I want the contact person for the Conroe texas office servicing the Goodrich texas pipeline. I have made several attempts to contact them about my property. The have put another pipe pole in the entrance of my property without letting me know or my permission. Please send contact numbers for the region of Livingston texas.

After purchasing a business, the previous owner called in to cancel her service. I then spoke to them to initiate my service. While they were able to come out and turn off the gas to the business, they could not simply leave it on OR turn it off then back on. The reason was the work order to TURN ON the new service was dated for 5 days later due to it being the earliest date for that type of activity. The gas was turned off, then after a few hours gas could be smelled in the area. We called in to report the odor of gas and they sent in the report. Within less than 30 minutes the service tech who turned off the gas and 2 (TWO!!) other service techs in their individual trucks arrived to check the odor. They could not, however, turn my service on because it was already scheduled and couldn’t be changed. After calling, talking to upper management, they still refused to allow the gas to be turned on. The temperature is in the 30’s and will remain so or below for at least the next 4 days. Now we have to worry about freezing pipes. I attempted to call the corporate office but, they were already closed for the day . . . at 3:30! I clearly understand why this business has only a 2 star rating for customer experiences. VERY displeased with ONG/ONEOK.
It is against federal law to have employees on call 24\ 365 with no time off and no Compensation. It would be nice to know the company is interested and concerned for the wellbeing of all employees not just the ones in Oklahoma. Visit with the men on the ground not just the ones pushing paper’s.
