    You have great sales presentation and presenters but you have lousy follow up after one submits his or her piece to be sold. Also, you need to allow for comments on your submittal page for total carat weight not just the main stone. I submitted a request for you to sell a ring for me that has 2.0 carats of diamonds plus and after my submittal to you (Aug 9), I’ve had no contact from you on what to do next if anything. I do know that your team of experts have to look at what was submitted, but you need to let your clients know what is going on. I was a marketing manager for many, many years and I made sure my Customer Service Department did their follow up promptly.
