudly, and the staff refuses to speak English. I don’t understand why she is still employed with Royal Farms. I have several friends who have complained about her in the recent past.
I tried several times to obtain a corporate complaint number, so that I could speak with her supervisor, but every store that I called, I was hung-up on, so here I am posting this on this page.

Got gas at the Royal Farms on Route 22 in Aberdeen, MD (by the target store). Stop for gas each week at that location and the customer service has been great until today, Sunday, 24 Sep 2023. The girl came out of the room to the side and asked if I needed tobacco while I was using the self service for purchasing gas. I stated no to tobacco but told her I would need change (paid cash). When I finished pumping gas went in for change and no one was at the registers nor did they come out for several minutes. Another customer came in and purchased some items but had issue with the one self service register and the same girl finally came out and the other customer let her know the machine was not working. She told a co-worker in the room right by the register that the machine was frozen and walked back into the room ignoring me. I waited a moment and then stated so someone could hear that I needed change. The girl came out the room and said I needed to purchase something totally missing that I had told her previously that I would need change from gas. I stated to her that it was change from gas. Your employees need customer training. That all I wanted to tell. I’ll be switching to another gas station.
