I am an KBR employee working for BOSS project and applying for KBR LOGCAP IV Iraq jobs since years .but I am not getting a chance why KBR is not hiring internal employees every body needs a growth. Why they hire only from exterior company guys instead of giving first chance to their employees.

As I was 1 of your many Heavy Truck Drivers, back during the Iraqi War (2006 through 2011); I reapplied to that position once I was informed that Iraq had reopened up for contractors with KBR. I have yet to hear from any of your recruiters, or your recruiting office. I would like to know if you have any intention of picking me up as a re-hire. I have not had any steady employment, since Obama’s Administration closed down employment in Iraq and pulled us all out of the country. Your aid care and concern in this matter will be greatly appreciated. My hope is that you will re-hire me to be employed with your corporation overseas.

I worked for KBR for a short time in the Iraq effort
In order that I may get data and receive funds on my # 097570 savings plan, I must have the official dates of my employment which I thought I knew. I was employed sometime late 2003 to first quarter of 2004, but I must have the official dates.

Would you please provide the dates to me in order that I may proceed, or ask further questions if you find necessary.

I work for kbr now and yed when I say rude and very unprofessional people at this job site I mean just that. They don’t care about the employee’s here. They let the color of their hat get to their heads like we aren’t all humans out here busting our a** off everyday to provide for our families. A foreman that works with me bumps me kicks my boxes over then pushes the back of my chair I was sitting in and my head goes face first on a wooden desk. What haversion they done….NOTHING. THESE PEOPLE HERE HAVE NO RESPECT AND THE WHOLE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU ARE A FOREMAN I SUPERVISOR A GF WHATEVER NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THAT WAY AND NOTHING BE DONE ABOUT IT. IT CAN GET REAL UGLY BETWEEN US BUT THEY ARE TO DAMN LAZY TO GET OFF THEY A** AND HANDLE THE SITUATION FOR SOMETHING THAT CAN GO VERY BADLY

I have a issue which I’m going to try to bring to you in person. On one your job sites you have a crew that uses acts of terror to deal with employees.I witness two journeymen, one formen hold someone don’t and hit them in the face.break broke his glasses and a teeth while a General Formen block the door way for no one to intervene. This was taken place outside of work to a house we were invited too. This was done to hurt the guy and make him abandon his job so another could take his job.All the while the 3 that started the attack were claiming to be non afraid of what they did cause of the life they lived in the surrounding of the sinlua cartel organization.I hope we are able to come to a solution.I would strongly ask to be transferred to a new work location before giving total detail of the person that took in these actions.Thank you I really hope I get a response to this message.

Let me no if you do cause I sure hope I get one back cause the things that be going on at the kbr sites are horrible then nothing is being done about it. In this type of work things can go very badly. They need to put people in that really cares about all the employee’s on the jobsite and get to no each and everyone of their employee’s not just the supervisors or foremans. This is a very dangerous field to be in anything can happen at anytime. They tell you to be your brothers/sister’s keeper but what are they trying to do to keep us safe and to return home to our families. It’s all start with safety and treating each other with respect.
