Dear roblox,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction at roblox banned my account for an unacceptable reason.
First of all, 27th April I was removed the premium of roblox about HKD$39.9 so it shouldn’t be pay any money. But unfortunately, I’ve received a letter that I pay HKD$39.9 automatically when I was canceled premium since 30th April. I ask for refund from GooglePlay and they already refund back my money yesterday. So I expect roblox should clear my robux from 461 to 61 only cuz I canceled premium. But when I login this morning, it said I has been suspended for unauthorized charges. But in fact, it’s not my fault cuz I didn’t mean to receive any money I just don’t know how they got my money to pay the premium when I didn’t do any payments. And I already sent few emails to staff but no one reply to me.
I demand give back my roblox account within a week, or I will be forced to take this matter further. I can’t accept that I did nothing wrong but account got banned forever this is insane. I will provide some photos to prove I’m innocent right below.
