I have a complaint. I got five boxes of Hillshire Farms cheese and sausage gift packages to give family for Xmas. Because I am retired and live on a fixed income, I got the $14.98 packages. I opened one and looked at the cheese. Very minute amount of 4 oz (2 of them) and two summer sausages at 5 oz each. A very small amount of wheat crackers and a little tiny jar of spicy mustard. It isn’t worth what I paid. Maybe $7.50 for the whole box it might be worth. I feel embarrassed now to give family such a cheap skimpy Xmas gift. I will never buy this type of thing again from Hillshire Farms. A total rip off!

i just purchased a small plate Genoa Salame and it only had 4 crackers instead of 6 and the cheese was totally cut to pieces i think your customer service has to step up a bunch. I am not willing to pay that much for an item and only get half.

Hello: I just loved the Jimmy Dean Three Cheese Omelet which have been discontinued. Would you please consider reissuing it? It would be wonderful inclusion in the Keto and low carb diet plants. Thanks.

I have been buying your small platters (GENOA SALAME) for some time now. And I
find it some what disappointing that lately, I have been getting shorted on the (SALAME).
It may a little stupid for me to mention but, I do believe that you should get what you pay
for. And I would appreciate your attention to the matter. Thank you for your time!

I called the number on your package of Beef Hot links and talked with a very nice lady named Sharon. I told her your hot links are just terrible now and not hot at all and pretty mushy. She told me the recipe had been changed because people complained they were too hot. Really??? Why would a consumer purchase a product with the word “hot” in the description and then complain because they were too hot? You’ve ruined another product and have lost another customer. I used to purchase your Kielbasa until it became mushy. Sharon told me others have called to complain about the hot links and hopefully you will change back to the original recipe. However, I do not believe you changed the recipe because consumers complained they were too hot. You changed the recipe to save money and make a bigger profit. Why else would you change a good product into a mushy version of a bad hot dog.

I purchased 4 Jimmy Dean Steak and Eggs breakfast bowls. My problem is that I had a problem finding the steak and eggs , but I had no problem finding the potatoes. If I wanted that many potatoes I would have purchased a bag and boiled them . This breakfast bowl is definitely not worth the price I had to pay. This bowl needs a new name like “Potatoe Bowl” .

Will your ever change the casings on your Italian Sausage and Bratwurst to make them edible again. What ever you did you ruined the sausage.

It used to be tender, but now we can’t eat it and it is just a waste of money to buy those two items.

Please contact me to let me know if you will be making a change.
